1001  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you want to play on casinos without KYC requirements? on: November 13, 2023, 06:02:18 AM
1. KYC requirements reduce money laundering.
This is not true. Money laundered are mostly in banks hidden in businesses people thought are legit.

4. KYC requirement reduce scamming
How?

5. KYC requirements can be used to restore accounts after it has been hacked. (Using the documents that were used by the original owner)
After the account has been drained by the hacker and no money left.

7. KYC requirements can be used to reduce gambling addiction. (Identifying people that self-excluded or people trying to create new accounts)
Do not let us deceive ourselves, this is not true.

Why would you want to avoid being identified, if you gamble legally and if you are not a criminal? Let's discuss the reasons why KYC are not advantageous for the gamblers and casinos?
Privacy.
1002  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting strategies on: November 13, 2023, 05:51:04 AM
I've been recently trying live betting, with a strategy of betting for winners after a quick evaluation of how is the game going, and how much of it is left to play. I am accepting even smallest multipliers like 1.05+ if i am quite certain i would win. I've done many of them for few days now and so far i've been happy for my system, and i already have 3x my initial starting bet.
It will only encourage you to use huge amount of money and a loss after several won matches will still be a loss. I just want to let you know to be very careful. This has been my strategy and it is not as good as it seems.

But i can't help wonder if i am making some noob errors that come back to bite me later. As i know that there are no 100% safe winning, i think i will start losing at some point, and with small multipilers, all it takes is few losses to get back to where i started from. I am quite noob at this so i am probably doing every newbie mistake.
If you do not gamble often, you will likely win more. But in-play like this can be addicting

So i wanted to ask from experienced gamblers here, who make live bets; how do you choose your bets and what kind of bets are you preferring (other then betting for winners).
I also prefer a match to start before I bet because if I wait like 10 minutes later, the odd would have increased in which club to win.

Also are there some good tips on how to make most of from those? Because to someone less informed like myself, most of the other kind of bets seem like shots in the dark. I am assuming that there are more profitable strategies. Like what kind of other bets are worth looking into?
Live matches are dangerous is all that I know. Gamble responsibly with little amount of money that you can afford to lose.
1003  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: sites with bonuses without deposit on: November 12, 2023, 09:21:21 AM
If you see such site, do not register an account on the gambling site. Make more research to know if it is a legit site or not. Only what would come my mind is that the site is not legit and it will belong to scammers.

If not belonging to scammers to scam, the rules will be very strict in a way you will not be able to make use of the bonus in a way you will not be able to win with the bonus to withdraw.
1004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you use bitcoin when gambling? on: November 11, 2023, 08:40:34 PM
I prefer to use stable coin during bear market. I prefer to use bitcoin during bull market just like this time. I also prefer to use some altcoins during bull time like this, altcoins like litecoin and tron which are widely available on many gambling sites. I still sometimes but not common again use fiat on fiat casino. I still use all but using crypto more.
1005  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can a gambler be a good bitcoin trader? on: November 11, 2023, 08:27:52 PM
Can a gambler become a good trader? Yes. If he learns how to trade. He has little to read about risk management and he should still know that he should trade with the amount of money that he can afford to lose.
1006  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Luck and skill, which is more important gambling success? on: November 11, 2023, 04:46:33 PM
I do not see gambling as a games of skills, just try your luck with little amount of money and be good. The more you think that you are good and skilled and looking for ways to earn, the more you will see that gambling is risky. Gambling sites are earning from gamblers and paying workers and maintaining their gambling services successfully from the money they profit from their gamblers. Gamblers should not believe in any skills that will make them lose. I am not saying gambling should not be done without skills though.
1007  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do Owners of betting companies bet? on: November 11, 2023, 03:39:35 PM
Do not forget that he is the owner. He can do whatever he likes. If the owner of a gambling site wants to gamble, he will prefer to use his own site that will benefit him to have fun than to gambling on the gambling site of others that will not benefit him.

