What happens if you DON'T ask for your assets to be transfered to Crypto Trade?

You lose them?

You don't lose them but you don't get dividends?

Nothing happens but you will someday get another chance to trade them?

I look at the prices assets go in CT right now and my head explodes.
0.000078   Shocked

My faith in AM is diven my MANLY TEARS

I haven't seen answers to these questions yet, but the end of the "migration" of shares is May 21st.  At which point (theorhetically) we would be greenlit to begin receiving dividend payments.

I would love to have this answered: do we lose anything if we DON'T transfer the shares now? is it "mandatory"?  will divs be paid both to transfered share holders and to those that did not do anything before 21 May?

clock is ticking and I don't know what to do  Huh

You're not "transferring" anything, your shares are currently the property of AMC-TENDER. You SHOULD claim them immediately otherwise there's no possible way you'd get dividends.

Not sure why you don't want to but you should follow the outlined claim process to receive your shares into your possession.

wow what a great exit price you're all getting on your shares… your original money had to have gone somewhere right? oh well guess it was just another trickle-up scheme.

My conclusion: Never ever ever trust anyone ever again in the bitcoin "mining industry" …they all look shady as fuck.

Personally I don't see how anyone can sell at the current prices.  Depending on where you originally bought, people are getting just pennies on every dollar they invested.

If you think there is even a small chance that this stock can at least temporarily spike up based on some good news/bitcoin's price rising rapidly, then I don't see how you can sell for <0.0001 like people are right now.

I for one would lose close to 80 BTC if I were to sell right now, eff that.

I hope you're right but I cannot see how anyone will ever take this or any bitcoin mining company seriously again.

...and Ken has an issue with BFL.

DTS, will you please sell up like you promised and give us all a break.  You wanted an exit and now you have one.  Oh, and stop your trademark FUD over in the Maidsafe thread as well, it's getting on my tits.

knybe, you are as bad as DTS.  You've bitched and moaned like a trooper for months.  Now you also have an exit so please give us all a break and take it.  Either that or stop your moaning and grow a pair.

Can't say the price being a hundredth of what it once was is a realistic exit for anyone at this point.

yeah a few of the wordier "ballsy" ones around here don't quite seem to get that concept… I'd be out in a heartbeat if my hands weren't so tied.

Let's face it, unless you have free electricity or aquire free hardware, mining is a fools errand with the current difficulty and the massive farms now digging in... It is a completely different environment than when most of us started buying these shares and I'm curious how we are competitive enough now to validate a decent share price.

This all should've would've could've happened many many months ago to even begin to think we'd see a profit on our investments here.

We'll see what we shall see...

what's the story on dividend payments?

Here you go:

Weekly Update 5/7/2014

...

1. You must initiate this migration request before May 21st, 2014 00:00 GMT.
2. Dividends will not be paid until after this migration.

Yeah but again, in terms of illcomunication, what exactly does this mean?

Is this for the collective shareholders, or individually?

Ken I would like to trade my near 10k shares back to you for 75 cents on the dollar at the IPO price of .0025 that I paid you, which would equate to 18.75 BTC.  How can we set this up?  Is this something you may be interested in?  What about Actm Thread?  He/she/them seem to not be concerned, would he/she/them be interested in my shares?

You're asking for a sale price of .001875.  Currently the going rate on crypto-trade is .0005 (at which price they're currently sitting, the bid is only .00031).

It'd be lunacy for a company to start buying back stock at over 6 times the current market offer.

I'd be willing to consider a buyout of my shares from Ken at that .0005 price.

I wish Ken would drop the Rainman routine and address this declining shareholder confidence crisis...

If nothing comes this week I'll most likley be joining whatever litigation group is boiling up. I know at least one whale shareholder who will be joining me and the resources abound for such an action.
115  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: May 02, 2014, 09:27:10 PM
Maybe Ken should consider just buying people out that want out.  Back in July of 2013 a Bitcoin was about a hundred bucks when I purchased shares.  So I'd be happy to give up my shares and take the original Bitcoin price as a refund, subtrack whatever Satoshi was given as dividends so I come back even.  I'd be fine with this.  Ken would have his profit that he made because the value of Bitcoin went up and he could buy all his machines, and I (And anyone else) can get my/our money back.

Then the rest of you that want to hold out and wait for shares and dividends and tradings can do so and have less people who will fire-sale the shares if they ever get offered, as well as have less people to get shares of profits so you should, in theory, get more money when/if he ever does pay out.

+1 I'd jump all over that choice.

Last fall, I compiled an xl spreadsheet of all shares/public addresses that adds up to 10,000,000 shares… if anyone is interested.

EDIT: list is from BitFunder

Weekly Update 4/30/2014

AMC:

Datacenter:

We are continuing to add TH; however, at this point our 2 units of air conditioning are maxed out.  We have been repairing the third unit and it should be up and running next week when parts arrive.  After the third unit starts running we will be adding more THs to the datacenter.

VMC:

We are improving our logistic and our shipping is starting to run a lot smother.  We have just added our Gold Rush boards to our website and at less than $2 GH these are starting to sale.

MSD:

No new news this week.

Shares:

No new news this week.

gee thanks Ken!

pffffftt, fizzle pop and out. what a great waste of a year, an absolute and unequivocal write-off.

if anyone's interested in acquiring my bitcointalk account, it's up for grabs: PM me.

good luck all.

...Throwing another legal issue into the mix just stalls everything that little bit more.

and gives Ken more excuses...

cool it guys…

geez its never ending icebergs on this seemingly doomed voyage of the SS ACTM…

So, at this point, what're the chances we'll actually ever realize anything back on our investments with Ken?
120  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: April 28, 2014, 06:13:47 PM
It feels pointless to debate percentages of reinvestment when Ken hasn't released any profit projections.

It is pure fantasy to debate or provide advice for anything about the workings of this business when the reality of it is that none of us have any say whatsoever.

with or without our shares/dividends.
