But nowadays mining is not a good option to make since the payout is not really good and there are so many scam sites out there that makes you to think twice to make mining. The best profitable option is just do signature campaign, they are the best about giving bitcoin  Grin

You should have a mining software . And its better to mine than to participating in signature campaign.

better to mine? i don't think so, here everyone is saying that signature is the best and you say the contrary? profitable mining in general (even altcoin yes, few exception here and there won't make it still alive), is dead and buried

if you want to profit from mining you need to go big and join a pool nowadays

I guess for now mining is not good enough since you must pay the electricity and I dont think you can cover all of the cost of electricity becuse that mining is cost so much and the payout for solved 1 blocks is not enough so better to do signature campaign that give a good payment. You wont lose anything with participate in signature campaign

I would rather choose to join a signature campaign which is safe way to grow your bitcoins and if I would become greedy someday and want to grow my bitcoins in a quick time I would prefer to go on gambling sites and take a risk to win some good amount of bitcoins.

That's a good waty to lose all your coins not grow them. Personally I just prefer to buy and earn coins with the intention of holding them for a while. I think in the long run bitcoins themselves will turn out to be a great investment.

Lots of good suggestions here, but can anyone suggesting to "trade" point us noobs towards a good into guide?  I imagine its very similar to forex trading, but for sure there have to be some differences right?
check out sections on altcoin, speculation, Trading Discussion for getting the hang of what is happening also there is a reddit section called r/BitcoinMarkets that you can check out.
all in all you have to spend time to learn and start small and learn from your losses before you can start earning big time

Thanks, I will do that.  I assume it would take lots of effort to learn.  Learning how to choose stocks took years of experience and learning before I felt confidant in my abilities.  In fact I would almost compare it to earning a second degree.

And thanks Crazyivan, that is important info.

Also I forgot to say, as far as faucets go moonbitcoin is my favorite.  Also you can try this site to earn a little bit.  You won't get a ton but its better than faucets.

I suggest to you to stop keeping clicking captchas, you can only earn in that way with a small income. Now you have a bitcointalk account you can participate now in signature campaign and you will earn as much than faucets.

just keep in mind that trading altcoins is not "exactly" like choosing stocks and other markets for that matter. you will see some coin being pumped out of the blue and people triple their investment in a blink of an eye or lose their investment as fast as they invested.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Which is why trading in such an environment offers hypothetical results...
You never know what will happen the next minute, as if either whales might enter when you enter, you are lucky or if they exit while you enter, you will yourself witness your portfolio fall down like someone falling from a sky without parachute...

Trading altcoin is hard to do. But I guess there are many people out there doing altcoin trading and get a lot from it. How did they do that? Like choosing what altcoin should be pumped and which one should be dump?

As simple as that: spend some time with your signature, make some money out of your house, invest it mining Alts, sell, and repeat the cycle. This days BTC price is low, you need to move yourself more than some years ago  Cool

Oh really? can you make 0.001 faucets in 1 week? i think you won't get a big coins in faucets. Its only for a beginner or newbie and you are now MEMBER and just only find a signature campaign that have a good rate for member.

I don't have any super secret method.  I buy when I can afford to buy.  I've tried that dice faucet with no luck.  I have been playing around with the lawnmower app though.  Have accumulated about 1/10 of a coin so far with that.

I dont think rank have any connection with the payout from the faucets. There are some people that have a high rank like Full Member and Senior Member that still use faucets and they sure can make decent ammount of bitcoin. And for a member rank I dont think there are any good signature campaign for him
