101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can prediction results affect the actual market? on: July 21, 2021, 02:14:26 PM
I've been thinking that now there are many market prediction projects. I'm using X predict market for example.

People will be able to somehow know the market anticipation in advance. Like will the price of btc rise or decrease?

But this information might change participators' choices again, how should we adjust our strategy according to this kind of information?

Personally I trust only when I am shown some fundamental reasons why a token might grow. For example, I like watching different reviews from crypto  bloggers that read all docs, overview ideas and team members. And if they say that this project might be successful because of its innovative ideas or something like this, I usually invest.
Also I see the point in adjusting your strategy according to some fundamental news. For example, a new big partnership.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) to buy right now? on: July 21, 2021, 02:10:44 PM
If you are confused by this big number of Non-fungible tokens I have a really good solution for you, you can just invest in NFT Index (NFTI) that tracks tokens’ performance within the NFT industry. This index includes 8 tokens: Rarible, Meme, Aavewgotchi, Enjin, Matic, Decentraland, Sand and Axie. Actually it has been listed on many crypto exchanges, but it can’t be purchased with fiat money.
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for new projects... on: July 21, 2021, 01:51:22 PM
As there is a real hype around NFT-tokens now, I would like to recommend you one game called WavesDucks. It is similar to Kanaria on Kusama, but not as famous as it because of weaker marketing campaigns. What I do like about it is that devs really care about the community. They make their product more user-friendly and organize air-drops. Moreover they add different new functions to the game. And the result is obviously good. The price of EGGs increased by 5 times in the last month.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Cardano overthrow Ethereum? on: July 20, 2021, 11:15:49 AM
Cardano hasn’t overthrown even the BSC yet, so what can we say about Ethereum? To be honest, I think it is incorrect to compare Cardano and Ethereum as they develop in completely different ways. We can only compare Cardano to BSC and Polygon. And, to my mind, all of them follow the same ideas, the only question is where people bring their money, so we should just
come up with trends and be ready to try new blockchains and new financial solutions.
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you involved with Crypto? on: July 20, 2021, 10:52:26 AM
You believe in cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrencies will one day run on conventional currencies. Some countries have now adopted Bitcoin as their currency.
Which country do you mean now has adopted bitcoin as its currency?
I never heard the news.
I think it is very difficult to compare it with conventional currencies because bitcoin transactions cannot be regulated by the government although there are many conveniences that can be done but all have advantages and disadvantages so I don't think that many countries will adopt bitcoin to run together with conventional currencies .

It is about Salvador. The government approved a law allowing the use of bitcoin as a legal means of payment of the country on the 9th of June, according to the results of the vote . This way Salvador became the first country in the world to legalize bitcoin as a means of payment. But I agree with you that BTC is not very suitable to use as a means of payment, because of its volatility. But this shows that people are so uncertain about their national currency that they prefer BTC to it.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [HELP] DEXs reviews on: July 20, 2021, 10:32:59 AM
Since I got to know about Blockchain and I own Bitcoin and a few other altcoins so I haven't used any DEXs that doesn't support Bitcoin.
Today I decided to move a bit to use the rest of the decentralized platforms such as Uniswap UNI, PancakeSwap CAKE, 1INCH and I would like to honestly evaluate how they work.
What I want are platforms that support tokens and that focus on networks other than Ethereum and BSC.

Basically good review about:

quickswap
Uniswap
PancakeSwap
Anyswap
Balancer
TrustSwap
Loopring

Personally I have tried quickswap and PancakeSwap from your list and I am totally satisfied with them, especially I like PancakeSwap. It is more user-friendly. These two are the most popular DEXes on Polygon and BSC respectively, so they are reliable. But actually there are many different DEFI-projects that allow you to swap and stake your assets as well. Like Polyyeld on Polygon, for example. They give you bigger interests in pools, but they are not very safe, so before investing you should investigate them.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is now a GOOD or BAD time to invest? on: July 20, 2021, 10:12:43 AM
Investing in altcoin is like gambling, the bear market is persisting for now, I can wait for the price of coins to dump more before I will invest, this time is not the best time for me, I want to wait if the price of the coins will decrease more. Investing now is not bad though, you can invest, but do not fear during bear market. I am not guaranteeing you investing can be profitable, but if you choose the right coin, you can have a good result.