I see this as off-topic though.
1008  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to read the screenshots traders post. An example. on: November 11, 2023, 12:07:13 PM
1. Where is the trade is made? I guess Binance, I might be wrong
2. What is Mark Price?
3. What is Margin?
4. What is Risk? What does the 9.89% risk means in this particular case?
5. I guess "Est. Liq. Price" means the price at which DOT will be sold. Is that right?
6. What is Cross 10x means?
7. Any other details to pay attention?
1. You do not need to know where the trade is made but focus on the PnL and other necessary information. From what I think, it would be from Huobi (HTX).

2. The mark price is well stated distinctly and it is $5.339

3. He used 50530 USDT to trade. The margin is 10x which is 505300 USDT.  If you convert the 505300 USDT to Dot, it is 97524 DOT when he opened the position.

4. It is the percentage of his gain or loss compared to the total margin used. If it is positive, it makes gain. If it is negative, it means loss.

5. Estimate liquidation price is the price his money used to open position will be exhausted and he will lose all if the price go against the direction of the position opened. After he lost all, no position opened again.

6.  It is the margin used. Assuming you have $100. If you use 10x margin, you will have $1000 to trade.

There are two types which are isolated and cross margin.

In isolated, the money remaining in your future trading account will not be deducted if you are losing. It means you can not transfer more money to increased the liquidation price. Some traders prefer it while opening many positions.

Cross margin means if your money used to open position is decreasing, it will also be decreasing from your future trading account. If the price is getting close to liquidation price, you can transfer money to your future trading account to increase the liquidation price so that your money will not be liquidated at the initial price.

You will need to use small amount of money to try this and experience what that I am taking about.

7. Trade with like $2 to learn.
1009  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Binance hidden fees on: November 11, 2023, 11:03:46 AM
sure they charge fees but why they don't account fees in unreaised PL of open position? This makes you overestimate your PL. As I texted before, you may see green unrealized PL and then close position and get negative (not because of slippage but because they hide fees)
I do not know what you are talking about. On all the exchanges that I am using, I do calculate the fee. I have calculated the fee for opening position and closing positions on Binance before, several times, but the fee is accurate, although I do not know of now but I still calculated it several times this year and I saw no fault.

This thread supposed not to be in scam accusation board, it supposed to be on exchanges board.
1010  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Binance hidden fees on: November 11, 2023, 10:22:57 AM
That is how it is on exchanges, including Binance. If you open a position, fee would be deducted. If you close a position, fee would also be deducted.

Assuming the trading fee is 5%. 5% would be deducted if you open long position and another 5% would be deducted from your money plus PnL after closing a position.
1011  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A tip for staying resposible while gambling. on: November 11, 2023, 08:24:08 AM
I do not think this would be helpful. Some gamblers may not gamble responsibly unless they lose and taught a lesson from it. Some people knowhow to manage their financial life and they do not spend much on things that are not necessary like gambling, but some people just want to make some money from gambling which is the reason they waste money on it. When they realized they can not make money from gambling as gambling is taken more, they will stop the stupid thinking.
1012  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Can anyone help me please to withdraw money from my blocked Binance account? on: November 10, 2023, 03:55:50 PM
Who knows if he wants to scam? Why telegram and discord account links.

If true, exchanges like Binance will give you a page in a way you will not be able to withdraw your money in a way you will not be able to make use of any other Binance servics.

If you are not able to withdraw, that means your transaction is linked to scam activity. Contact Binance customer care. Use their Twitter for complaining.

