Write here all what you order at TECHNOBIT and was not delivered to you. Think about a class action. It should punish people who want to enrich the other

I ordered the 5.2 2015th

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I am not sure what miners you are talking about, but as far as i know they are just a shop which orders from other companies who make a deal with them to sell miners.
Never seen them have own brand miners in shop.
I think you ordered one miner which probably was from a company which disappeared.
Their are plenty which was going to deliver in feb. but went offline or never answer if you mail them

Actually technobit take chips from other manufacturers and build their own hashing boards around those chips.

They don't resell other companies miners.

Worth mentioning that Technobit had a deal where you could trade them Black Arrow chips and get an assembled Black Arrow board with a couple fewer chips.  This was back in July and they claimed they'd be shipping in a couple weeks.  Minersource did a deal where they traded a lot of the Black Arrow orders they owed but couldn't get because Black Arrow couldn't seem to ship anything not crappy and/or explosive.  As far as I know, though, Minersource never had money from that, they simply traded chips from Black Arrow to Technobit.  As far as I know no one on that deal got any hardware ever.  Supposedly there were some bad parts put on the boards, which caused the initial delay.  Our hosting center should have had quite a few of the Technobit boards, and we even offered Technobit to do the repair for free on the boards that should have come here.  They talked with us a bit then never said anything to us after.  They had plenty of stock and have shipped the same boards to other people, but for some reason I haven't heard of one of the orders through that big Minersource trade going through.  I wouldn't deal with them after seeing this.

Everything above is as far as I know- and I didn't order anything from them so that might not be too far, but we were discussing helping them fill that minersource order, possibly doing more than just the assembly on boards to be hosted here- and they suddenly went dark on us, all while their website claimed they had the exact same boards in stock and shipping.

There are other threads related to them and their long suffering customer base.  They used to to ship quite a bit of their own miners but always seemed to have some really unhappy customers.  Like most small outfits, have not heard or seen anything on them recently.

There was a post a few days ago about them having moved premises and to e-mail them (again) if you've got any refund or "where's my stuff!?" concerns.

I especially enjoyed how many new products they developed and started shipping while leaving all the minion customers high and dry since the first part of August. If those boards don't exist, they probably have cases of possibly thousands of Minion chips stashed in a back room somewhere. I'm with novak on this one, they didn't seem to even try to solve the problem.

Meanwhile I have two hundred CPU coolers standing by for boards my hosting customers were expecting delivery on six months ago, paid up front. The only business I've done directly with Technobit was selling them a case of cables last summer, but they've certainly screwed over a lot of people I'm acquainted with. It'll be interesting to see a comprehensive list of hosings and see how they measure up to some other manufacturers.

Hello to all people who has been deceived by technobit.eu

After consultation with my lawyer he suggests the following procedure:
( Applies only to people in the EU, all others... sorry )

First:
Write to technobit.eu a letter with the demand for your goods or at your money within 14 days after receipt of the letter.
This letter you send via registered mail with Advice of delivery to technobit.eu.
Registered mail with Advice of delivery  is important! This is the only way you can later prove that you have put your demands against technobit.eu.
(E-Mail with reading confirmation would also be possible , but we know... e -mails will not be read from technobit.eu)

Second:
Wait for the Advice of delivery. Should not take longer than 1 week.
If the letter is not deliverable , which can be assumed , go immediately with your Advice of delivery and your Invoice to a competent authority (police, courts) and make a complaint about Internet fraud against technobit.eu.

If the letter deliverable, wait 14 days.
If you have not received anything until the expiry of the time limit, then ... see above.
A possible message or E-Mail stating "we will send later" you can safely ignore.

So much only once by this time, everything else at a later time.

For eventually grammatical errors, I do not take any responsibility, english is not my native language.

Whoops cut paste was off a bit there and the slow laggy internet caused me to post by accident.

Deleted it.

Here is some more ways to get Technobit to take notice of your complaint.

Marto/Technobit isn't responding to pm, has not logged in here in 3 days, looks like we are fucked. Time to file a claim with the EU customer protection unit, Bulgarian section, www.ecc.bg/submit-a-complaint.htm

Marto is probrobly the most honest person in all of bitcoin land.

