From reading this , i assume the idea is that people get your coin for uploading stuff that has to be bought , like piratebay , and i get how you're gonna be able to pay them. However , lets for a second assume this is not just another scam coin , WHY would anyone want to download from this instead of ex piratebay? and why in the name of god , would people be buying this coin if it would just be constant dumping from people that uploaded stuff. I see some kind of idea here , but in my eyes this is just another scam , please give us more details.

Hello,

The main idea behind vTorrent is to solves the problems BitTorrent protocol is having, most important one of all is how current system heavily rely on centralized servers that can be track and close down.

We are designing system to reward both up-loaders and seeders, but it will be optional and completely up to uploader or sharer if they decide to take some reward for their contribution, and since there will be some fee which serves as protection against spam such as fake upload content and there are the normal mining fees needed in every upload, it is very likely that most sharer will take some small fee for their contribution.

If you have any more questions or suggestions feel free to post them here.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

3% premine is going to kill this coin. <1% is normal these days. Dev consider buring most of the premine so this coin has a chance at least. I want to mine it, but no one can with those huge bags over their heads.

this looks very promising. i will watch this intently. consider burning half the premine and leaving yourself with 1.5% that would be a good compromise.

One thing I just don't get. If you have an idea like Dev has with this coin, you should be able to release a whitepaper with launch. Only a screenshot will not do, it even looks pasted. Why people still mine coins that promise features that are not delivering a good whitepaper or something special before launch? If no whitepaper at launch, how can you trust he will be able to build this, if he even cannot tell you at this moment how exactly he is going to build it? It looks like good timing with the whole Piratebay drama and this is a newby account and there is a 3% premine. I am not saying this Dev is not going to deliver, but it is more likely he will not deliver than that he will...
So Dev, whitepaper today?

We are in the process of setting up a bounty campaign for anybody or team of developer that could develop a working concept of 'BitTorrent on Blockchain' and deliver it before us. One of the rules is that the solution must be achievable with decentralized/distributed concept. The bounty will substantial part of pre-mine.

Our intention behind pre-mine is to help this project complete its goal.

We will update the first post with details soon.

I'm sorry but we cannot give you the whitepaper today or even tomorrow since it's not ready,  it is a working in progress and it is not an easy task. We will be more than happy to match any of the 'feature' most coin out there have today. Adding trading, messaging in wallet all could be done in a few hours.

We have no connection to Bitbay or any of the people in their team or any 'whale', if you don't believe in our project, feel free to find some project with 'whitepaper' ready.
