When you try to log in to your account appears the inscription "User not found or account deactivated" create a contact support, through the form on the website, it is not possible - "Our support ticket queue is full. Please come back in few hours".

Same here as well but its already a long time ago i pulled out my funds.Even on popular exchange as well, i might do the same thing too.

This has been my issues, as well.

To the owners of C-Cex: If you guys got Goxxed please just say so and we can work it out. When BTER got robbed they came forward about it and I eventually got paid back in full over time. I don't mind waiting for repayment if this is the case but don't keep it a secret.

The vacation is over but there are lots of problems raised after that. You do have any problems with this scam exchange?

About a year ago c-cex closed for "vacation" and I couldn't withdraw any coins. When they returned 3 months later I withdrew everything, haven't done any biz with them since.

If that "long time" was more than 6 months, then you cannot retrieve your account. It was also mentioned in their terms that they do not send notifications about that. I believe they should, but we can't do anything since they stated it there and by making an account, that means you agree. My account was deleted as well, fortunately I already got my coins before it happened.

We guarantee to display your detailed history of operations for last 3 months. All operations with age above 3 months can be archived and converted to consolidated records. We do not store activity records or any account data including transactions, history records and any wallet balances in case account was not accessed for more than 6 months. Please, note - we do not send any notification if you do not access your account for mentioned period of time prior of data deletion. We do not welcome consider an account spam multiple account registrations made by one customer. So they closing peoples' accounts for inactivity without sending out warnings e-mails and seizing their assets?

Just a thought, would the "vacation time" count towards account inactivity since people would no have been able to log in for the entire summer? As well as record keeping time limits?

there is no support system and u withdraw coins and give pop saying "email sent" but no email comes and no info in transaction history but coins are GONE>>
u cant get support aka Yuri to fix or check the issues cuz he never replys in IRc and support ticket system never open...

Esp a shock when u worked for that site as chat mod for FREE and he rapes ya even more at the end...
I did warn him about chasing the short term gains of fake crypto AKA tokens and the long term affects aswell like the dev runs and whos the only point of contact to QQ the SITE/indians spamming support tickets even tho they calling trolls racist for saying is a scam coin ( clearly they dont know how to check coin spec to see they were scams from day 1 ) and end the end they cry cuz they were scam tokens and even the Indian government and judges said as such.

Today 20/01/2019, when I just sell some Fork coin, c-cex suddenly log out and disable my account again. It say "User not found or account disabled" !? This is the second time c-cex disable my account suddenly and no reason. C-cex support, please reactivate my account and allow me access my account.

FYI traders and Users, there is a fake twitter account named @Admin_Ccex trying to scam ccex traders and users pretending to be site owner, its clear as day there not the site owner and ask for 0.01 btc to get account fixed... even tho the issues reported was a internal issue within the site. (withdrawal glitch )
DO not give this scammer any BTC there NOT yuri the site owner just some scammer trying to take advantage of users that cant get yuri to respond to them...
