2FA system works fine. Must be it's on your end. Anyway 2FA removal system works fine too. Mails got sent without any problems. Try initiate 2FA removal, look your e-mail and confirm action. Check spam or try to search your mailbox in case you don't see e-mail in usual way. IT IS NOT TRUE , I GET THE E-MAIL , BUT THE PROBLEM IS WHEN I CLICK ON THE LINK ON THE E-MAIL I RECEIVED , NOTHING HAPPENS, AND THERE'S SOME MOMENTS WHEN EVEN I DO NOT RECEIVE THE E-MAIL.. CHECK DOES LINK YOU ARE SENDING VIA E-MAIL TO DISABLE THE 2FA REMOVAL , BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORKING!!!! TRY IT YOURSELF!!! IF MORE THAN 5 PEOPLE SAYS THAT IS NOW WORKING IN A SUCH SMALL INTERVAL, MEANS SOMETHING IS REALLY NOT WORKING! FUCK IT ! WE ARE NOT HERE JUST TO SAY IS NOT WORKING! 2FA IS NOT WORKING ! Hi, Am one of your customers that are suffering from that problem, even by confirming the link from e-mail it doesn't do anything, I tried it hundred times and still didn't solve the problem. The problem is not in receiving the confirmation e-mail, the problem is the the confirmation link that we receive isn't working, please try to create an account as a normal user then activate the 2FA trough Authy or google Authenticator and try then to remove it using the confirmation link, after 7 days, you will see that it's not working. I hope this time c-cex will understand the problem and react because I'm very tired of waiting for the team to understand and fix the problem one a day, it's been 4 mouths ago that I accessed to my account and all my funds are in it and can't reach them. If this time c-cex will not solve that problem we all users will know that c-cex became a SCAM, and I will do my best to affect its reputation. Try another browser or device. Had already with other (not c-cex) the problem.
I had to either change the browser or examine the HTML code of the e-mail to copy the link out of there!
I'll keep our fingers crossed.

Dear Sir/s Starting on the note of warm regards, Iam an old trader on C-cex. Had got full support from the exchange so far and thankful for it. However, this time around m facing a strange problem transferring my Funds in form of ETHER, wherein I didn't receive the withdrawal confirmation link for transferring my 1.14493Ether (I'd put my correct 2FA & also got notified about confirmation link, which I absolutely didn't receive. I tried to raise the ticket but even than, is not getting raise when I tried saying long queue. I hope that u will appreciably look into the matter resend the confirmation link as ap , as to which I can see on etherscan.io for confirmation of completion.
