People need to understand that AMP was trading under 11k sat already BEFORE Greg's announcement. Before Greg's announcement people were still believing in the roadmap. Even with that roadmap and the amazing tech it included AMPs was going down.

AMPs won't rise above that when Synereo decides to kick RChain/Greg out, no reason for it to go higher than when it was being traded BEFORE Greg's announcement. As before teh announcement people were still believing in the tech and the roadmap, so when Synereo kicks out this tech and goes for an inferior tech it won't trade higher.

Raising 5 million USD and then 2 months after wantting to kick out Greg (one of the founders) and his Rchain tech, is imo a scam. Most people bought into it bc of Greg/Rchain.

Anyway even if you don't call it a scam, it is a very bad investment!

-Founders are fighting calling eachother liars and wanted each other out of the company.
- Big groups of investors lining up for law suits already if Greg/Rchain is kicked out
- 84 million coins in circulation as of this moment and 850 million more coming into circulation in coming years!!!

Hi all,

Some facts:

1) Synereo has a lot going for it regardless of RChain. We've been in existence for two and a half years; who has heard of RChain before a few months ago?
2) Remember our whitepaper? It was widely acclaimed. Not much mention of any blockchain. https://www.synereo.com/whitepapers/synereo.pdf
3) Greg is unable to sell his AMPs without my approval. He has no access to any AMP wallet. He himself has committed not to sell any AMPs until he delivers something.

4) The Synereo team has 6.5 devs and will continue growing. After working in Synereo for many months (1 more than a year), they are some of the most informed developers in the space when it comes to decentralization technology.
5) We're working hard on delivering something *real* and usable post haste, alongside publishing a revised roadmap the entire team signs off on in terms of both content and timelines.

We are in a better position than we've ever been in.

Regarding '1.' >>>> Nobody..... and that's the reason Synereo didnt had ANY FUNDS AT ALL! (glad you admit) Only 130k in 2015 ICO! RChain is teh reason for teh big funding.

I personally knew more than 95% of those who invested or bought AMPs during the pre-sale, during which we raised the $1.25m that kickstarted the sale and brought in attention to it. There was no mention of RChain for most of that period.

You are telling people to do some research and Synereo is a "scam coin" and that you got scammed before (this sounds it isn't the first time you lost money in crypto world). This leads me to the question why did you invest in Synereo? If you are a smart investor you did a profound research and a due diligence before investing into Synereo. (And I'm 100% sure, that you are a smart investor. At least you are trying to act like this) After the awesome research you've done you came to te conclusion Synereo is worth investing in. Now, you are telling people not to buy AMP's. (This let me doubt about your awesome ability to do researches.)

That means, you failed at doing a proper research before investing into Synereo because if you had done the same research you did after Synereos trouble you should NEVER EVER had invested into it.

This leads everybody with a commons sense of human brain function to the result that you are a clown! Sorry honey, but for the sake of all of us, be quiet and do some researches. That's what you are good at

Today, on December 12th, the majority of Synereo LTD’s shareholders voted in favor of Greg Meredith’s removal from the company’s board, as well as for the cancellation of his consultancy agreement as Chief Scientist of Synereo.

We wish Greg well, and hope to see him succeed as a major contributor to the global decentralization project we’re all part of. 

On the 20th of January, Synereo will reveal its new development plan for a distributed social network, operating according to the principals of the Attention Economy and granting real value to AMPs. Our technical team is crafting a viable roadmap for a usable product, to be staged in a reasonable timeframe within our existing budget.

Synereo’s roadmap will include usable intermediate applications, which will utilize real AMPs and set the bedrock for the network effects necessary for a fully functioning decentralized social network. Additional info will be released as soon as the fine details are ironed out. Sign-up for alpha testing for the first Synereo application will open on the 25th of December, and we encourage all of you to take part so that we can deliver a high-quality product as soon as possible.

The last few weeks have been emotionally challenging for all of us. What about a refund and doing another crowdfund based on the new information, without Greg now ? Or at least let the community decide how much money of their Crowdfund Portfolio they want to invest in Greg and in Synereo.
