1  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 15, 2017, 08:51:03 AM
Every time when you hear it is the end of bitcoin you know you can put your buy orders in.

lol! exactly! Lots of weak hands selling at whatever price they get when they have to actually buy in truck loads and fill their bags. How sad!
2  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are best sources to learn trading on: July 15, 2017, 08:48:09 AM
I feel like i miss the boat or missing the even bigger one.  Huh As i want to develop new skills on trading i would like to know more about trader sources. What sites they use or which news sources they follow. And is there any book e-book you can advice? Thank you all answers!

The best way to develop trading strategies and ideas would be to watch videos on youtube and even take a look at the trading section in bitcointalk site. But there is no guarantees of making money. I have made more money by buying and holding on to good quality coins.

There are also other coins such as TaaS, DDF and AICoin which focus on trading managed by pros and profit shared among the token holders. So in that way, people who don't have time to trade can select the coins. TaaS ICO is over and is available in liqui. DDF and AICoin ICO is ongoing.

3  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin heading to $4,000 on: July 15, 2017, 08:12:19 AM
It has dump to $2245 now. Sad
But, I expect big rise very soon. Maybe it will reach even $3000, who knows.
You know, after every dump, there is a pump Tongue

Nah, people afraid that something bad will happen on August 1st. Maybe it cause the price of bitcoin going down so hard like right now, panic selling. It's a huge drop though since the last 2 months. But yeah, i hope the bitcoins price will increase again soon and the whale back to pump the bitcoin.
Even before in bitcoin history it also happened that bitcoin dumps and pumps happen, but it still hard to decide since there is segwit that will join the scene. We should have some plans but I don't think panic selling is the solution.
That's normal in the crypto and you can expect a great increase in the event there is a big news after the big dump because people loves to speculate.
In the end, if we will hold and be more stronger we will be profitable, success does not happen in a instant but it takes sacrifice and once every obstacles will be succeeded there will be a great value of the assets we are holding. Bitcoin to $4000, believe me it will happen this year.

Looks like getting strong feelings to hold has been crashed out to their nerves since as you can see price go down badly and news about the split is hurting the feelings of those whales so I conclude to expect more dumps coming for more days and the real action is when august will pass on it. Hope that bitcoins price would bounce back again to reach up those speculated 4000$ price.
this downfall really hurt some butts especially those who got entered when the price is hyping now they are trying to avoid much bigger loses without knowledge that they are just been fooled by the whales, so better to hold and after aug we will see if price will go back up and reach 4k.

There is no better time than now to add bitcoin and other Altcoins. You should convert your fiat currency into bitcoin now. Invest an amount that you can risk with. Because the price is a steal! After August I except everything to rally like a mad bull.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In what coin do you guys see the future? on: June 27, 2017, 07:32:18 PM
those guys that invested in btc a dew years back are really lucky now so i wanna know what you guys think about the next cryptocurrency that will rival btc?

I feel ETH, ETC and LTC are good candidates to rival Bitcoin and perhaps overcome and dethrone bitcoin. There are lots to be done and miles to go before this happens. Right now I would rank ETH has the number one contender and ETC as the 2nd contender. Finally, last but not the least LTC as the final contender. Things can change if new tokens or coins come out of nowhere in future. We will have to see about it.

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Civic vs Uport? on: June 27, 2017, 07:27:28 PM
In a few month CVC grow up to at least 50 times. Civic needs to buy now when it is 0.1$ per 1 token. Official site http://tokensale.civic.com/ already sold 80% of tokens.

I heard price to Civic will grows up 100 times in 6 month. Very good investment.

Bets are open who's saying 200x  Cheesy

Lol! the hype is real. I think it is best to diversify your bags into both projects if you have the chance to do so. That's what I have learned over the past 2 to 3 years in the Crypto universe. Honestly, I haven't looked much into either of them. I think they both are into building a digital identity for the users which makes them easier to get verified or something. So, it is too early to make a call that is right.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your Upcoming favorite ICO? on: June 27, 2017, 07:23:06 PM
In July, What is your  Upcoming favorite ICO?

I have invested into Primalbase and Polybius. Primalbase just got over today. It just lasted for 24 hours. Sold out 1000 PBT tokens, each worth 3 BTC! I am a big believer in Primalbase and I believe it can head to the moon in 6 months time.

Polybius- the first crypto funded bank is also doing well. Raised almost 22 million USD worth Cryptos and it's ICO will last for a week more.

