I fully agree.  This one should be at a much higher price with real application for the coin.  I know it has been remarked on before, but you really need to get on another exchange.  I know you are working towards everyday uses, but the exchanges are to movers at the moment.  Although, if you could get the card widespread enough, you may not need them long term.  Either way, looks good so far.  Keep it running!

What comes first the chicken or the egg? Large exchanges want volume, and it is hard to get higher volume without being on multiple exchanges. That being said, we have new partners that will be going live in Q1 2017 and eventually the volume will get there. We will be making another push for other exchanges once we show there is real demand for our platform. Avanquest is just one of several well known companies that will be using our platform. Once 3 or 4 companies are publicly using our platform, the exchanges will have no choice but to add Bytecent.

It has been a slow and steady journey, but we continue to keep pushing forward. Remember, we were pronounced dead multiple times, and we just ignore the FUD and continue to work on growing our partnerships.

I got this feeling that this is a good project to get in ,dev team are more concentrated on coin usage than trading in on exchange,if a certain has usage and demand,exchange would want it to add to their trading flatform,it will be profitable for them to add it..

I wanted to give the community a heads up that more buy support and buy pressure is coming within the next two weeks. As we get new clients, or a present client needs to add more funds to their balance, we accept the payment from our client and then buy Bytecent from the exchange to be used as rewards for our clients. As you might be aware, we have already done this a few times this year. Unfortunately, the process of accepting the payment from our clients and then buying from the exchange is still slow.

Also, once a few more clients are live with our platform we will make an active push to get added to at least one more exchange. We understand how important it is for traders to have multiple exchanges to trade on, and that will be our priority. I would also like to point out that we were listed on Cryptsy before they went bankrupt.

Lastly, it has been quite sometime since we released a new version of the Bytecent client and it is long overdue. In January we will be releasing a new Bytecent client with various bug fixes. If you have found a bug and you would it added to the list of items to be fixed, please let me know.

Hi Burninj,

The next version will just be bug fixes. I want to clean up the current code and fix the bugs before rolling out new features. I will admit I have been focusing a lot on our partners platforms, and neglecting the desktop client, but it is time well spent. Since Avanquest made their announcement, we have had several inquiries regarding our platform.

As for the podcast, I didn't think many people listened. I would be more than happy to do a 10 - 15 minute podcast going over what we have done since the last podcast, and what you can expect soon. I will try to release a new podcast by Monday.

Need a retailer that will send out coins for discounts to entire customer base.  I am sure people will learn how to download a wallet for free or discounted stuff.

Good idea. Also, with our rewards platform there is no need to download a wallet, the coins are stored in the "cloud". So for example, with AQ Rewards the user doesn't need to download a separate wallet, they just need to create a quick AQ Rewards account and that is it. They can transfer their coins anytime to Bittrex or a local wallet.

Thank you for the kind words. The price of the gift codes are dynamic based on the price of the dollar, Bitcoin, and Bytecent. But it will always be equal to the value of the gift card. We will be re-launching  our gift card site the first week in Jan.
