1001  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Paypal a scam? on: November 07, 2016, 01:21:39 PM
I hope that PayPal will restore its reputation and will work as early as in the near future. It is a pity that they have lost a lot of customers. Nobody wants to risk their money
they don't lost a lot customers, even they do,they will always get a bunch of new customers,as i've seen that paypal verification service are now growing up and getting used widely among many people,it's a clue that paypal still become a need for those who transacting in online world

even their policies are sucks and painful, you can't avoid that they're the most used service compared to other
Most users are unaware of those policies anyway until they encounter someone disputing payments. I can only imagine people making thousands of money by depositing 1,000$ in Paypal, buying something worth 1000$, then dispute the payment after you got the item. I'm pretty sure somebody's abusing this Buyer Protection Policy so much while seller's can't do anything about it.

Indeed mate. Some people are very abusive and think that they can manipulate the system.. Paypal transactions are made online so that's why some people may have legit disputes and some are not. Some abusive users just want to try and take advantage of the policy.
1002  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: November 07, 2016, 01:05:43 PM
I think bitcoin might not banned in western countries. we see today bitcoin prices continue to rise. probably not many countries even prohibit the use bitcoin. bitcoin might eventually be legalized in the country with a new system
Bitcoin is freedom and there's no government for now who can manipulate or control the bitcoin community. Bitcoin is legal it's just that it hasn't been introduced wordwide.
1003  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: November 06, 2016, 04:48:26 PM
I keep on playing gambling over and over again because of my winnings on my favorite betting sites ,i think im addicted because i use to earn almost everyday and that keeps me coming back on playing and then when i lose some amounts stop for an hour and back to playing again .Many of us keeps coming back because of good earnings it pushes us to play again ,some are greedy .

Good to know that you always win mate. This is also the reason why I keep coming back, especially in sports betting because most of the time I always win. But I always limit myself and control my greed.
1004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do Girls also gamble? on: November 06, 2016, 04:44:45 PM
I think there is a women gambler in this world, Althought I think gamble is not a place for women.
Just like football, I think footbal is not made for women but now you can see so many women footballer in the world.
Yes ,it is simply adaptation as the years go by many womwm intended to be man too ,What can man do they can also do we are equal but only the difference is the ability of me the strength that woman don't have. It is the same in gambling now woman are adapting it and we all have the right to have some fun in our lives.

Indeed mate. In my country people have equal rights regardless of the gender were as women can do the mens job. Same in casinos women also coming more often like men.. I think they are not there for money but for fun and entertainment.
1005  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Pacquiao Vs Vargas on: November 06, 2016, 04:35:50 PM

Gladly i won some 10 bucks from my workmate, and im really confident that pacquaio will win that since he is fast and got some extra ordinary stamina unlike vargas who's still young and easily to be caught up by pacquiao's counter punch,

Surely the result is expected to be happen by many of us, and surely vargas learn more lesson for pacquiao,

Congratulations to you Smiley

It is a unanimous decision that Senator Manny  Pacquiao won. No question with that ; Twitter and facebook is flooding with greetings about his victory.  Again, Congratulations to Pacman, you are $6,000,000.00 richer again.  Grin
Pacman is the greatest boxer in the whole world he show to us again his fast and a good combinations of punches . Even he is mid in the older age but still he can fight with agressiveness . I also bet on him on online and eith my friends with a beer .Cheers !

Yeah congrats Pacman I truly believe that he's going to win this match.. despite of his age. It will still be the experience, skills and techniques that help him to win this fight. Too bad I forgot to bet on him.
1006  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: November 06, 2016, 04:30:39 PM
gambling is also a pleasure for "blue blood people".

for example the England Queen's has a lot of horses, I am not saying she gamble Cheesy but probably we you run your horse stable, implicitly you are gambling that these horses are there to win... And I think she doesn't run for money, but just for pleasure and also as historic tradition!

It's giving a pleasure to others especially those who are rich. Yeah if I'm rich like as the royal family I will still gamble just to entertain me.. who cares if I lose. I would still have an unlimited resources at my back.
1007  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: November 06, 2016, 04:25:32 PM
Don't gamble if you want to make money. Gambling should be done for the sake of getting entertained. Winning or losing is part of the game and if you loose your cash, it is the price you have to pay.
If by any chance you wish to make money, I suggest you deposit money or lend to a casino and get interest from them. Other than this, any strategy to beat the house in the long term is doomed to fail.

