That is correct, the previous GEO balances will be transfered onto the UBQ blockchain as a GEO token.  You will need to use the UBQ wallet to handle the GEO balances once the swap has taken place.

So if my GEO balance is at Bittrex, i do not need to do anything? Bittrex will automatically do the Swap process for me? And at the point when the Swap process completes, GEO will be a coin or a token?    Thanks so much.

I believe that is correct, if your GEO is on Bittrex it will be swapped without the need to do anything.  The terminology will be refered to as a GEO token on the UBQ blockchain, but it should function the same.

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ is the parent website for many blockexplorers, GEO is one of them.  The other coins listed there are different projects unrelated to GEO.