I can’t agree that investing in altcoins is gambling. Talking about meme coins, I can say that it is like a lottery, but if the idea of the project is clear for you and innovative and the project has a good marketing campaign, it can be even a long-term investment.
I share your opinion that now it is too early to buy. I think that today is only the start of a real bear market, so let’s wait for a bottom.

109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does technical and fundamental analysis help? My example. on: July 19, 2021, 01:57:37 PM
To my mind the only time when TA can work is when many traders look at charts and see the same patterns, so they make similar decisions and then it makes the price predictable. But to my mind relying on FA is more reasonable, as it shows the real potential of a project.

One more thing of great importance is news. It can change price very rapidly, but fundamental value is definitely more important for long-term investments than anything else.
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptocurrency has best future? on: July 17, 2021, 11:52:06 AM
I think that besides fundamental currencies like bitcoin and ethereum, altcoins of other blockchains (matic, bnb) also have a good future. In addition to it, I like tokens of different defi projects and dexes that provide different services for people, so their native tokens are in use.
But you definitely should forget about meme coins, they have no future, just hype for a moment.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A friend of me got hacked and lost 3000waves on: February 24, 2021, 08:02:23 PM
In fact, Wave wallets are hacked quite often. Spyware can be caught somewhere in websites or obtained along with a platform update. Most likely the problem is viruses that copy passwords. Although it is possible that there was an entry through a phishing site.

I think if there was a problem with the security of the exchange itself, then some official statements would already have appeared. Now it is hardly possible to recover the stolen funds. But you shouldn't panic, such risks are always present on the crypto market, no one is immune from deception.  Lips sealed
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we trust Stablecoin ? on: February 24, 2021, 07:53:02 PM
Don't store too large amount of money using USDT, if USDT is the best stable coin for you then open different USDT address for your assets, I believe that USDT team are freezing address that looks like illegal funding, even if they have no 100% clean proof or not we can't know for sure.

We have no other choice, stable coins provide at least some guarantee of stability. This type of digital currency is resistant to hacker attacks. All assets are held by the central authority, which is a reliable financial institution, attacks by fraudsters become almost impossible.

It goes without saying that fiat money is subject to inflation, and if a stable coins is backed by an unstable currency, its price may change depending on the exchange rate. But despite numerous rumors, stable coins continue to exist and are in great demand.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana Blockchain Technology on: February 23, 2021, 05:16:22 PM
Bitfinex coming soon

Solana (SOL) is coming!

Keep following bitfinex social channels to discover when Solana (SOL) will be listed on Bitfinex  and the available pairs.

https://twitter.com/bitfinex/status/1362407811280478212?s=21

Solana is a good project that showed good results and I am sure SOL will show more. Now, due to the high cost of Ethereum comission, many are in search of alternative platforms and Solana may be one of the options available. Many are attracted by small commissions and fast fees.  Cool
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you trust, BNB or ETH? on: February 23, 2021, 04:49:08 PM
It's too early to speculate about the equivalence of BNB and ETH. I don't think Ethereum developers will be quietly watching clients leave. Ethereum got its place as the second cryptocurrency after Bitcoin, not by accident. And many projects would be happy to work with ETH but we know huge fees that lead to losses in performance and benefits.

People put their trust in Binance because of the hopelessness, although in fact I like both the BNB coin and the Binance Smart Chain. This is really a way out of a difficult situation.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Altcoin Safe for Investment on: February 23, 2021, 04:41:22 PM
for the current situation, altcoin prices are honestly still very cheap, of course this will make altcoins a safe place for investment, it's just that high bitcoin prices make altcoins volatile, if there is a dump in bitcoin, of course, altcoin prices will also experience a dump. so do TA and analyze first before buying it.