I am now looking into True Flip and AdEx. True Flip is a blockchain based lottery trying to raise funds to expand their jackpot. AdEx is trying to make a decentralized advertising platform. Both seems good enough to invest and waiting for the ICO to begin.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to protect my altcoins? Please help. on: June 27, 2017, 07:15:25 PM
I have invested a few thousand USD in last few days. I have worked hard to save the money so I want to do everything in my power and protect my coins.
At the moment coins are on exchange site(s).

What is the best way to protect/store following coins?

IOTA

RIpple

Verge

SiaCoin

ReddCoin

SafeExchangeCoin

BitBay

Sequence

Golem

Ardor

LBRY

STEEM

Dodge

Stellar

MUSICCoin

NXT

Please help guys.

Use a paper wallet and keep it some where safe. Learn how to make a paper wallet by Googling. There are lots of articles available. Read at least 3 to 5 articles before making a paper wallet. Whatever you do, it is never safe to store large amount of your crypto portfolio in an exchange. In fact, you should not store at any in sites which doesn't give you the control of the private key of your wallet.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: Future of Bitcoin Economics on: June 27, 2017, 07:10:27 PM
Currently Bitcoin have +10 millions users, according to Blockchain wallet info. This is very small part of whole world market, so in fact Bitcoin have very small niche, but Bitcoin can expand in future, if large web sites, like Amazon will start to use it.

And 90% of those wallets can be owned by just a couple of people who are running big websites. People can create unlimited number of wallets so those numbers mean nothing at all. It can serve as the upper limit but the actual numbers are really far from that. We're just about a million, more or less. But we keep on increasing in popularity as day goes by since some people are making good money from the bitcoin world and can't keep talking about it to their friends.

You can already purchase things from Amazon with bitcoins using purse.io. It's a third party so it's not really Amazon that accepts bitcoin.

You cannot judge the success of bitcoin by the number of wallets existing as anybody can create tens of thousands of wallets. Also we cannot blindly look at the price of bitcoin climbing up and say more people are coming into bitcoin. It may be some bots or traders pumping up bitcoin.

But I am positive on the growth and adoption of bitcoin. I am dreaming of the day, where even a small kid will know how to use bitcoin! that is my dream for bitcoin. Obviously, there is a long way to go. Right from scaling problems to spreading the bitcoin gospel to all corners of the world.

Very glad to see all the tokens getting sold out! Congrats team! Well done! Can't wait for more instructions and to see the price when it hits the exchanges.  PBT to the moon and beyond!
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO] Primalbase: Distributed Workspace for Tech Community - June 26 on: June 27, 2017, 10:53:04 AM
there is a dashboard so i thought i could sent from exchanges.
but looks like i shouldnt have done that.

is there a way to change my eth adress in the dashboard?

or is it ok to send from exchanges?

can someone please reply?

I don't think you can change your ETH address in the dashboard as it given by the team. You may have to create an new account for new address.
And it is not a good idea to send directly from exchanges as it may result in loose of your PBT tokens. Be safe. Send from an account which you have access to the private key.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO] Primalbase: Distributed Workspace for Tech Community - June 26 on: June 27, 2017, 10:49:29 AM
Next ICO collecting money for pure air.
If you want my money sell shares. I don't need these useless tokens for such a price

I understand guys you all hope for a pump but I don't think that people will buy it, really

Shared workspace model has proved to be extremely efficient without blockchain, this is true. On the other hand, this technology significantly streamlines and simplifies the lease relations. It makes leasing an attractive investment into a life-lasting product. Blockchain technology transfers lease relations in a rather interesting space in this sense — you can lease your membership making profit or sell it at any point. Blockchain technology is not useless here, it fits naturally in this kind of model. Besides, crowdfunding on blockchain is an efficient way to attract investments into one’s project. The Blockchain is not useless here, it is very logically built into the lease relations.

We see it as following (and that's what we offer to the investors): The only way for you to start using coworking space is to have a token. As number of locations open up and more people know about it - the value increases. On top of that we need to cover our operational expenses by renting out offices, which means advertising and sales, which means people find out about primalbase, which means that people who are asked if they can just get an access to coworking, not a whole office are sent to buy PBT because that is the only way for them to get it. There is a lot of marketing efforts that will be done on our side for operations by product of which becomes a marketing for PBT thus creating more value for investors. Either via new customers buying the token outright creating buying pressure or leasing the token for the period they need, generating dividends. Profits are not distributed to token holders, this is not an equity. It's really simple supply and demand, with capped supply and ever growing demand for the service due to location expansion (those who knew about it) and product discovery mechanisms (those who didn't know before).