Furthermore I allow myself no judgment.
We all can come even in difficult situations.
But: When it comes to other people's money , then we must have the courage and talk with these people and explain these problems.
No one will rip your head off in this case, I think.
(ok, the few cholerics are the exception) ;-)
Unfortunately, there are also plenty of black sheeps who want to come on your money.
This talk just hot air and if they have your money, you will never hear again some of those.
They dissolve into what they have promised you. HOT AIR.
And now distinguish even know who belongs to which group.

As I said: Furthermore I allow myself no judgment.

That's no longer a problem. For 20 euros you can now fly halfway around the world.
Ok , not from Germany , for there the pilots on strike. Again. As just last month. And 14 days before. Huh Huh Huh
And with a low-cost-airline is not an option too.

Well it didnt pan out for Chitty Chitty Bang Bang when the Bulgarians tried to dismantle him and rebuild now did it.  Like I've stated before it sucks these companies can take orders and just dissappear.  We need regulation or at least more moderation on this site to circumvent fraudulent activities from these companies.

No, all we really need is an armed society. But those "providing" us regulation, regulated the arms away so we wouldn't "regulate" them...   Lips sealed

Buying With Bitcoin: How to Get Your Money Back When a Purchase Goes Wrong

Remember do not buy from Technobit... or invest.

Technobit Awol.
Minersource site down.

Is it time for the I told you so?

Marto is still online, he's just posted a new BTCJam project yesterday.

https://btcjam.com/listings/35145-mining-equipment-heat-to-power-recuperation-project I'd be interested in technical details, but those percentages are a bit too far fetched even for me.

Actual efficiency of high end thermionic generators is around 10%.

I was looking at something similar last year, but left it with my "to try later" projects because of the following:
-components quite expensive.
-Only 5-10% efficiency to be expected

You can have a look at ATEG efficiency, as an example, or the following article:
http://physicsworld.com/cws/article/news/2013/dec/09/new-generator-creates-electricity-directly-from-heat
And the following explainations from a manufacturer that claims that

telluride TEG, you’re doing pretty well.

Today it's a nice surprise that I ordered arrived miner HEX4M from TECHNOBIT.
But my joy vanished when I opened the box. I smelled the smell of burning hardware.
The device was stained with greasy dust ...

I am pretty sure you got a burnt unit because you posted this thread.

Marto doesn't play nice with customers that demand product or services publically. This isn't the first time he has pulled this shit on people. I wouldn't be surprised if you get nothing back for a while or you get another faulty unit.

Marto doesn't play nice with customers that demand product or services publically. This isn't the first time he has pulled this shit on people. I wouldn't be surprised if you get nothing back for a while or you get another faulty unit.
Marto send a unit today, I'm waiting

There is a pattern.

It will continue as long as people keep buying from this company. 3 years of the same sort of bullshit. I hope people learn from your troubles and avoid this company in future.

--
novak

Makes you wonder who would want to order from Technobit... sad to say but people need to heed the warnings and avoid Technobit at all costs.

All scammers have two things in common

But only clever ones are fighting for the "good cause" which will safe the world some day for sure Grin

Why are customers waiting for products again? Things Loshia won't admit Technobit is a fraud because he is paid to promote them.

"Our hosting center should have had quite a few of the Technobit boards, and we even offered Technobit to do the repair for free on the boards that should have come here.  They talked with us a bit then never said anything to us after.  They had plenty of stock and have shipped the same boards to other people, but for some reason I haven't heard of one of the orders through that big Minersource trade going through.  I wouldn't deal with them after seeing this."

