"Good" and "Evil" is relative term too. Something that is "good" in one country (like eating good beef steak) os "evil" in other (India). There is no universal good or evil + it changes over time, so...Bitcoin is what it is. I agree it is Disruption, as this system we are now in, needs to be disrupde asap!

Anyone else feel like one of the bitcoin losers? We hear a lot about all the winners, now including some 15 year old child, but very little on the currency's losers. I got swept up in the mania last November and dared to invest my life saving into purchasing 1 bitcoin, just as it was near peak. That turned out to be a terrible purchase for me as the value dropped since, so bitcoin has only ever lost me money. Anyone else in my boots? I'd still like more bitcoins but going on my past 6 months my confidence and trust in this new currency has been shattered.  Your lifesaving was 1000$??? how is this possible`? In some countries, 1000$ is ALOT of money! Dont be THAT guy.... |

Bitcoin really does help with gambling. Not onyl it does help with nations where they have tight gabling rules, it helps with speed of transatcions and ease of use too. I use it whenever i bet. It's great.

LOL this kid don't want to go to college )) I hope he changes his mind if he makes that million! there are lots of kids who forego college and get on the fast-track in computer technology though. you don't need to go to school if you're a really bright kid, which this kid may or may not be. Well I have friends who are really rich! And they went to USA for MBA because they wanted to learn more ... so learning is always good no matter how good your businesses is doing! And learning is not always connected with schools / collages. In some fields you can learn more by "doing" than by reading. Most of new technologies are like that. |

Guys (and gals ofc), Bitcoin was made to be used. If you just hold it, you'r not doing it right. Just holding is pumping up unnatural price which will blow up sooner or later into everyone's face. What Bitcoin needs is flow. Flow from customer, to seller, to producer, back to customer...circle. Just holding wont make it mainstreem. It will pump up the price which will explode sooner or later.
It seems easy in US to use it, but here in France, hard to make any expense in btc. The only think i bought in btc was a domain name. So I hold, but i will be happy to buy bitcoin for immediate use. There are alot of web shops inside EU where you can spend your BTC on stuff you buy one way or another. To add to my previous rant. If everyone holds, and noone spend anything, sellers will just stop receiving bitcoin, as there will be no profit out of it, and once that happens, it's one way street to the bottom. |

Dude, it's more fun to just chime in till more facts are presented. Geez, get with teh program. Make the island whatever you desire it to be. At least suggest what crops you desire to be grown on MemeIsland. I apologize, my mistake. As far as crops go, Garlic is my 1st pick. Yes, it smells bad, but we all need that extra health that it provides, so we can love long and prosper. And it's needed worldwide, so we can make even more BTC with it. Have been gambling with bitcoin since last year i count that as a use Oh yeah, that too...sports gambling and Poker...easyest thing. No PayPal or Credit card can match Bitcoin in that field. |
