The wallet will be live as soon as it is synced, but the market will not go live until we (the community) pay the listing fee of 1 BTC. Stex was gracious enough to start the process of listing Bytecent without payment upfront because they knew about our situation with Bittrex. Once the Bytecent wallet is live, I will have Stex post a fresh BTC address here so we can all donate to that address. The BTC will go directly to Stex, as I stated in my previous post I don't want to handle any donations. We just got removed from coinmarketcap. This is not good even if we get listed on stex

Bytecent is still listed on Coinmarketcap: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bytecent/However, Bytecent is no longer ranked because there is no volume over x days. Once trading begins on Stex Bytecent will be ranked again. Best, Christopher |

The Bytecent wallet is live on Stex! Please create an account here: https://app.stex.com/?ref=82221595 and transfer your coins from Bittrex to Stex.
Note: Although our block times are approximately 1 min, it can take up to 60 mins before your transaction receives the first confirmation, so please be patient!
I will have Stex post their BTC address for listing fee donations. The faster we raise the 1 BTC for the listing fee, the faster the market will open.
After trading on Stex goes live, I will list several exchanges we can vote on. The exchange with the most votes will be the next exchange we go to get listed.

Hello everyone! I spoke to Stex this morning and our market is ready to go live. They are just waiting for payment from our community to open the market. They gave me a fresh BTC address for donations and someone suggested we use Tally so it is easier for our community to track the donations. Note: The BTC addressed used for the donations belongs to Stex and any donations made will go directly to Stex. Is there an official telegram for BYC? I noticed there was an old one ( https://t.me/Bytecent_BYC) that is quite inactive.. I feel like if we are attempting to reboot and revitalize this community we should also have a designated telegram chat to discuss BYC. Especially since we're trying to rally together and raise money for STEX. Just a thought! |

Hello everyone! Each morning around this time I will post daily updates here, and soon I will make similar announcements using the official Bytecent Twitter account. I want to thank everyone who contributed BTC for the Stex listing fees, we have raised 5.57% of our 1 BTC goal. Do we have a timeframe on when coins need to be moved from bittrex before they are lost? Is there any chance of relisting there or is that 100% not happening?
