What a game of cricket and what a come back by England on the last day to win the last match and draw the series. No one was expecting that England will take 10 wickets on last day. Moin Ali and Wokes did the job for England by picking 7 wickets. Its the last game of Stuart Broad and he ended his career by picking 4 wickets in his final test. Hopes are high that Anderson will also announce his retirement now.
Australia started to collapse from 74 overs. 4 wickets fell in these four overs from 74 overs to 77 overs. Since then the Australian batsmen could not settle on the pitch. Alex Carey got some runs but captain Pat Cummins couldn't do much there. Due to which the team has suddenly accepted defeat. England won by 49 runs due to Australia's wicket crisis. Even though England did not win the series, they were very happy with the victory in the last match. What a match and how good England have performed to level the series. None could've expected this to happen, because the team is at their best as they had good opening partnership coming between Warner and Khawaja. Chris Woakes is the man who gave the break and took four important wickets. Particularly the wicket of Starc who used to do good at the tail end. Moeen Ali have performed well and he had done the right thing at the right time and fulfilled the purpose for which he's been brought into the test match squad after long break. What a fantastic series it was! England, Australia both teams demonstrated highly competitive and gave us a thrilling contest. England's comeback from 2-0 down to level it 2-2. It will go down in history as one of the most incredible comebacks in Test cricket. England might have even ended up winning the series 3-2, if there no weather intervening in the 4th test. Chris Woakes made the difference with his exceptional bowling skills. Moeen Ali, who is one of my favorites. He played with utmost dedication, giving his heart, blood, and soul to fulfill his role in the Test match. Watching him perform last time was a treat. |

Apart his injuries, he is considered one of the top 10 wingers in the game. He might be a better player there. The pressure at Barcelona might have been too much for him to handle. It's quite embarrassing for Barca to fail in retaining key players like Dembélé. He will certainly contribute greatly at psg. This transfer seems to indicate that Mbappe's time at Paris is coming to an end. Management hardly believes they can replace Mbappe with Dembélé. Nigeria and Ireland ended the game in a goalless draw. Ireland was just playing for the honor because they were already out of the competition after losing their two past games against Canada and Australia. But they improved today holding the super falcons to a barren draw. The game produced few goal attempts because the two teams were desperate to get a point. The Nigerian team has now qualified with Five points and didn't lose a single game. Before now the Nigeria technical team and players made it clear that they will not underrate the Irish team even if they lost two of their games. Congratulations to the Super Falcons.
The first half didn't leave any strong impression. But, the second half showed improvement than the first half. Second half was more strategic and intense, despite it ended goalless. However, Nigeria's performance allowed them to make last-16 of the Women's World Cup. Now they must focus on making further improvements if they wish to go far in this tournament, especially in terms of their finishing skills. Otherwise, there is a risk of being eliminated in the round of 16. |

In first ODI, West Indies were bowled out for just 114 runs and India too lost 5 wickets while chasing that small target. The second ODI was different in a sense that two key indian players Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli were not playing. Its a good move from India to try some new combination and test new players in real scenarios. I am sure in last ODI India will go full strength to secure the series.
Again here I will say that we can't underestimate the West Indies team. Many of here was saying how you can say that and you should bet on West Indies and bla bla bla. But thing is that this is the game. And in the cricket match we can say this the game of 10 balls only. And the game can be finished. So thing is that I believe that the Indian team is good but I was saying that we can't underestimate the West Indies team. West Indies team is playing at home, and India won't underestimate their opponents. In the second ODI, India tried out a different batting order, but unfortunately, it did not work out well, and ended up losing the match. The decision to experiment backfired on them, but a good victory for West Indies. Is this a solution for PSG to earn money? There is no mention of how the total price will be installed if it is true that the loan status to Liverpool occurs, this seems to be still in the discussion stage and can happen or not. It is already certain that Mbappe next season will be at Real Madrid on a free transfer. I wonder who the initiator of these negotiations (if they really take place)? PSG's interest is understandable - they are trying to minimize the losses from the fact that Mbappe remains on their balance sheet. A four goals thriller match. Argentina did an incredible job fighting back from being 2-0 down and managed to level it before the final whistle.
Disappointing for South Africa at the end. Their game management, substitutions, and goalkeeping were not up to mark and cause this result. They should have comfortably won this match, but things didn't go their way. There's another match ahead, so still have a chance to bounce back. South African girls are talented, but they need to work on concentration and determination. They should believe in themselves that they can do it.

I'm not sure PSG will let him go for 30 million because the market value is 40 million just compare it with Malcom, who just bought in Al Hilal at a price of 60 million while the market value is 30 million I suspect at least PSG want 50-60 million as a release fee, Marco Verratti is a senior player there who joined since 2012 he is also the second captain. Another reason is PSG is not a club in need of money on the contrary they have enough funds that there is no reason to let players go at low prices IMO, unless Marco Verratti himself wants to move on. The Australian team must really miss the presence of Samantha Kerr. Till 45 minutes both teams played hard with no goals for or against anyone but when half time came to extra time both teams panicked and in 4 minute difference both teams scored 1/1 and now the scores are level. Australia and Nigeria women's teams look equally strong So no party can be neglected. So it is very difficult to make preqdictions for this match. However, the Australian women's team is trying hard to play well, so they seem to have some potential in this match. Half time in the game is over. let's see which team can change their fortune and win the match in 2nd half Nigeria women's teams are strong both mentally and physically. They made quite the impressive comeback in this match. In the second half, they need to find a way to deal with number 19, Gorry, the Australian midfielder who has been causing them a lot of trouble. She is like the engine that drives Australia's performance. It's difficult to predict the outcome of this match, but personally, I'm rooting for Nigeria. Eric Tan Hag have tries with several formation if not get possibility for signing new striker, have few pre season matches left and United must effective if want secure top fourth position standings and get chance winning Premier League tittles after missing for long time and last winning Premier League tittles on season 2012/13.
Manchester United's performance against Real Madrid was not impressive, but they played well against Arsenal. This match demonstrated how important is it for Manchester United to sign a standing and reliable striker, that is why Eric Tan Hag is making move for Hujlund, I believe if they are able to sign him, it will be good for the team especially as the team has signed so many players in preparation of next season. A tough week for Manchester United back-to-back defeat. It's actually good not getting too much win during pre-season. It helps keep things in perspective and not getting too much optimistic. Nowadays only around 10% of the test matches are competitive. Look at this shit series between Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The Lankans are having the home advantage, but still Pakistan is about to win the match by an innings. With 5 wickets in hand, Pakistan is leading by close to 400 runs. And I guess they will easily get to at least 500 run lead and then bowl out the Lankans for less than 200. This is going to be one of the heaviest defeats ever suffered by Sri Lanka. And it will be another nail in the coffin for test cricket.
Yes, credit must be given to the Pakistan batters and bowlers. Despite playing on their home ground Sri Lanka team, displayed poor batting and fielding. They are struggling to take wickets as well. It's sad to see them missing the excellence of the vintage Sri Lanka test team. This test match lacked any real competition and ended up being completely one-sided. Pakistan definitely win with a 2-0 margin and maybe by an innings. |
