Approximately 50% would be mined during the first year (including the reserved coins), approx. 70% in three years, and approx. 90% in 7 years.

For now, approximately 39% coins has been mined.

At the moment we are working on Block Explorer. After that, we are going to develop a GUI wallet.
It is quite difficult to get RD listed on any exchange without block explorer, as some people here already noted.
