And as we know, it was shipped on 29th Sep, so it must be no more than 3 days left to wait if this promise will be fulfilled. I hope it will be less than 3 days and that it will be as advertised primarily (4.86Th). We'll see..

got update from bitmain, they ship the miner to me today.
however, the miner can only hash at 4.66T in average
so they refund me 65$ for each unit = 22.4 days host fee
so all customer who order this batch of s7 will get 23 days free host fee

the miner already arrive in chengdu, should deliver to our farm tomorrow, then i will set them up and get them online tomorrow or the day after tomorrow depend on what is the time it arrive.
the national holiday delayed the deliver for one or two days, usualy it only take 2-3 days from shenzhen to chengdu

Granted it is only about 1 kwatt a day but  for 30 days it is 30 kwatts.

 At 10 cents that is 3 usd a month.

here are 2 factors

 factor 1 it will mine at 4660 not 4860
 factor 2 it will not arrive for 3 more weeks


So if you purchase here at 1980 you are mining as of today  and you get a 65 dollar credit.

this means 1980 - 65 = 1915   21 days of mining should be about 120 usd   so 1915 - 120 = 1795

that 1585 needs a psu  which is included in our 1980 price

so 1585 + 115 or more = 1700  and shipping is about 45 usd so 1745

So it is close to equal to buying one from lee for 1980 like I did.

Since lee's translates to 1795 usd and bitmaintech's is 1745.

And just a little btc price bump over the next 21 days of mining with lee's  gear LIke I am now makes his  deal better.

This 1210 watts, is it something you measured compared to both S7 yourself? Basically what is the efficiency of your PSU?

If you did not measure the power consumption of a proper unit and then compared it to that unit, it might only be the efficiency of your PSU that is low and is making it look like the lesser S7 at lower clock has worse efficiency than a proper unit.
