Exactly. What we often see is some user that doesn't post often in English or at all. How can you evaluate someone who spams the Chinese section?
It's just a waste of time, it is better if they are disregarded.

Pay rate lowered from this week forth. He told me that he might change to bi-weekly with higher rates. Not assured.

You can always enroll on this signature if you don't have a negg or some others reasons that can get you banned from
enrolling for ever ;

Is it even coming because if they are cutting prices because of spam then that is one of the spam hotspots it would not make sense to have that announced and i doubt it will. So guys has your payments been reduced in the middle of posting? If that is the case that is pretty bad if you ask me.

Also what happens when the campaign manager is banned does he get kicked from the campaign lol rules are rules after all or is it one for one one for another?

OP I would recommend renaming the thread and removing the ++ RATES thing, its lying now since the rates have been reduced.
