101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's Say Bitcoin is scam on: November 03, 2020, 07:00:50 PM
Let's just it is scam
How Long from Today we have left until Bitcoin will be done?
Let's say its scam we know today so how long we have time until it collpse?
Lets assume that this question is stupidy to the maximum, can we assume and correlates to the fact that the author is stupid as well Tongue.
Even if you want to assume that bitcoin is a scam, why here Roll Eyes.

Just humble speculation Let's play out the worse case scenario hope for the best prepare for the worse!
If you want to speculate the worst case scenario is that we will see a huge correction, i am all for that no worries and if someone is dumb enough to do anything with the coins they hold then it is their fault.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could Tether (USDT) be really called decentralized cryptocurrency? on: November 02, 2020, 11:52:20 PM
Are you sure that paper money is not backed by gold anymore now ?
As i know, to create new paper money in my country, it should be backed with gold reserve by the government.
USD Tether is backed by real bank account, that's why the value is stable.
Which world you are living in, have you heard about the government accumulating gold before printing currency, just in the past few months US minted trillions of dollars and do you really think that they are backed by gold  Tongue. Tether is a centralized currency no matter how we sugarcoat it.
103  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Death during illegal cockfighting raid on: October 30, 2020, 11:54:34 PM
I just watched a local news ( Philippines) where a police officer died during a raid of an illegal cockfight. as some of you might know the rooster on a cockfight has to wear a piece of an extremely
sharp blade called "tari" (photo below) while ifghting. according to the news, the officer's femoral artery was cut after being attack by one of the roosters in the cockfight that has tari attached to its legs. the officer was brought to the hospital but was announced dead on arrival due to blood loss.
It is a really unfortunate news, but i wonder whether they raided the place without having any protective measures as the officer bleed to death, why it took a long time for them to take him to the hospital when the incident happened or was there any resistance in taking him. Whatever it may be it is a brutal way to die.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can you trust Defi projects?? on: October 28, 2020, 11:22:09 PM
Lots of people I hear that this DeFi is just like ICO/IEO, it will eventually lose the hype.
The comparison will be the amount of scammers in the market. The scammers will always look to take advantage of any development and then run away with the millions they collect and they rinse and repeat the situation every time and that is what we are seeing in the cryptocurrency market. Either we need to end this blind trust of trusting every project nor we need a solution so that we could trust with our investment. A lot of these developments if done in the right way is a game changer but unfortunately that is not what we are seeing.
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Toyota IT Division to Launch Own Digital Currency on: October 28, 2020, 09:28:33 PM
After Paypal announced in joining cryptocurrency, Toyota a giant company and one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world based in Toyota City, Aichi Japan released their official statement last October 26, 2020, that they will be launching its own digital currency.
So all the big corporate are following the trend and rather than using a well established cryptocurrency they are going to start their own and if each and every company starts their own it would be funny as you need a use case to attract users if not it will die off eventually and i really  do not understand whey they wanted a digital currency on their own.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Defi project like game pump and dump on: October 28, 2020, 09:02:18 PM
lost 0.3 ETH in 2 hours, buy when prices are high and the project died. defi brings new euphoria on blockchain and investment, you are right, we should be careful when investing in defi projects.
It looks like a gambling rush, to loose 0.3 ETH and in terms of USD valuation it will be well around $115 and to loose in two hours and then the project died between that two hours  Huh .

If this is true this should be craziest stories i have heard in the cryptocurrency space and i have seen and heard many crazy things in this market but for you to spent around $115 and within two hours the project died should be on the top Grin.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Game lover ? Have you invested for a gaming project ?? on: October 28, 2020, 08:10:25 PM
I have seen few gaming companies aims to lead the blockchain digital revolution in the marketing gaming sector . But about 60% of them were scam projects  , and 10-15% were unsuccessful projects.. So , i studied about same type of project by studuying for last two weeks and recognized that project is a quite good project than others.
We have seen in the past that somewhat established gambling sites starting ICO and then after collecting millions of dollars everything went south and then making a huge mess and majority of the projects i followed were done and dusted, the stats and results are there and the success rate is really low as per my calculation and if you wan to take the risk, it is your choice Wink.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Half bread is better than none on: October 28, 2020, 07:01:32 PM
Altcoins are really scary, if you can do some research you will see many good altcoins that had very good start and value in 2018 and are still alive today but we never heard anything good from them anymore for some reasons, they are now like ghosts, honestly altcoin investment is more scary, this is why its better to always take profit, most especially from new altcoins, Profit is Profit, either big or small.
The problem here is that majority of the projects that were created are to pump and dump the coin and majority of the people here in the forum had a good time during that period making a ton of money basically simply doing nothing and so is the reason majority of these projects are either dead or abandoned and now we have the DeFi hype and i am expecting the same.