Bicknelsky,
Why you forget who you are  Roll Eyes
You have a lot of friends here for sure but this is not changing the fact that you was actively participating in silently forgotten scams. Which unfortunately are left behind. the community memory is too short. Besides some of top scammers here were your partnes.
I am sick and tired to read your opinion in each and every thread here. So go back too school please
Now on topic
I do not have anything against unhappy customers to express their opinion in all threads including Technobit.
I have many things against listening to you all the times in each and every thread. You do not know how to power a miner for Christ sake. What I know is that you bought a single Spondo miner in your famous minig career and sold it almost instantly because you pants were full of s....t not to lose money. Did you powered it at all?  Grin that is something completely diferent comparing to your famous and unforgettable blinking LEDs  Grin So please shut up. Or spent some money somwhere, get scammed, then complain and comment who is scammer and who is not
Ps say helo  and send some duc tape to your beloved friend and partner Josh from me and send some coins to Chris as promised

Just throwing this out there but, the ignore button will prevent you from reading his opinion in each and every thread here. Is it possible you actually do want to read what he's saying, every single time, so you can complain and refute?

In any case, I find the rivalry between marto and Bick quite hilarious. I wouldn't buy from either of them but it's fun to watch them beat each other up. Marto's been taking the (relatively silent) higher ground lately though I think, which doesn't really say much for his confidence in defense.

And we're still six months waiting on those Hex4M boards, which were paid for up-front and somehow evaporated while Technobit redirected their resources toward developing three or four new products instead.

Sidehack,
It is not about marto and I am not his advocate. I just can't stand hypocrites and "good cause" fighters.
He is just an ex nobody scammer that is all. If he is a man and fighter as he claims it is a piece of cake just to tell us how much money WASP collected and how they were spent. What did their ex paying members get in return.....
So simple
And he is continuously tolerated here
And most of the manufactures are doing their best to keep good relations with bickLEDsky....
Why Huh
Are all of us so dum not to see such obvious things?
Probably the answer is yes we are

I'm not waiting directly on any hardware I purchased from you. I did a deal with minersource for a couple boards which have yet to appear, but that's a different matter.

I do have some hosting customers, one of whom paid in advance to reserve 8KW of space, that are collectively expecting about a hundred of your Hex4M boards. I don't know how many of them were purchased through the Minersource-facilitated group buy and how many were direct orders. We've had cases full of TPLinks and air coolers waiting in the shop since August with zero boards to put them on.

You might also remember that we talked to you around October/November about doing the refit work on the boards which y'all claimed had been mis-manufactured or some such. We were willing to do the work for free at least for our hosting customers, and possibly for all the MSGB boards bound for US customers, just to get them out the door quicker. You sent us some basic information, a few pictures of the required fixes, and then stopped responding entirely.

Have any of the Minersource-GB boards been shipped yet? The ones that have't are only a little over six months past due.

So minion Saga.
We got chips and only a few customers paid with cash/bitcoin for service. One got refund rest got boards.
2 bigger orders get partial delivery and the remaining boards are lost and we are waiting for insurance claim to be paid.
all other orders chip to boards service paid with chips were deliverd.
Minersource shiped extra chips part of them used to cover 20 % failed minions and other part is still here as far there is no point to assemble them for loss.
End of story.
The boards we are seling our chip payment for procesed orders.
End of story

So when I talk to minersource and my hosting customers and they all claim to not have received any boards from you, they're actually mistaken and they did get their orders but somehow all misplaced them and/or forgot and/or decided not to mine with them even though they were already paid up on hosting and PSUs and outfitting hardware?

So today I got a replacement for my defective miner.
And I can confirm that I have received operational.

But one big minus. Write to websites that sell used stuff !!!
This mineral should have been driven for at least 1/2 of the year. So it is not a new device ....

But the conclusions for the money I got what I asked for

Nice shell game... don't ship miners and mine with them then sell them used to others. Why are people waiting months for miners? What pos company. Pretty obvious at this point they are pulling a BFL.

He taught Josh Zipkin that is for sure. He had Marto's crib sheets on how to delay shipment down, as well as screwing the most vocal hard and first with broken / faulty units.

I'm pretty sure Martin has more or less ignored this post. You might want to do that in the Technobit thread where is trying to steer his way around Bulgarian authorities and keep his dissatisfied customers to use PM and Email so as he doesn't have to have more dirt aired in public.

Never had a problem with Technobit. I converted my Black Arrow chips to 2Hex4M miners thru the Minersource deal. Happy with them.

