I get a blank page getting to C-Cex, only from my home network, on mobile data i can see c cex working.
I do changes the DNS, Webbroswer, nothing worked. Anyones knows what can mess up ?

they blocking account and most possibly also IPs. just wait for support queue is free and put ticket, i had same problem. my account was blocked and they unlocked it in few hours
but reason is unknown...

2 accounts blocked with having $3000 balance on it? Dont know whats on your mind but you should consider first on checking out their main thread or their current reputation and situation before
making any deposits and as you can see tons of people who do have complaints into this exchange and until now it isnt still resolved and you still decide to deposit and adding up on the pile
of complainants of this scammy exchange. No one can help you out but only them but its long time already that they arent answering on supports.

Not really need nor a necessary brainstorming for you to figure it out. Simple logic plus common sense will already give you the idea.

Dont give any hopes that you will able to get your coins back,basing on the hundreds of complaints above this turns out to be a scam exchange.

@MODS:  Isn't it about time this entire thread was moved to the scam section where it belongs?  This would help stop noob users being scammed any further.

No support.
Customers accounts being closed.
Customers funds vanishing.
No withdrawals.
Missing funds.
Page after page after page of complaints.

Yip after all the years helping yuri he F's us hard.....even ex chat mods....
but thats nothing new ive seen him do it to idol and other mods threw the years.

Had magic coins that i would withdraw then pooof there gone nothing sent or on blockchian and then 1 week later he removes from history ( funny that i can show all the withdrawal emails to prove he a thief.

Props lost over $100k from yuris lil theifing threw the years ontop of all the tota scam coins he allows to list and then users take the fall, hence why i Demanded 5btc refunded to me choice of btc account ( he wont send it but that fine ) im the 1 that helped ccex gain trust with users with my trading advice and lesson, i can kill that trust VERY fast...and tell all the ins and out of yuris SeaMonkey ways.

Maybe this is an another created account just to claim that C-cex do still able to solve some problems to its users but we aren't blind here if we do base up on what we are seeing.

They are quite for long after the vacation which is 3 months and this is the way that they have planned to have a gradual exit scam.

On December 15, 2018 , when I just bought some vit coin, c-cex suddenly logged out my account. Then, I cannot login my account again. Page c-cex only say "User not found or account disabled" !!!
 Now, I have waited 8 days but no one answers my ticket. I still cannot login. C-cex support, please unlock and allow me access my account.
