Micon is currently not a site pro. To my knowledge his bail/probation conditions will bar him from interaction with any online gaming site. None of us currently involved in SwC operations are facing any prosecution, you have nothing to worry about on this front.

Our client is completely safe.

Yes.  A short list:

  • People involved with operating the site should not be publicly identified
  • People involved with operating the site should avoid travel to Nevada
  • People involved with operating the site should never bring electronic devices into Nevada

We don't even travel to the United States at this point. A country that enforces the mad desires of the likes of Adelson at gunpoint is not a good place to be.

Why won't anyone deny or confirm then that Brandon Casten is possibly the new owner of swcpoker or always was a partner? Maybe no association at all?

Why won't you gag on an enormous dick until your eyes roll back in your head?

If the new owner or existing partners wish to stay in Antigua, fine but why not say so? If the site has new ownership and Brandon is the new owner but lives solely in Antigua and is out of the jurisdiction of the US and will never return, why not say so? (If he is that is, so is 12puqy@gmx.com Brandon Casten?) The fact you cannot answer thiis simple question throws up flags.

Copsucking informants like yourself can go over to another poker site. You needn't play on ours. Stop spamming our thread and go play on Full Tilt. Our record is better than our competition and we're proud of that. We're staying anon, just like Satoshi. Don't like it? See yourself to the door.

We got a great weekend tournament coming up in a couple hours, our Saturday 500. Come grind up up in the interim and stack some krill for those big krill rolls.

Informant? Not me sir

Your continued insistence that we provide someone to have a gun pointed in their face is pretty coplike. It is not going to happen. We're not going to sit here playing twenty questions about staff identities. There's been no change of operations staff since the days when Micon was around. We are not putting another face on this thing so they can be harassed. Our record is solid, and we will continue to provide our players with continually improving incentives. Don't want to be a part of that? Bye.

Informant? Not me sir, I enjoyed your site and wish you the best but what is best for you is not best for everyone's security or piece of mind. You may get a handful of cheerleaders here who support you but as long as the avoidance continues, numbers will stay very low.
I put a lot more stake in reputation than personally identifying information.  SWC/Seals always maintained fairness and security and to be honest, if they weren't anonymous the recent situation with Micon shows that that would actually make security worse, not better.  As long as they are anonymous they have less risk of being arrested and jailed, which means that our funds on the site are in less jeopardy.  You can say the numbers will stay low, but as soon as they get a proper client that is non-windows, I'm sure you'll se many player there again.  It has long been the go-to for bitcoin poker and is suffering now mainly because of not having a proper client.

Still no denial of ownership/partnership, your avoidance answers my questions in a way, if Brandon Casten doesn't own seals why not just say so?
There is a really go reason not to, which is that you don't want to get caught up in a game of "okay, then are you person1?" No. "okay then are you person2?" No. "okay then are you person3?" No. ...

They clearly said they want to remain anonymous so obviously that means "no comment on who we are".  No comment means no coment.  It doesn't mean "no comment unless you say the wrong guy then we'll comment and say no were're not that guy".   I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.  If you ask me who I am and I say I'm not going to tell you and then you follow up with "Are you Barrack Obama?" then I'm not going to answer that latter question, refusing to answer it doesn't mean that I am Barrack Obama, it means I'm not answering questions about who I am.

I read the satoshipoker threads and it did not paint him well until the very end when apparently people were paid so maybe he made it right. Just like to know if that is the same person in control now.

There is a thread on twoplustwo.com right now where a guy says he felt cheated and support gave odd answers. The ownership of seals whoever that is should take more care.

Good day

I'm glad at least someone around here isn't afraid to tell it like it is.    You guys should be very proud, you have always stood your ground.     It takes a lot of courage to believe in something so much that you relocate in order to pursue it.

Law enforcement is trolling on these boards, and not just in the poker forum. Almost exclusively US law enforcement of course, not international, so they seek to identify/target US-based people. Be aware ...

Ouch. This is not very professional at all. Flashback of Fran the man . Who was brandon casten the owner of satoshi lol? Don't need to divulge who owners are as no ones business obviously. I would like to see more transperancy in cheating scenarios like with what transpired with kunty kunter. What happenes on new seals with accounts caught cheating? If there is money in the account does it get distributed to the cheated players like the old seals?

You're about as convincing as a dude with Groucho glasses and a fake mustache.

Incidentally, you're obviously the same troll and/or cop who started this thread on PFA.

How can you ask for them to be transparent and have complete anonymity at the same time?

cheating rings where outed on the old mavens seals. Mostly thru the players with leaks from the site. Least let me know they are doing something in trying to catch cheaters. Kunter kunty was poorly handled imo.