Try investing your money in a different way like trading, lending, etc. Rather than gamble your bitcoin just to lose it all in the long run. It's not advisable to gamble not if you just want to be entertained by the games in casinos.
1008  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Investing in Gambling Sites on: November 06, 2016, 04:19:00 PM
the risk of investing in the casino and other place is almost the same, like the site suddenly closed and the owner run away with your investment, however if you are investing in reputable casino then don't too worry about it, and then sometimes the casino can lose profit if whale come and win big times or somebody win the jackpot, but i think investing in casino is worth to try

IMO it is worth to try only if you have nice amount to invest, otherwise you will only earn small profit. The risk is not worth enough for small investment, thats why some people with less btc prefer to gamble it than invest it.

While its correct that if you have a small investment you will earn a low amount of bitcoin, you are making the mistake of seeing this in nominal terms instead of percentage terms, while casino earning are variable some users repot something between 1 to 2 percent per month, that is in fact a respectable percentage per month, if you want more then you could try trading or something

Trading would be a great idea to invest your bitcoin once you have a proper knowledge about it the risks would be lesser rather than investing it in casinos. Investing in casinos would be worth to try though but remember that the risks is always big.
1009  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit Gambling. on: November 06, 2016, 04:11:05 PM
Keep a journal, and try to identify everything that give you the itch to gamble. And then try to eliminate them. If it's sports, then eliminate your TV. If it's stress, then force yourself to take long walks. You get the idea. The longer that you can distract yourself from what gives you the itch, the easier it will be for it to not cross your mind.

It's not an easy task especially if you're involvement in gambling is very deep. It's like removing your soul from your body. This is going to take a long process though. I like the itch part because you're trying to determine the root cause and provide the possible resolution to quit gambling.
1010  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe that win in gambling is depending on your luck ? on: November 06, 2016, 04:03:08 PM
Luck really helps a lot in the gambling world. No matter what the games you play in the casinos once you have luck on the day definitely you will be on the winning side no matter what the odds will be and even in difficult situations like poker or sports betting once you have luck at your side it will help you to win the game.
1011  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Controlling your temper in gambling on: November 06, 2016, 03:55:10 PM
suggested that we set a limit on the money that may be at stake. So if we've passed the limit of money that may be at stake, we should stop first because maybe it was not our day.
we can prepare music to accompany us during play. So we'll be more relaxed when playing.

Learn to control yourself and know your limitations when you do gambling. I like the music part mate, yeah most of the time it would help you feel relaxed. This will set your emotions / temper subside when we gamble.
1012  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: November 06, 2016, 03:47:44 PM
You can consider it as gambling in my eyes because it has some mayor risks and that is with gambling and trading the same so, yes I think it can be considered as gambling but I must say that the profit is very attractable.

If you go for trading without any knowledge of trading then surely it is same as gambling because you will by trading just by guessing price may go up or down and results only depend only on luck. But if you have knowledge and can go for long trade then it is a different story, and you can make some good profit from trading. As per me both are not same if you manage it properly.

That's why it's really important for us to learn the basics first in trading. Once we understand and have a proper knowledge about it, it would lessen the chance for us to gamble our bitcoins when we trade.
1013  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: November 06, 2016, 03:38:33 PM
I actually think it would be easier to explain Bitcoin to kids than older people, since younger generations are naturally more familiar with computers.
You need to explain the saving/ investing aspect first, which is something that should be taught at a young age anyways.
I really wish schools did a better job of explaining basic economics/ banking/ investment.
That is definitely something teenagers could benefit from to help them in the real world.

Yes indeed kids nowadays are very advanced when it comes to technology. This would help the kids on how to manage their allowance and how to spend it wisely. Most kids are often buying toys or anything they want if they have money and that's a given because kids like to play but if we teach them how to save money rather and make some investment I think it would be very beneficial for them especially for their future.
1014  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: November 06, 2016, 03:32:05 PM
The reason why I don't like cryptocurrency to take over the paper money is because when the age of cryptocurrency has come, The government will probably take in charge of it, So I hope that paper money will last long. Anomity and having the control of your bitcoins is what I love and most people do also. I hope it won't change when the age of paper money has ended.

