PICISI (Philanthropic Investment and Charity for Inventions, Startups, and Ideas) is an ambitious crowdfunding startup that will accept all significant currency types.   This endeavor will likely change how cryptocurrency is viewed by the masses since it will enable people to see and use cryptocurrency in positive ways.

PICISI will be run with integrity, every account will be verified, and mgmt will review each campaign.   Microfunding via cryptocurrency combined with a great number of generous sponsors should result in every campaign at PICISI receiving some level of funding -- no one leaves with zero.  

PICISI will launch with the bare necessities: a simple site, a skeleton crew, and a few sponsors.   During the first 90 days our admins and recruiters will assemble a full compliment of participants from organizers and donors to sponsors and contractors; by the end of the period we expect significant growth.

At PICISI we define promotion three different ways:

1) Publicity - broadly raising site awareness to grow the audience ie: sponsors, organizers, and donors.
2) Outreach - the specific purpose of finding organizers to conduct campaigns at our site.
3) Marketing - the specific purpose of finding donors to fund campaigns at our site.

To achieve our goals the Executive Director will assemble an energetic team of professionals: Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Content Director, Promotion Director, Communications Director; in addition to Referral Agents, Promotion Contractors, and Campaign Contractors.

• The Deputy Director -  second in command, is in charge when the Exec Dir is on vacation, incapacitated, or as directed by the Exec Dir.
• The Assistant Director - primary task is to assist the Executive Director and the Deputy Director however at times he may also serve other directors as the need arises. [position filled]
• The Content Director - responsible for all site content, his primary focus is quantity and quality of campaigns, secondly site usability
• The Promotion Director - responsible for promoting the site to sponsors, organizers, donors, and media for more business.
• The Communications Director - responsible for having our site make news somewhere around the world everyday. via press releases, articles, and interviews.
• Referral Agent - refer people to us to do assignments, to organize campaigns, to make donations, and/or to sponsor site activity. Only registered referral agents and Admins are compensated for referring people to PICISI.
• Promotion Contractor - select and complete PICISI publicity, marketing, and/or outreach assignments.
• Campaign Contractor - work for organizers to create, develop, and/or promote their respective campaigns.

On May 3rd  we received notice that Alexa.com (#1 site ranking site) ranked www.PICISI.com at ~22M. That was phenomenal news considering there is nothing at the site and we didn't ask anyone to go there.  Our plan regarding site performance was to start monitoring it after launch but since it is now listed we will start monitoring ranking.

May  5, 2015 rank adjusted to ~17M   [True rank "changes" take place monthly or later, a 5M rank leap this early is an awesome sign for any site in prelaunch. ]

The Default Trust System is essentially a list of highly trusted individuals who have proved over time to be a trusted member of the bitcointalk community.  Only about .0005% of bitcointalk members are on that list.  Essentially they are charged with being the eyes and ears of the Administrators since the admins, staff, and mods can't be expected to see everything.  Tecshare was a member of that group, he was trusted to make truthful and fair determinations when issuing feedback, particularly when issuing negative feedback.  However when Tecshare willfully and recklessly violated that trust he was impeached and stripped of those rights.  

Tecshare was removed from the Default Trust List because he maliciously lied about doing business with me in order to cause damage to my trust rating.  Tecshare's favorable trust standing was removed because he perpetrated a fraud using the public bitcointalk feedback system.  After an investigation of the charges lodged against Tecshare it was determined that Tecshare's behavior was deserving of censure.  

In an elaborate political and judicial hearing of the facts heard by those qualified to stand in judgement of site members it was determined that Tecshare was no longer worthy of the privilege of inclusion on the Default Trust List -- he was subsequently evicted from the elite trust circle.  

It's important to note that many who advocated on his behalf advised him publicly and privately to remove the subject feedback and put an end to the nonsense.  He refused to remove it, instead choose to amend it slightly.   His stubbornness forced those same allies to choose to side with him or enforce the rules they were empowered to uphold, needless to say they unanimously decided against Tecshare.

Since Tecshare's defrocking he has gone on a war path to remove others, even his xallies, from that very same elite trust list.    

I should have issued negative feedback to him on the first occasion of his distrustful behavior, particularly when he was found unworthy of elite trust, but I didn't because I thought he would stop the bad behavior.   Tecshare continued his malicious, deceitful, spiteful, vindictive, and mean-spirited behavior (search "Tecshare" at 'Meta area' to witness the venom first hand).   With all that I experienced and witnessed I could no longer allow his nonsense to continue freely so I issued Tecshare negative feedback to tell him to stop his foolish behavior.

Now back to the business of PICISI.  Today I received two PMs from individuals interested in the Content Director position, both asked me about compensation/pay.
I thought it would be helpful to share an amalgam of my reply to each of them.


... about the PICISI compensation plan, all PICISI work assignments listed are paid for with PICISI issued tokens.  The only exception to that is work that must be done in order to facilitate PICISI startup, eg: the PSD image to show people the intended design for the website, a PICISI explainer video, the production of the site itself, and the minting of the tokens.  

The work I do for PICISI is under the very same conditions, instead of my computer mining coins, the 'proof of work' is my actual work.  My hope is that the tokens I earn now will have great future value.  

Once the site starts earning fees, the amount received in fiat will be used to buy tokens at exchanges that have PICISI issued tokens, if we have an official exchange sponsor we will purchase all of our coins at their exchange.   Since the token is tied to the specific performance of a specific business that actually uses the token in the day to day operation of the business the token is expected to be both strong and stable. ...

As for the size of the logos, you will notice that they are all getting smaller as the quantity increases.  Nevertheless their size will vary based on the application.
May I suggest that you create a black outline of the 'B' in bitcoin so that it is easier to see.
