Please help me. I was unaware of this "limited period" thing. I have withdrawn my BTC to other BTC address on today i.e: 18/07/2018. Confirmed via e-mail as well.
Now by balance shows zero on c-cex. No any transaction ID or history appeared. Do I get it after August 31? Please help me. I feel lost.

You are not the only one do see such thing but even I do still surprised how an exchange do suspend such operation and telling that they are on a vacation? They dont even care on the users or traders that do use up the site and if such features are disabled then this exchange is completely dead.
They should have the consideration even just leaving out some personnel's to watch out even on just basic operations like deposits and withdrawals. Im not even sure if they would comeback on last days of August.

"Limited Service Mode" just means that they do not have enough funds to cover all withdrawals.

When running an exchange and having set up a decent staff (management & support), a company can run 24/7 without interruption.

As a exchange / company, you need to keep customer funds/assets separated from companies operational funds/assets. Apparently c-cex is not doing this.

Looks this like a first sign for insolvency or exit scam?

This is the only choice to take when a service tell you they are going on vacation for thre whole months and during that period they don't ensure their service. They basically told us all : " we made enough money we are not aiming to work anymore, feel free to leave".

Simply read above posts and try to understand this exchange service is not working right now and all team is on vacation until 31 August you have to wait for this until they come back and then set all things for users and then hopefully you have your money in your wallet

Plenty of people saying it's a scam.  I don't care about whatever vacations people are talking about.

This website will let you register, deposit your money, and then give you a balance of zero on the coin.  If you submit a support ticket you might not even get an answer.

Read my lips: The site is a scam.  Deposit your alt coins elsewhere.  If you don't check these forums first then you'll be like me and lose a couple hundred bucks.

Full Mode enabled! Get your withdrawals out while you can!

And maybe C-Cex isn't a scam. It is incredibly poorly run, their communication is terrible, and their support team is MIA during their "summer holiday" but they do keep opening back up for withdrawals and fiat deposits/withdrawals have been working throughout "limited mode". While there is no way in hell I'm going to trust them with all my crypto, I'll continue trading small amounts on their site but won't be surprised if my BTC goes missing.

Just be smart and don't risk any more on this site than your willing to lose. There is money to be made trading smartly on C-Cex assuming it doesn't go under.

Try re-confirming your withdrawal authorization in your emails sometime in the next 24 hours. Should work now for a limited amount of time.