Legit projects will always thrive in the long run and there are only a few in the entire cryptocurrency space.
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do not store your wallet on the exchange, store it on your crypto wallet. on: October 27, 2020, 08:01:52 PM
@Alucard1 Do not store your wallet on the exchange, store it on your crypto wallet
It is better to change your topic as you cannot store a wallet on an exchange Tongue. Since you are talking about storing your coins or funds in exchanges it is a known fact you cannot trust any of these exchanges if you are having a huge amount of coins. I will only move my assets to the exchange when i am trading and i will never use them as a safe storage facility.
110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin co-exist with the current financial system on: October 26, 2020, 09:48:58 PM
Every such transaction will likely be a cheaper and more economic benefit for the party that receives bitcoin. The purchasing power increases over time. And everyone will want to use it. Simple. I do not expect amazon to allow bitcoin. However, I expect bitcoin to be used in other parts of our lives in the next decade
You cannot simply say that amazon will not be allowing bitcoin as a payment option, may be if we have a better scaling solution and there are more demands from the customers we might see them accepting bitcoin payments, we had more adoption in 2013 and it died off when the transaction charges started moving higher and once that is sorted we will see adoption by these merchants.

111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Defi project like game pump and dump on: October 26, 2020, 04:36:37 PM
What do you think of defi projects, most of them are only good for the short term.To make a big profit, we must enter at the right moment, if we are wrong we will lose very deeply.
Anything that gives a huge profit in a short period of time it will go down and you need to understand the risk and as everyone above me as mentioned we saw the same situation when the ICO was booming and anyone who invested in the beginning made a huge profit and anyone who held the tokens for a longer period lost big time.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Btc and Eth head back into space on: October 25, 2020, 11:55:56 PM
I want you to know it not everything you read by article writer are always truth and Paypal dont join the crypto scheme because they dont want to miss a good chance. According to their newroom post, they joined to help crypto fix all the aspect hindering crypto mainstream and they have already get the license to operate.
The best joke of the century, a company integrating bitcoin so that it will go mainstream even though it will hurt their business model, literally all the payment utility sites that process huge amounts of transaction through them will hurt their business if everyone starts using bitcoin and then use these platforms just to send micro transactions. Look at what PayPal is doing you are not even holding bitcoin nor you can withdraw or send bitcoin to anyone else and what kind of model is that which could help bitcoin adoption in any way .
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which instant crypto exchange is the safest? on: October 24, 2020, 11:59:58 PM

