I believe in the success of your project, but what will happen to it after Bitmain tweaks algorithms and will mine almost all the coins?
Did you foresee that?

Thank you!

No, I don't foresee that happening because we are closed source. However, algorithms can be change/altered.

Also, I still favor solo mining but to be honest it is just not realistic in the long run.

Best,
Christopher

Very interesting project, I wish you success.
I will soon write a short review of your project, a lot of thoughts on this.

Is there anything that would prevent a PC from "mining" BYC?

I've tested a couple of 16 core devices and an 8 core device for about 72 hours that were unsuccessful in generating any BYC..

8 core is the only active device now..

PPS  1189
CPD  2.4

the 16 core was approximately doubled.
I can't remember the PPS but the CPD was around 4.3

4.3 CPD = 1 BYC every 2-3 days.

Hello everyone!

I have created a list of exchanges we can try to get listed on next. Each of these exchanges have a listing fee, we can buy our way onto each exchange. I didn't list the larger exchanges because the fees are significantly higher and our volume must increase first. Let me know which exchange you guys prefer.

Crex24: https://crex24.com/
Name your price.

BiteBTC: https://bitebtc.com/applylist
Fee not listed.

BTC-Alpha: https://btc-alpha.com/partnership/
3 BTC but we should be able to negotiate the fee.

YoBit: https://yobit.net/en/addcoin/
0.1 BTC - 0.5 BTC

Also, we must increase the buy support and volume on Stex Exchange! The community worked together to get Bytecent listed on Stex Exchange but we must continue trade to keep it listed. We don't want a repeat of being delisted. You can trade Bytecent here: https://app.stex.com/en/trade/pair/BTC/BYC/1D?ref=82221595

Yobit looks like the most accessible at this point.  Hopefully your update/website will increase interest/volume and price.

In a word, I don't like Yobit.
The team and Bytecent community should choose another one.

Hi,

I am leaving this decision up to the community, but can you please explain why you don't like YoBit?

Best,
Christopher

The best volume among the exchanges you share is on the yobit exchange. High volume stock is always good ...

When will the voting begin? or when will you apply to the stock exchanges? bytecent when will you coinmarketcap? Why are social networks so passive? When are you planning to mobilize this community ??
