Well, my MSC withdrawal from yesterday is still "Processing"... 

and my FTC too. But they said to me sent its half .and the other half is still pending and they will pay soon.

My NBT and ARCH in proccessing since yesterday too, looks like that last opened withdraw they did without enable wallets up..
Guess we have to wait till monday now..

Why did they send only half in the first place ? I am guessing these delays might have to do something with the extra security added , but sending half and holding the other half doesn't really make any sense.
I had a withdrawal on Thursday which was processed in a few hours. So doesn't look like everyone has been affected by it.

I am a Polo fan as well. You can always and I mean always find a support guy in the trollbox and I have never not had a issue fixed in under a few minutes. Those guys are dedicated. And the way they handled there hack was outstanding.

They sure do seem like the best altcoin exchange out there. Still there is inherent risk in using those exchanges. I am really looking forward to mercury and co. (they still have massive problems they need to overcome).

Agreed Polo have the best support of all the exchanges that i know of and the effort they put into even though they are a small exchange is impressive to say the least. I know you should not leave funds on exchanges but my trading coins are always left on there and always will be i trust them fully, that aside i am freerolling anyway. Has anyone got their altcoins from BTer yet? About a week ago i heard they was starting but they are long..

I got my doges yesterday in the morning (in my time zone), though it took me a few angry emails to the bter support. But it had been even before the withdrawal of doges was finally enabled. I was among the first who tried to withdraw just after trading was enabled, later they disabled withdrawals and put coins on hold.

It is crazy how long they are taking to do this it really is a lot still have not withdrew their coins so you are one of the lucky ones and them angry emails which were totally justified may have helped you, although when i sent them angry emails when i used the before the theft they used to ignore me lol They would solve the problem in the end but it would take ages and no communication. Glad to hear you got yours though hope it is a quick process for the rest about time people get their coins back. Doubt they will be used again unless they get new owners imho.

I don't think they really acknowledge weekends in China. From my experience they tend to work through.

If I remember correctly they still have a six day working week in China. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong on this. Nevertheless, exchanges working 24/7 should always have some bell staff nearby and ready, should an emergency arise.

My balances are still there, only my history disappeared. I'm going to wait until things settle down before attempting withdrawals.

Yes they have six days of working but maybe they are still in a "medium" phase and don't have a lot of employers 24/7.  I don't consider bter.com an exchange due to their "mistake" and don't want to explain what is happened that day.