Or just include more information. Why your account got banned?
1013  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Know how to use Fundamental and Technical Analysis on: November 10, 2023, 03:14:43 PM
Let me make this to be short, both technical and fundamental analyses are very important. You hear of good news, miners are not selling, exchange outflow to noncustodial wallet is increasing, long term holders are not selling, the present bitcoin spot ETF approval and many others like that makes the price of bitcoin to increase. The technical analysis is good too. You can still know that the price of bitcoin is not as high as all-time-high, you do not need to ask anybody, you can see it from the chart while analysing. You can also see from the chart a lot of information that makes it important. Both are very important and not need comparison.
1014  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mistakes to watch out for on: November 10, 2023, 03:07:29 PM
As a trader you have to monitor your trade because monitoring of your trade will help you not to lose, their is no apparatus or tools you will use in trading that will not permit you or give you the privilege of not monitor your chart of trading, because in a trading irrespective of your tools you will not hesitate to be observate  and also be conscious in a trading to ensure you have to make a profit, either you use stop loss or not and without observations in trading you will lose, so therefore trading requires monitoring.
This depends on the type of trader that you are. It also depends on if you use take profit or not. If you are a swing trader, you may not bother yourself looking at the chat, but if you are a scalper, you may prefer to watch the chat. If you are scalping or a day trader, and you set stop loss or take profit, you may not bother to check the chart until certain time has passed. Not watching the chart is better if you use good strategies.
1015  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: About 3Aex Platform on: November 10, 2023, 08:25:14 AM
All these uncommon easy-to-know scam exchanges from their names should be avoided. Why not just be using popular exchanges instead of going for the ways you can easily be scammed.

Recommended centralized exchanges

You may like to go for privacy exchanges like bisq or agoradesk.

1016  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: BET365 ACCOUNT AVAILABLE on: November 09, 2023, 12:02:41 PM
The account can latter be linked to money laundering. It may later be linked to illegal online money transfer. If the gambling site knows that the buyer is not the owner, the account will immediately be banned. It is better to avoid this than to involve yourself in something that you may be disappointed at later or something that can lead to trouble for you. Avoid buying something like this.
1017  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: El salvador first to use lightning network in 2024 with bitcoin ATM upgrade on: November 09, 2023, 11:58:16 AM
There is a thread on this forum that is dedicated for posts about recent happening in El Salvador that is pertaining to bitcoin adoption in the country.

El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender!

This was discussed yesterday on the thread: Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender!

The article doesn't even make complete sense, anyway, they try to interpret that Bitcoin ATMs will now support lightning deposits and sooner they will roll out the upgrade in their machines.

This is an existing concept, not sure its available on ATMs but exchanges implemented lightning network deposits a long way back so users can fund their exchange account instantly and this will be only helpful in situations like now when fees are too much due to spam TXs of tokens.
It is making more sense. El Salvador bitcoin ATMs are not supporting lightning network before and they want to make it start working so that El Salvadorans can start making use of bitcoin lightning network payment. It is good to hear this.
1018  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetonRed.com 100% up to 450€ 50 no deposit spins on: November 09, 2023, 08:46:55 AM
Join us now and let's win together!

https://betonred.com/
The site is not working, error 404 just as Little Mouse said already.

Let us win together? Have you forgotten that it is not possible for a gambling site and gamblers to win together. It is either the gamblers are losing while the house is winning, or the house is losing while gamblers are winning. Because of house edge, the house is winning.

Telling people to gamble responsibly and have fun is better.
1019  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Holding for long might not be the best option. on: November 09, 2023, 08:00:50 AM
Wait for some months and bitcoin will reach all-time-high. That would likely be in 2024/2025.

For those that wants to invest in bitcoin, they should make research about it and study the historical chart of bitcoin, halving and how the price of bitcoin may go up after halving.

But those that do not make any of such research in the past will not still regret if they are able to hold their coins and not sell.
1020  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting losses, Take a break and just focus on Bitcoin. on: November 08, 2023, 09:10:42 PM
Bitcoin trading is also risky, at least it has way more liquidity than other altcoins. It is quite usually to try to get into other altcoins instead of bitcoin, because people see it as an expensive asset, or maybe they think they lost the train many years ago... Still, imho, we should start talking in sats, so it is not that traumatizing for newcomers
Bitcoin is not expensive because you do not necessary have to buy one bitcoin before you can own bitcoin, you can buy as low as less than $50 worth of bitcoin. Bitcoin can be liquid than all other cryptocurrencies, but there are many cryptocurrencies too that have high liquidity, it may not just be as liquid as bitcoin in volume but their orders are filled immediately with good market price.
