The Voxxo project looks incredible! I am a big lover of music and I have always thought there should be more opportunities for people to invest in music-focused projects.

Voxxo is a very interesting concept and I like that it combines three ideas for making profits:

1. The music player will make money through ads for free users and membership fees for premium users.
2. Investing in concerts that will be hosted by Voxxo, investors can vote for the acts performing profits will be shared between investors.
3. Licensing musicians and paying royalties with Cryptocurrency.

Very exciting and built on ETH blockchain I will definitely be investing in the ICO with the 50% bonus on offer!

The main reason why I am interested in this project, is because of the portfolio of the business manager Cem Inci. He organized huge events involving Michael Jackson and Madonna. Usually ICOs have big plans but I often highly doubt if they can really deliver. With Voxxo it seems like they have got the right people behind their big plans.

Second of all, the idea that you can invest in a concert and get revenues is very unique. It would be so amazing if this gets real. People would stand in line to invest, because we all know it is a big industry. Finally the big money will go to the communities and not just some rich people. Thats why I love crypto.

I like the concept of having block chain for music. But there are some more music based projects around. I would like to know what is the unique feature of this project?

People are talking about this project in a positive manner which dragged me to this thread. I am already seeing lots of interesting information like music player, arranging concerts and payment using cryptocurrency for artists etc.

Honestly, I also need to scan the whitepaper and other relevant information about the project.

I didn’t realise the team had so much experience, it’s great to see that they have been involved in the music industry prior to this project and they have worked with some world class musicians, like the ones mentioned above.

Yeah it’s great that there’s a community feel to the project especially with the concert investing. Investors can all submit acts and vote for which bands/singers will perform at the next concert,if the concert is profitable then the profits will be shared out between the investors.

The music industry is absolutely massive and I can certainly see this being sucessful.

I like how they not only offer a paid version but also a free version.

So regardless of sales, we should still see VOXXO be a sucess.

The 50% bonus seems very generous for the early stages of sales.

After reading the Whitepaper I have some doubts on the supply and demand of the coin. 100M coins will be created, is this number the total number of coins that will ever be created? And, when someone uses the coins to pay for the subscription service, these coins are burned or it can be sell back to the users?

I love the idea of concerts crowdfunding platform, I haven't seen that before, and I think it can upscale a lot!

You have almost answered my question about what is the unique feature. May be team members will have more explanation about it. Crowdfunding platform for music seems to be unique indeed. I could not find another one atleast in my first search.

Honestly, music field is like heaven and and VOXXO knows that and playing the game carefully. Team members seems to have lots of experience in this field which will add a crown to this project.

VOXXO will use tokens that platform holding and coming from subscriptions (that is a little fish considering whole supply) to produce albums and to open Performance Halls (long term plans)
and also VOXXO will try to use it as a balance (of course not for market but ONLY MUSIC price) make people sure to buy cheaper music from its competitors.

The mentioning of music as your core focus made my interest in this your project. I have read some part of your white paper and some things stood out unclear. The ads free users will see after every two songs, for how long is it going to last?? Because it seems that's the only  things differentiating paid users from free users. Spotify and Netflix, only two subscriptions I have and think is worth paying for. Im excited to see that Spotify will have a competitor in blockchain and I would for sure switch if Voxxo will be cheaper. 

two things I find particularly interesting about Voxxo:

Musicians around to world will apply to VOXXO music catalog to be listed. And VOXXO token holders will vote their song. If musician's songs get enough vote then will enter catalog. These songs will be available together with all other world-famous singers. Musicians will be paid when listened by VOXXO users.

Second, Musicians will monetize

There are 3 stages in token sale. I suppose the 50% bonus is available at least in the 1st stage. This ends on 1.1.2018.

Will the VOXXO music app support multiple languages or just English only ? I suppose that Voxxo is going worldwide, because they are going to stream music. I like that the free users can listen to music for free by seeing ads after 2 songs.

They will support multiple languages I'd imagine over a period of time as they are hoping to go viral and worldwide supporting multiple different countries.

Even though they might support multiple languages, I think it's going to be just some few major languages from each continent say at most two. My thought though because I feel It's an extra expense paying for translations especially in areas where not too many people accept your project

So if I understood it correctly, these tokens will be resold in order to get the funds to produce the albums. I actually like this fact as it makes the project sustainable in the long term. Some other ICOS these days look like they won't need any more money after TGE which its fishy to me.

For me also, the surprising element is the experience of Voxxo team. I know music industry is really saturated. lots of budding talents are coming up everyday in 1000s. The time frame is not really a problem as long as they can keep every second of the ICO time active. As long as it's active, the 3 months can come to an end faster than you think.

They have 1.25$ m hardcap! this is a very good number for further growth. The project can easily make x5-x10 when entering a good stock exchange. But for this you need to create a high level of HYIP.

This is a good point, the lower the market cap initially the better markup and % wise, for investors afterall.

