If the site has new ownership and Brandon is the new owner but lives solely in Antigua and is out of the jurisdiction of the US and will never return, why not say so? I put a lot more stake in reputation than personally identifying information.  SWC/Seals always maintained fairness and security and to be honest, if they weren't anonymous the recent situation with Micon shows that that would actually make security worse, not better.  As long as they are anonymous they have less risk of being arrested and jailed, which means that our funds on the site are in less jeopardy.  You can say the numbers will stay low, but as soon as they get a proper client that is non-windows, I'm sure you'll se many player there again.  It has long been the go-to for bitcoin poker and is suffering now mainly because of not having a proper client.

There is a really go reason not to, which is that you don't want to get caught up in a game of "okay, then are you person1?" No. "okay then are you person2?" No. "okay then are you person3?" No. ...

They clearly said they want to remain anonymous so obviously that means "no comment on who we are".  No comment means no coment.  It doesn't mean "no comment unless you say the wrong guy then we'll comment and say no were're not that guy".   I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.  If you ask me who I am and I say I'm not going to tell you and then you follow up with "Are you Barrack Obama?" then I'm not going to answer that latter question, refusing to answer it doesn't mean that I am Barrack Obama, it means I'm not answering questions about who I am.

I read the satoshipoker threads and it did not paint him well until the very end when apparently people were paid so maybe he made it right. Just like to know if that is the same person in control now.

There is a thread on twoplustwo.com right now where a guy says he felt cheated and support gave odd answers. The ownership of seals whoever that is should take more care.

I would like to see more transperancy in cheating scenarios like with what transpired with kunty kunter. What happenes on new seals with accounts caught cheating? If there is money in the account does it get distributed to the cheated players like the old seals?

cheating rings where outed on the old mavens seals. Mostly thru the players with leaks from the site. Least let me know they are doing something in trying to catch cheaters. Kunter kunty was poorly handled imo.