Quite promising. I have invested some ETH and am looking forward to hold on to my PBT tokens. I shall look to lease them out to people who would like to rent out the work space. I think Primalbase having work spaces in prime locations around the globe will add more demand to the to workspace and this in turn would create a demand for PBT tokens. Very exciting indeed!
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin break the history. on: June 27, 2017, 10:39:03 AM
Now anyone see bitcoin has been reached at $1504. It is superb for me and also for all investors of bitcoin.
Since last year in 2016 in this month bitcoin was under $400 to $550. So now we see in this time bitcoin has a double or triple price. So its mean the next coming year in 2018 bitcoin will be reached at $2500 to 3000.
Am i right? what's your opinion?
Bitcoin has already reached around $2,850 in April this year and now its price has temporarily fallen to $2400.But we could soon expect bitcoin price to recover especially after August 1st.Bitcoin price may once again trigger reaching new heights.Bitcoin price could reach $3,500 by this year end.

Nothing to worry. A correction is always healthy. I know that this seems like a crash to many bitcoiners. But in crypto unverse, we can take this as a correction  Wink
Stay positive, add some with extra fiat you have. Lots of good coins have corrected due to panic selling. This is the time to jump in and HODL all the way.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to feel dumb and smart at the same time. on: June 27, 2017, 10:35:38 AM
I feel dump for not taking an action. I wasted my time hanging out with friends, playing computer games back in 2009. If I had done my research and found my way into bitcoin, I might have made a good fortune by now. But I do feel Smarter than my friends who are still not interested in crypto currency and view it has a joke. I pray they would truly understand the power of crypto currencies in future.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TrueFlip - Become a part of the world's largest blockchain lottery +Bounty on: June 27, 2017, 04:49:25 AM
I have a question:
Let's say u guys get the 6125 BTC through the crowdsale, u will put half of it into the jackpot. Let's assume somebody wins that Jackpot 2 weeks later. While this is very unlikely, it could happen. What happens then? Ur gonna have another crowdsale?

Come on! I am sure that the team will have strict measures to maintain the jackpot funds. I don't think someone will be able to wipe clean the Jackpot funds even when the there is a chance. Such an event, which if it happens, would be a big blow to True Flip and  it is best to have something in place which would reduce the happening of such an event. Don't get me wrong! there should be winners and prizes should be distributed, but that doesn't mean a complete wipe out of the entire funds in Jackpots.

Why do not you provide public addresses?
So that we can track real statistics on fund-raising.

Yes! we need to see the real statistics. That would be awesome. I just get this on my Chrome Browser, how can I fix it? My browser is updated to latest version:
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO] Primalbase: Distributed Workspace for Tech Community - June 26 on: June 26, 2017, 12:42:44 PM
Less than 30 mins and 1086 btc raised. What a great ICO and remaining PBT only 637 coins

Could you tell me where this information is shown. Any link that I can look into? If this is true, then I think ICO can end sooner than I expected it too. Great!
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO] Primalbase: Distributed Workspace for Tech Community - June 26 on: June 26, 2017, 12:36:14 PM
When will the tx be visible on the ico page? After 3 confirms or earlier?

just be patient, there's a lot of traffic, and we are looking into things right now Smiley

My Balance in PBT is visible now after 2 confirmations.

I send funds in ETH and was able to see the TX details in Primalbase dashboard after 14 block confirmation. So relax if you are wondering why it  is not shown. All is well.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO] Primalbase: Distributed Workspace for Tech Community - June 26 on: June 26, 2017, 12:33:05 PM
1 PBT = 3 BTC?This is the most expensive i seen...

Yes it is! Isn't it? I don't know where the price will be when this thing hits the exchanges! Invested some ETH into this project.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin savings account? on: June 26, 2017, 12:15:18 PM
I don't think there is anything such as a bitcoin savings account. What you are asking is for a bitcoin bank which does not exist as of now. And it doesn't make much of a sense to have a bitcoin bank as that would lead to centralization and  bitcoin aims to decentralize money.

Taking abut banks, there is a project known as Polybius which aims to be a crypto funded bank. The ICO is still going on. And is about to hit their target. Check  ico.polybius.io
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO] Primalbase: Distributed Workspace for Tech Community - June 26 on: June 26, 2017, 11:47:22 AM
There’s now less than  30 minutes before ICO starts! It begins at 12:00 noon (UTC) on June 26.

The ICO registration and instructions are found at: https://ico.primalbase.com  — grab your tokens first, with 40% discount!

All pumped up! I believe Primalbase can raise enough funds and this project to be very successful. Can't wait! the countdown has begun! Best wishes to the team and to the entire community!