It is definitely worth the extra expenses. Crypto is really worldwide and especially from some 3th world countries that you would not expect, there is a lot of interest in cryptocurrency, an example is the Phillipines/Indonesia. Also Turkey and Russia are big countries who show interest in crypto

A highly funded ICO which got sold-out doesn't always mean, the tokens will have a huge demand on the exchange. There are enough examples of ICOs that were under the radar which were very profitable for all the investors in the end.

Yep opening up things like music to indie artist in third world countries might yield some surprising results, especially if the distribution and payments system can be streamlined to get to them easier and more direct. Especially for people where every penny saved on fees will matter.

They surely show intrest for crypto. Turkey was lately in the news that the turkish government were trying to make their own coin like Bitcoin. Smart Icos should definitely should focus a little bit more in these countries.

Yep i think their will be 2 coin types that thrive, smart coins like ethereum that can operate contracts, and very cheap easy to access/exchange and low fee high speed "currency style" crypto, like litecoin.

There are certainly several reasons why some projects set a high cap. Some are greedy, others calculated wrong or want to suggest that they are worth a lot. It "small" cap shows just that they are ready to act with little money. Let us see what they make of it.

Yeah hopefully it would be great for investors to see a prototype of the product. Yeah it would be useful to see their music database to see which acts & songs will be listed on there.

Spotify was founded in April 2006 and official release was October 2008, after that it took time to build up the userbase. If you look at Voxxo, it is much more complex, because they have bigger plans. So I guess it will take a lot more time before we see a working platform

As far as I know this is not rare. Almost all ICOs give bonus. 40-50% of the ICOs give 50% bonus. Even some give more than that. This is to attract small investors. Who don't like freebies? 😁

I agree, big bonuses are very common. You get paid for the risk you take as an early investor. Since this ICO is for a few months, that is a lot of risk and worth the 50% bonus

I think this a reasonable way to start this feature but that in the future if this works as intended, they will allow more and more options as musicians get to know the services of voxxo. Let's say I'm a singer and I say in my twitter that I'm open to making more concerts in Europe in Spring, that could trigger some VOXXO holders to try to suggest a date and venue and then things start rolling ;)

Yes, Voxxo needs to start building a user base. Once the user base is big enough, options for organizing concerts are endless

I don't like to quote myself but this question remains unanswered and it's important for me to decide if and how much I will invest. I did the mistake of not knowing this exactly on STOX ICO and I won't do it again.

In the contrary, I think increase or decrease in price is as a result of demand and supply. When the amount of buy is higher than the selling, the price shoots up but when the amount of selling (dumping) is higher than the buying, the price drops. Without any form of action in market (or when buying and selling are equal) for a particular coin, the price is expected be sideways.

Rushing is a very bad idea. Spotify took their time and if you look today they are now one of the most know companies in the world. I think that Voxxo will also need a long time to get known. They maybe have bigger plans, but it will be nothing if they can't have users using it.

Good analogy, I like the comparison with Spotify and it does prove that it can take some considerable time to become well established.

I'm glad VOXXO aren't rushing anything, and I hope that they provide plenty of time as I really hope it will become successful since getting on the ICO

Also, the users have a major role to play. They have to understand the complexity involved in voxxo and thus know that voxxo company needs their patience as well as their support. If they know this, it will guide and prevent some of the inpatient ones from going into social media and writing negative posts about the project's speed.

User involvement is needed for sure. But this is meant for music industry. So there wont be less users anyway. It's nice field to introduce crypto. Voxxo is doing that in a clever manner.

I think as it's still very early days yet, but as the product gets more and more developed I hope this gets noticed by these ICO reviews and know that it's a long term project with fantastic prospects and advantages over its competitors.

Yes thats all well and good but its something to remember unlike people in crypto like to think with quick profits/losses, things like voxxo are a lot like spotify they will take time to get right and grow and expand, so i think its one of things we need to give time to grow naturally, even if it starts slow it has some immense potential for growth

5 Million users are a lot of users, I don't know its CAC (client adquisition cost) but if I were in their shoes I would raise wildly the hard cap. Of course, my experience comes from developing B2C apps maybe the music industry is really different.

I think the 5 million is a smart thing, setting a goal of 40-50m  or any number and then falling short impacts investors view of the project, setting a somewhat realistic goal and reaching it or surpassing it on the other hand reaps massive benefits. Always under promise and over deliver!

That is surely smart, because they know that higher targets will confuse people. It is way realistic when they reduce it, because they can also reach it quicker as you have said. After this investors will see that it is reached and so they will maybe have more interests in it.

It a nice idea indeed and something unique. But in the beginning, I think it will be more used by smaller bands or lesser known singers. It's hard to imagine that someone as famous as Beyonce will use Voxxo. If she would, that would be one hell of an advertisement for Voxxo.

