If you are discussing Neymar transfer you need to consider so many things as
1. His weekly pay is high and not every club would want him considering his age. If other clubs may wants is not even Barcelona that is struggling financially will want Neymar back with such high price unless he will be willing to take pay cut.
Considering that Messi has left PSG and mbappe is about to leave there is every likelihood that name Neymar will remain to lead the squad.
With the current position PSG will try to keep Neymar in various ways, Luis Enrique really needs him in the team. Dembele could be the right tandem for Neymar, considering that Mbappe future is uncertain so far. A lot of rumors say he will return to Barcelona, but I think not now but when Neymar is free transfer. Because the price is very high, even though Neymar is willing to cut his salary it is not a good move for Barcelona.
