Not correct. As we wrote here before - we will buy them at any sell price below or equal to XVG market BTC price. If somebody want to sell cheaper - that's their decision.

Not correct. As we wrote here before - we will buy them at any sell price below or equal to XVG market BTC price. If somebody want to sell cheaper - that's their decision.

Thing is, you are putting the responsibility of getting people's money back into the hands of the victims of your mess up. Subsequentially abusing people's unfamiliarity with your system, their panic and stress, and their lack of taking a stance whereas they should. That means you are basically hoping you can get away with people dropping their valuable XVG in your hands for less than pennies. That's just wrong on so many levels.

You and you alone have the full power to choose to restitute all victim's XVG for 100% market price. You are unwilling to do so and choose to accept people to accept huge losses. That's malpractice and frankly, quite douchy.

Again and again, you prove to be a shady exchange with no interest in repairing your reputation and protecting your customers.

Hold on, you are saying that because you were unable to back up your wallets, were totally useless, and lost our tokens, we should thank you that we can still sell some scam coin that you control and manipulate on a fake market where you take on top of that the % trade...
Are you really in Berlin as a registered company by the way ? it's hard to find propre infos about your company, some say Germany some say Russia...

That is not honest!
There is no control when buying! They do not know if they are xvg customers or not!
How stupid do you think your customers are?
Do you know what honesty is ?!
Probably not!!
The only acceptable solution is to pay your XVG customers directly! What they do is cheating of the finest kind!
Incidentally, the prosecutors also see that!

Okay so basically this exchange lost 1000 of my XVG, I was trying to send it to my wallet ( Dec 20 last year lol ) and it dissapeared from my account but never arrived to it's destination, and also TX ID was missing. I contacted support regarding that matter and all I got as a response was '' VERGE HAS PROBLEM WAIT FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS"  professional as hell, lol. That was it really they never replied back to me despite my further  attempts to contact.

I know 1k Verge is not that much but it doesn't matter, the principle is that those people can loose you money and they won't care so my advice is AVOID THIS EXCHANGE AS

It's faulty, you do not respond in any reasonable time - if it works at all -, or you don't respond at all, or with a canned message.

It works. Of course we have automated related answers sometimes to prevent simple issues to spend support human time. In 90% they work and resolve problem. All you have to do if your issue is not resolved with automated answer - just reply and you will have more attention. We consider tickets resolved after a week if customer do not reply to us in his ticket.

This is a complete lie.  I've needed a personalized response, and I've submitted at least 8 "tickets" (they're really just messages because they don't show up anywhere and you can't reply to them) through their system, and as others have said, I've never gotten anything but canned responses.  Their e-mails always end with "Please, don't reply by e-mail. Use our support section: https://c-cex.com/?id=support"  I have tried replying by e-mail, and I didn't get an answer that way either.  PMing them on bitcointalk has also gone without a response.

If you want some more details and a laugh, keep reading (and I will note that despite wanting to use it, I have refrained from all foul language).

One of my latest messages to them via their "ticket" system:

Over the past month, I have submitted the same request about 5 times, and every time, you completely ignore what I say.  Would you please read what I write this time?

You keep sending the same canned response: "Hello! In case you forget your login - you may use your e-mail as login. Please, try to use "Lost password" link to recover your password in case you forget your password. Important! make sure Your are clicking on "Activate" link from e-mail before using new password. You will also be able to change your password in Profile page. Have a good day! Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Thanks!"

The problem is that **** I AM NOT GETTING THE E-MAIL!! ****  Last year, I did use the Lost Password link, I received the e-mail, and I was able to reset my password and log in.  Since then, something has changed ON YOUR END because my e-mail and everything else on my end is still the same.  I still get "Authorization Failed" e-mail from your system, so I know that's set up correctly.  (And btw, I'm a computer programmer, so I know what I'm doing with e-mail and computers.)

Is it possible that my account has been disabled because I hadn't logged in for several months?  If so, would you please re-enable it?

Same thing over and over again.  I can't get to my profile page because I can't log in, and I can't log in because their method of resetting my password doesn't work.  And no, my password manager has not forgotten my password, either.  I shouldn't have problems accessing my account in the first place.

I'm betting there's nothing but a bot on the other end.  Every single e-mail response I've gotten from them has come either on the hour or 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 minutes past the hour.  I don't think that's a coincidence.

Our coin (GNB) has been done at your exchange 2 months ago but until now It is not traded anyway.

It is not wallet to transfer coin to the exchange. As your know, it takes much money to give coin on exchange. However, there is not trading , effecting the price and coin markets.

It has done our coin serious damage

Please check it again and reply our problem

This line tells you everything you need to know about C-Cex, their attitude, their customer service, their arrogance. After the mistake with XVG, THEY did.

Personally I believe, that there's no such exchange, that could possibly lose, every back-up of wallet and private keys.
I also think, that's why he created the  XVGCT, to make us sell our XVG, so he can keep them himself. He's actions has shown, that he has done this before.

I also wonder, why Bitcointalk let's this continue after all these years and scams this exchange has done before? This exchange is a shame for all crypto community. Without Bitcointalk, I wouldn't have used this exchange in a first place. I thought having own page in such a notable forum, would mean something to it's operator's too.

Here we try to explain XVG situation better.

But here is how we are working out this very bad for us and our customers situation:

Due to technical glitch we lost all XVG (including those in backup wallet) which we had on our user balances. This is very unfortunate and rare situation but here how we are working this out:
1. We created XVGCT token which you can trade but can't withdraw. All users who had XVG on their balance now have same amount of XVGCT.
2. We buy XVGCT with BTC every week (or more frequently) at market price.
3. Everybody are welcome to sell their XVGCT here: https://c-cex.com/?p=xvgct-btc

This method will help our customers to get their refund partially but faster if they set sell orders below XVG sell price. For those who can wait - they can set XVGCT sell orders at the BTC price equal to XVG price - and we will buy it in time.