LMFAO honestly i'll be estatic if it even just starts as a reliable tip jar for indie artists even to get their work out i know that indie artists are always looking for new ways to distribute and make some cash off their works, so attracting them is the best first step i think

I think in 1 to 2 years at the latest, the stars and starlets will have realized the potential of the world of cryptocurrencies. Voxxo will be laying the foundations here and establishing a new world of music business.

Most of the celebs in Hollywood assist know about cryptocurrency. I have seen some of them promoting some ICOs. Voxxo should discuss possibilities with favours singer or any musician and promote voxxo. That would already make it big hit.

I think it will be a great platform for aspiring artists but Voxxo need to make sure that there is a mixture of new and old talent on their music data base to appeal to all age groups.

I just saw the site and wow this looks seriously hot! I also love the concept of no more monthly fees but instead prepaying for a set amount of time. That's the way it should be! I reminds me of what they started doing with insurance where you only pay for the miles you estimate you'll be using and they just check annually where you submit a form showing your current mileage so that the estimation is correct. It saved so many people money this way. Auto subscriptions are a pain to cancel.

Agreed getting it right the first time is the most important part, for that they need the platform to be solid and to line up interest amongst artists to the platform, as debuting without enough content would slow things down greatly. I'm very hopeful the team is going to come back with some great news for the launch window.

If they started building music database it would become huge. I guess they will eventually go for some kind of partnership with other companies who are already having such musci databases. We will hear more when things starts developing.

I think it's not that hard to build a big music database anymore. Many music publishers have been willing to rent their music catalogs since streaming became so popular. And Voxxo already has experience and contacts in the music business, so i am sure, that we will have many great musicians in our playlists.

As a software developer I know the importance of the website/app, and that a bad app can kill you for good. But in the music industry content is king and if there's no Rihana, Enrique Iglesias and the likes you are not going mainstream. That might not be true for all music genres and various music. But you are right. Technology has developed so much and it might be easier to create such database than what I think.  Voxxo definitely have experience and they might have clear idea about how to handle such things.

I did not find this information unfortunately. I think a good option would be to use DASH. He is now very popular and really used by people to pay for services, it's cool!

I think it should be cryptocurrencies with fast transaction time and low fees. It makes no sense to pay with BTC right now for your music time when the fees are that high. Something like IOTA or Dash could be a good alternative.

You think?? Well it all depends on the duration of the ads any way. That was why I asked initially for how long will the ads last. If it's going to last long enough to become annoying fine otherwise, add more benefits for paid users.

Voxxo is just starting to pick up momentum. Telegram channel starts growing just now. Give them some time to build the community. Voxxo will have a strong community soon and they will be stronger and stronger as everybody likes music. Voxxo is in sweet spot on that aspect.

Of course I know that it takes time to build a community. But I see in other projects that much more is communicated via different channels. But probably the voxxo team is still small and busy as you write.

In the last few days BTC has fallen quite a lot. Today's crash is also good for all of these ICOs. Especially when the ICO price is set in ETH. best way is also to include fiat currency even though it involves some KYC procedures. Most of the ICOs who have fiat options or credit card options is successful in reaching their soft and hard cap respectively. Voxxo will also do that I believe.

A live counter would be ideal. This way investors could know how many tokens are left in the current stage. Hopefully, they can integrate such a counter on their website. That shouldn't be that hard.

I know that many skip the youtube-advertising (like me:-) ). You sit at home on the computer and look a couple of videos, the advertising is annoying very often.
At Voxxo I see the difference that many listen to their music in the car. there you can not just click away the advertising, but you have to focus on the traffic.
In addition, many people now accept to pay for a good product. In my opinion, the free mentality that has entered with the Internet in the late 1990's is dwindling more and more. Look at Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Video.. so many streaming-provider, and we all pay for there services.

These days blockchain projects are all the range, so they may have an opportunity to get a good deal with these companies just for the opportunity to be first movers in the market. I was confused about the last day of the first sale, on their website it says 1-1-2018, but they tweeted yesterday that yesterday was the last day of 50% bonus. So im not sure if you can still join for the 50% bonus today?

In their website, I checked their progress line. They have mentioned Licencing agreement and business deals on 22nd Dec 2017. Any information or updates given about that? I could not easily find anything. I am very much interested in knowing the new business deals at this point of time. This will boost ICO progress..

They can still reach the soft cap from 77.600 to 300.000, because the ICO will end after 63 days. I agree that they should do more advertising to attract more investors.

Yes, Voxxo is very good product and and I am sure people will invest in this ICO. Voxxo can even reach hardcap also.

27% is already good considering the silent promotion of the project. Promotion of the project should be done vigorously in social media to grab more attention to the project. Honestly I dont see many tweets or facebook posts from Voxxo. Voxxo team should promote more for sure. I hope team will see this post and make necessary steps.

That seems to be more than fair as far as the beta goes it's only slightly over 125$ investment for what's amounting to be an inspiring project one of the few ico that I'm actually excited to see where it is a few years from now

How is the ICO of VOXXO proceeding? And when will it end? I hope that its a success as Im in from day one and do believe that this project has a lot of potential.