You got a good point there my friend. I dont want also making the government taking charge of the bitcoin movement or even giving a lot of tax just to buy it. That will kill the bitcoin community and it is not very good at all.
I agree with both of you that we do not like to make government taking charge to the policy of bitcoin since now we used bitcoin without tax and we want to make the bitcoin continuous to be stronger without government issue

This really bothers me whenever I think about it. Taxes and fees probably will kill the bitcoin community and there's nothing we could do but to comply. Hopefully it won't happen even in the future let bitcoin be as it is like what it has right now.
1015  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: November 06, 2016, 03:23:37 PM
spent bitcoin today looks very detrimental. it is because the current bitcoin prices will rise, and it proved with bitcoin rising from $ 600 to $ 700. it is likely that the higher price will go up another. so I guess this time I will keep my bitcoin in my wallet, and when the price becomes $ 1,000, maybe I'll spend it  Grin

That is what I am thinking because if we observed the bitcoin price now, it continues to gain its price. So, if we should observed for now since the price is not stable yet. Base on some forecasts it will still continue to raise until next year,so for me I will hold for a moment while monitoring.

Yeah that's from what I've heard.. same thing as what I'm doing mate. Hopefully the forecast is true but if not I'll just have to wait more to hold my bitcoins until the price will go up again.
1016  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: November 06, 2016, 01:02:48 PM
Maybe not to get rich, but sure as hell to earn a decent amount of money with bitcoins.

How much money did you earn with bitcoins? Or did you lose some?
I earned approximately of around 0.150 of bitcoin every month that betcoin signature campaign give me or paid me and i m very thankful that i am earning because of them and i uses that for to trade into another altcoin to make some good profit every week and i don't think that i can really be rich.
Wow mate this is a great earning for you. I'm doing signature campaign as well and lots of trading. I used my earnings in bitcoins for my daily expenses which is really good.. but these earnings I have would not make me rich in the future.
1017  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: November 06, 2016, 12:49:58 PM
i have invested a pretty good amount of money in gold long back and i will be keeping it as an asset for the future,i am holding almost 400 grams of gold but i am yet to invest anything in bitcoin as i am learning about the investment opportunities

It's really good for you to invest in gold because gold is everywhere and it's really valuable. Good to know that you're interested also in investing with bitcoins.. it's a really good choice because there's a lot of opportunities for you to make a profit. Before you start investing in bitcoins try to learn the basics first mate.
1018  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: November 06, 2016, 12:40:54 PM
I don't know for everyone else, but for me it'd be great if BTC had a stable price. I actually never even tried to make any money by trading and most times I lose (don't know why, but I always lose on currency exchanges in real life, maybe I am just not lucky).

For me Bitcoin is great cause one can use it without any docs or verifications (e.g. it is anonymous) and no company can shut your account down like PayPal used to do.

It is just fast and convenient for me as both a seller and buyer.
Even if bitcoin gets adopted by a lot more exciting new businesses but it wont be fun using bitcoin as a person if its price stays stable for always, it is really fun to watch that fluctuation and see when you gain and when you lose dollars from the amount of bitcoins you have.
I don't think it is fun, well if you gain money it may be, but if one day you wake up and see that you actually got less money than you've expected I don't think it is very funny.
Losing money is a big deal.. you will feel very bad about it especially if you earned it in a hard way. Maybe he/she have a different way to treat of losing money and that for him/her it's funny.. I don't know maybe to lighten up his/her feelings.  Wink
1019  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: November 06, 2016, 12:31:01 PM
before I was afraid to take risks and just kept the money in the bank. But then I realized that the money should not just lie. After all, in which case they are depreciated. Then I started to invest in various projects. It brings me a profit.

Thanks that you are also into investing. Only few people are doing investing,it seems all is consuming. Investing is a good way to your financial freedom with the help of investment instruments available on the market. Be it in stocks or other paper assets, insurances or traditional business. Good luck.

Investing is really good for us and this is the one of the best way to earn more money aside from your job. But it's also important to save your money.. just in case you need it for emergency then there's a cash that you can take out from your pocket.
1020  Economy / Economics / Re: possible government regulations? on: November 06, 2016, 12:21:03 PM
It is possible that government will make the regulation about bitcoin, in some country the government already has the draft for regulate bitcoin, and i think in the future government will try to meddle up in bitcoin, and nothing we can do to stop this
definitely,it's just matter about the time until the government thinking it's the right time to release the bitcoin's regulation and start to tax many people
the right time is actually when bitcoin users in that country is just quite many and it's worthy to do the regulation
Hopefully this would not happen.. this will be a game changer for us once government will intervene in bitcoin.. additional fees and taxes will surely be applied everytime there's a movement of coins and there's nothing we can do about it.