A serious question pops up for those of us who have already become cryptocurrency adopters – how to exchange one coin to another rapidly, conveniently, and, most importantly, securely? Cryptocurrency exchange safety is something that gets questioned quite often. When it comes to large custodial platforms, hacks occur, the funds can be managed without the owner’s permission, the service can, after all, just close down and take the user’s funds down with it.
Looks like you are promoting your project, what ever be the case we have seen many hacks in the cryptocurrency space and that will give you a big lesson for not trusting any of the exchanges to hold your coins and if you are investing in the top coins that have enough liquidity then there is nothing much to worry.
114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paypal is doing it on: October 21, 2020, 06:56:10 PM
Now have chance for United State people to join on ICO or cryptocurrency project because they have allow to use PayPal buy cryptocurrency like bitcoin and altcoin,
Paypal giving the users the freedom to invest in cryptocurrency does not mean that the people from United States will be able to invest in ICO. It is a closed chapter and the authorities will not allow any payment solutions to provide that opportunity. When it comes to the valuation i do not think it has anything to do with the current rally either.
115  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will 2017/2018 Bullrun repeat in 2021? on: October 21, 2020, 05:28:10 PM
Is this the beginning of most awaited Bullrun which we have been expecting and speculating all these while? As there is been no major dumps and most of the altcoins are performing above average, Bitcoin has cemented it's spot above $10,000 with $10,000 being lower range which was really difficult to achieve all these years.
It is hard to come to a certain conclusion that the price will solidify well above $10k for the rest of your life, it is a market and anything can happen and it all depends upon how long the investors are holding on to their coins. We have seen reports about millions being invested with every minor correction and we have no idea when they will be liquidating those assets.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bitcoin and altcoins bull run every 4years. how many years already? 🐂🐃🦈 on: October 21, 2020, 04:11:19 PM
Hopes are very high this 2021, because the situation is quite similar from all the past halving, in a highly volatile market there are no guaranty, that things can happen like what we hope to happen, and every investors are now waiting on what's going to happen, it's still 50/50 to me because like the pandemic we never expect this to happen.
That is a valid point, we had two bull runs in this short market and we have not faced anything like this during those period, the pandemic is a real issue and the economic situation are entirely different but we hear many financial fund houses investing heavily in bitcoin for the last one year and that is a promising aspect as they regard bitcoin could rally.

117  Economy / Economics / Re: State influence for cryptocurrency on: October 21, 2020, 01:05:16 PM
What impact will it have on cryptocurrency in a country torn by recession in the COVID19 pandemic?
some developed countries have entered recession. I just want to know what impact it will have on cryptocurrencies in your recession-ridden country
If the recession is stemmed from the policy blunders and the pandemic then i am not sure how cryptocurrency will aide in helping you overcome the situation but if you are holding a portion of your asset in bitcoin then it can overcome inflation and can help in retaining the valuation and then if the market keeps on rising it would help you greatly.
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: I feel sorry for the EMIREX bounty hunters $20 for 9 months of waiting on: October 20, 2020, 11:30:02 PM
Now the price is now trading at $0.18 I have a friend here who had 130 Emirex tokens valued now at $24 down from $49 it was such a long wait for $24, imagine waiting 9 months only to receive $24, this is how disgusting Emirex is, they should have released it much earlier.
These are unfortunate situation, if these bounties informed about their plans of locking the tokens then we can understand but i have seen bounties where they add these crazy stipulation well after the bounty period is over and a nine month wait is unexpected under any circumstances which means the team is not confident in their project.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinmarketcap isn't safe for newbies who don't want to learn on: October 20, 2020, 05:26:56 PM
do you think beginners will also be stupid looking for original coins in CMC? of course there will be assets that will really attract someone new to crypto into the market to invest. they won't know how many coins are listed on the market. their initial knowledge is BTC, ETH, and some popular coins. I am sure of my thinking.
It is a strange proposition that new investors will be watching CMC to plan their investment and that too new coins being listed. I have not heard anyone claiming that they wait for the coins to be listed in CMC to invest without looking at the team or the project they are planning to invest.
May be who knows i have not come across anyone who invest like that in my extended period in the cryptocurrency market.
120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: October 20, 2020, 03:08:04 PM
Yes, and this what makes the fight more interesting, a very high grapler (we might say the best right now) vs a high level wrester in Justin, so who are going to win. Can Justin take down Khabib with his wrestling? or Khabib taking down Justin and then his usual pounding until you get your neck exposed to him. Khabib though is overlooking Justin, as he has GSP in mind next already.
Khabib is the best grappler in MMA history and Justin Gaethje was a high level wrestler but he never used wrestling in MMA for over a decade and Khabib comes from Dagestan who produces the best wrestlers in the world and no one can replace that level of caliber nor Gaethje would get a sparring partner that could replicate Khabib, so lets rest that.

When it comes to GSP he is retired and even though Khabib wanted to have a legacy fight there is no update regarding that and how can Khabib overlook Gaethje and look for a fight that is not even scheduled and GSP said in multiple interviews that he cannot cut down to 155 pounds.