Altcoins are best used only for speculation in order to earn the same bitcoin or fiat. If you are a beginner, your altcoin hold time should be short. You need to understand one simple truth of the crypto market: Bitcoin is the basis of the entire crypto world.

But investing can only be done with an understanding of the market, the ability to analyze its behavior and an understanding of how best to invest for a short (or long) term.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Build an Altcoin Portfolio successfully? on: February 22, 2021, 07:25:21 PM
Pick the ones that make you more money, it's the reason why you invest in a project. Or you could just stick to very few altcoins primarily ETH, ADA, and DOT which are top-ranked altcoins. If you keep a lot of them you might not get the chance to sell when the time comes to sell. Altcoins are going ATH and if you get the chance to sell them at the right time the better it is for you than not making a profit.

My portfolio consists of both small coins and large coins 1) BNB 2) TRX 3) ETH 4) Doge. And I managed to get a good profit from these coins. The main thing at the time of completing the portfolio is to pay attention to the prospects of the coin, and not just buy what there is enough money for.

Now i'm looking on coins like bake, case, sparta, berry (on Binance Smart Chain)
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: looking to the future of crypto on: February 22, 2021, 07:17:41 PM

Quote
I agree on your point but for me it is not too late to invest in crypto. Yes, the odds of investing now is quite complicated but we are talking about the future of crypto. Right now, around less than 50% of the people around the world that have the knowledge about crypto and the rest are not informed and even not aware of the existence of crypto. So meaning, we are not yet experiencing the full potential of cryptocurrency. More likely we are in just a half of the efficiency of crypto that is why I believe that investing in crypto right now is the best decision you should do.

It seems unreasonable to me to make any predictions for the distant future. One thing is clear cryptocurrency will develop. One sector will be replaced by another, an evolutionary process is inevitable. Projects disappear quickly, but large projects remain. Among the long-livers of the crypto market will be only those products that will bring real benefits. They will be in demand. And the garbage and scam will be eliminated by itself. I think that 2021 will be very decisive, now we need to work with what we have today! (DEFI, BSC, HECO!)
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What new DeFi token do you know? on: February 22, 2021, 07:08:47 PM
Despite the popularity of DEFI, people are realistic about risks, which are based on lending and liquidity risks and cost volatility. No one is safe from the fact that a coin can lose capitalization at once. Therefore, it is not safe to deal with new projects. It is better to start working with coins that have already shown at least some results, so there is a guarantee not to be among the losers.
I like these relatively new startups KAVA, 1inch. In any case, think about your safety in the pursuit of money.  Shocked
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Polkadot Good For Future? on: February 22, 2021, 07:01:34 PM
Some Defi Coins play very well on crypto market. Is it good time to invest in Polkadot Coin?

In my own little way and assessment, polkadot is one of the good investment nowadays when it comes to long term holdings.
I saw and witnessed how it performed so well in the market, even a a couple of months past I've seen it and though about that it
really has a potentials to give a nice profit. And I was right with that and holding it too for the long term also.

I see Polkadot as a reliable tool for unlocking scalability in the blockchain ecosystem. In my opinion, this is a useful and promising project. Time will tell whether the project will be able to achieve its goal and become the foundation for building blockchains!

We must admit that today's market competition is great, the market is oversaturated. Many projects are similar to each other. Polkadot wins in this regard, it has an individual approach to solving scalability, which is of interest to many users and investors.  Cool
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron is an outdated coin on: February 21, 2021, 07:03:06 PM
How is a coin created in 2018 and currently holding in the top 30 coinmarketcap, can it be considered obsolete? Yes, Tron is not showing great results now, but it has its own advantages because of which it continues to exist and interest users. Many continue to hold it.

Who could have guessed that Dogecoin would jump to the very top? And just a few mentions from a public person. What if tomorrow someone from celebrity wants to pump the Tron too? Do not write off the coin from the accounts.

I like to use Tron for transfering USDT!
