I am also mining using CGMiner with AMD R280x, found some blocks solo but all rejected. I think there is problem with blockchain. The last block which I see is 3869 and hasn't changed for the last 1 hour.

13.33 Mh/s on R9-280X @ 1200/1500
7.68 Mh/s on R9-270 @ 1100/1500
Is it good for these cards? I`m soloing for just 10 minutes with no blocks and/or rejects.

P.S. Got 22+ Mh/s on HVC, but only 13.33 here  Huh

Is that with the the cgminer in the OP or some other miner?
im only getting 2.8 Mh/s on r9-270.What settings are people using
Miner in the OP. Just played with worksize and xintensity.

Interesting.  I just get rejected blocks using that miner with AMD, like others.

me too,give up
yep.all rejects here aswell.i stopped mining.not real fair for amd guys. Sad

No.

so you aren't actually specifying the algorithm anywhere?

Well if nobody can get a good block, the chain won't increment.  But I thought the nvidia cards were working.  Has POS kicked in yet?  That's another possible way to move the blockchain.

I'd think a wallet problem would be more universal.. the pools have to put these in their wallets too and it's the exact same thing as your local wallet.

Maybe problem is that heavy and hefty CLs are not equal. Dev?
Yesterday i tried different cgminers with heavy and hefty and got the same errors.

That's correct, the first several thousand blocks have no block reward.

What kind of settings are you guys using for (if any of you are using 280x)? I'm only getting rejects right now. Can get about 10-13 Mh/s per card depending but unsure of proper settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mining with AMD is broken right now, we're all getting rejected blocks.

3 days of 0 reward.  I don't know the exact block off the top of my head, it's discussed somewhere a couple pages back in more detail.

I gathered that. Guess I should have been more specific. First time using hefty so not completely sure what I should put for optimized settings. Thanks.