Tell that to Qeu who has been waiting for 14 weeks.

You do know that a large number of people are complaining and some have filed complaints in Bulgaria right?

Guess dogjunior forgot he already posted he received his units. I wonder why you post that twice? Shilling for Martin?

ECC commission: "According Technomachinex, the faulty parts were received before Christmas 2014. Next they were sent to the manufacturer for repair. You should receive the repaired parts around 6th of April."

So not only are you giving wrong data to the ECC, you constantly lied about shipping data and sent items. I am over 14 weeks without that hardware now.

You can be a profitable company if you only deliver 50% of what is paid for and the other knuckleheads just keep coming back.

Eventually you will be in the 50% that get screwed so just wait your turn for the screwing it will come to you if you are stupid enough to keep buying

So, did someone received his hw or refund yet? Seems it is wiser to just buy btc now instead of trying to mine btc with these miners, they won't make enough to pay for their electricity now. Hell, not even worth the coolers they need! I just shut them off. That's about €6000 lost on Black Arrow and Technomachinex/Technobit for me.

If you are interested in mining buy from other company or second hand, not from Technobit scamers.

So not this guy?

Yeah, I am owed 19 boards.  I received 6 so if anyone wants some just let me know.

Hey Marto, did you ever follow up and find out where this guy's boards went?  I still have one hundred air coolers that have been sitting in boxes in the corner of my hosting room for EIGHT MONTHS without a single word.

wait a second...

Should post this in his support thread so he can see it. Doubt he will even glance in here.

He mentioned in this thread that he'd look into it, but that was five or six weeks ago.

He usually offers he will "check", he will "ship", he will "rma", he will insert "excuse here".

Suggest the person who is seeking a resolution reports him to the Bulgarian authorities. http://www.ecc.bg/submit-a-complaint.htm

And to really get his attention go to his other thread and post in red and badger him till he either refunds the person or as he has done in the past blacklists you and refuses to refund or compensate. Either way report him.

Yeah, I know better than to expect any real resolution here.

What sucks is, I really like the idea of third-party manufacturers making non-crappy miners, but Technobit is sorta ruining the landscape. It's not gonna be difficult to be better at delivery and customer service than they are, but will anyone even be interested in independent manufacturers if all the representatives are either overt scammers or only mostly scammers?

1st party or 3rd very very very few are legit or without any baggage.

Been a long wait to see the end game with Technobit and Martin but it was very clear what type of person and company this was early on given how he was treating his customers.

Doesn't take a lot to be honest. Just need the right people involved.

It's really too bad Brimstone and everyone else ended up getting screwed in this. He bought some Chilis and Habaneros from us, and he was always a really good guy to deal with. One of the real tragedies of things like this is that a lot of the kind of guys who bought from us or from Marto are small enthusiasts who genuinely like to tinker with hardware.

The flip side of this was when Avalon screwed over some great 3rd party makers who would have been supportive of those who are interested still in tinkering. We used to have a larger ecosystem too bad it is gone. There are always a small number of people who will screw everyone over as well as a number of people to ENABLE them. Martin was given support too long... and mark my words Avalon is going to turn on the community again given their nature.

Got this in my mail, if you want to see your money back, at least try and pm me the data to get your case along with mine, or email what is asked to the Chief Directorate National Police directly at BBSimeonov@mvr.bg.

Dear Mr./Ms. xxxxx,

We’ve received your e-mail with the information about Martin Sirakov. In order to check it and link it to a real person in Bulgaria we need to know, do you know the actual victims of this fraud, the exact date, amount and currency of the payment, from which accounts the payment was made, what is the purchased equipment. We need to know do you have e-mails, which were received from mail boxes used by Martin Sirakov and which are related to a purchase of equipment from that person? If you have that kind data, it’ll be of great help for us. In order to prove that this activity is actual internet fraud or other type of crime we need that information and we need the correspondence between Sirakov and the victims, who purchased a specific equipment and still don’t have it delivered after the announced shipment period.

I hope that you can give us the needed information.

Best regards,

B.Simeonov
