1021  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Unconfirmed Transactions Problem on: October 26, 2016, 12:57:04 PM
Wow lots of unconfimed transactions, relax they will confirm somehow...this is good ....indicates world are using bitcoin...
Those unconfirmed transaction may also include lots of transaction also which have enough fee or quite lower than recommend fee so over few blocks those get confirmed however by that time there will be even same number of transaction with similar fee structure get added and we are seeing same number all time however most of those stucked transaction get through and only few with 0 fee get stucked.
1022  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: problems with bitcoin holder on: October 26, 2016, 11:37:27 AM
75.9% ( 15,947,975 bitcoin) of the bitcoin is already mined so to circulate bitcoin all over the world there is only few bitcoin because many bitcoin user are holding bitcoin and waiting for price hike. So what would happen if the continue holding and we are left with only few bitcoin to circulate. So can it act as global currency or we need some modification.
Even there are only few thousands bitcoin in circulation it can easily work as global currency as even 1 satoshi is transfarable however if supply get limited than price will be high for sure which will make bitcoin mining even more profitable. I don't know how you have predicted that majority of bitcoins that were mined are not circulating.  Cheesy
1023  Other / Off-topic / Re: For how many people you introduced the Bitcoin? on: October 26, 2016, 11:34:50 AM
I haven't taken bitcoin as referral program so talking about refering others to use it is out of question. However in many ocassions i have tried to solve different question asked by many of my friends related to bitcoin and how bitcoin network works. Actually my brother and my father are quite interested in bitcoin to whom i have introduced about bitcoin for first time and my father is asking me to invest some of his funds in bitcoin.
1024  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Simple FlowChart to choose a bitcoin wallet (open to suggestions) on: October 25, 2016, 05:42:55 PM
not completely sure if i'd suggest web/mobile wallets to anyone... Even if it's just to store a very small ammount.
I also agree with him and like to suggest you to add one section below small and web wallet part. Ask whether you will be actively sending/receiving bitcoin (small amount) if yes you can suggest strong client side web wallets or electrum like light wallets and if NO than make an arrow to show it toward paper wallet which you have in end of second column in image.
1025  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Incentivizing Full Nodes on: October 25, 2016, 05:36:48 PM
Actually if bitcoin start to give incentive for running full nodes doesn't that make sense of bitcoin as POS/POW hybrid algo ? And as bitcoin is quite stronger with current POW algo it seems we don't need any changes on how it works.

Storage space and internet speed/bandwith are not strong obstacle for anyone to start supporting bitcoin network and there are many people who can run 100s of nodes themselves when network seems to get weak and need some more active nodes. Currently it seems we have 5000+ of active nodes http://xtnodes.com/#all_nodes

1027  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin richlist on: October 25, 2016, 03:04:00 PM
Is this results real time?
If so than i think we can also count total bitcoin address exist right now which have atleast few satoshi. I have seen several thread asking how much bitcoin address that exist or created till now, this link may become useful to calculate.

If 6295122 address is 55.14% of total bitcoin address than we can say there are around 10 million total bitcoin addresses in operation having more than 0 satoshi ?
1028  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Directory of all Bitcoin/blockchain apps on: October 25, 2016, 02:57:38 PM
Searched about bitcoin related project list and found this channel quite interesting in reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/bitcoinideas/
And also interesting bitcoin and ethereum based project to watch in 2016 https://blog.coinfund.io/five-bitcoin-and-ethereum-based-projects-to-watch-in-2016-664f3a20fa3f#.byd6hls78
1029  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading schedule on: October 24, 2016, 04:21:26 PM
Currently looking ETH price is in lows and bitcoin is actively being pumped from several days so you can sell ETH daily (as you said you are getting eth daily) than keep your bitcoins as it is, when bitcoin price starts to correct exchange it for usdt or directly buy ETH back as mostly when bitcoin get pumped all other alts go through bloody bath and when bitcoin price get some correction, some high volume alts like ETH, XMR start to get pumped.

1031  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Mixer on: October 24, 2016, 03:47:44 PM
Actually the level of anonymity bitcoin itself provide is only enough for low level of privacy, and if anyone want higher level of privacy regarding their financial/bitcoin transaction they use mixing/tumbling services. You can also check more about bitcoin mixing here https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mixing_service
1032  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitfinex Seeks Communication With Bitcoin Thief on: October 24, 2016, 02:45:04 PM
Last time when hacker was trying to communicate with bitfinex and reach an agreeable amount they didn't give enough attention and now they seeking to communicate again.

I don't think hacker will again keep wasting time, it was suggested before also bitfinex to be a little bit flexible with hacker to get atleast half of the users funds securely which may atleast limit losses of users but they don't care that much that time. Now they are being desperate  Grin

What could be the agreeable percentage between hacker and bitfinex to settle this down, how much flexible will be bitfinex this time?
I think they may not offer more than 10%.
1033  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I heard some the people in BD that "bitcoin will die" is that true? on: October 24, 2016, 04:40:26 AM
Everything is possible and there will always be risk with anything in life same goes for holding bitcoin with speculating high price rise in future. However chances of price going down and bitcoin network being completely dead even for 1 second is not possible if you deeply research on how bitcoin works.

- Bitcoin is decentralized so nobody can completely switched it off.
- Whatever the price of 1 bitcoin will be in future , bitcoin may still keep functioning even if it loss lots of community support.

My suggestion for you and anybody will be that don't save all your saving in only one place, better diversify your holding. Also don't save all your savings only in bitcoin, and in future keep updated with bitcoin recent news and price movement so that you can sell your holdings if price is seeing heavy downtrend.
1034  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best Bitcoin Business To Create? on: October 24, 2016, 04:30:08 AM
I have few ideas like;
1. bitcoin blockchain based games
2. altcoin trading platform with lots of other payment gateway supported
3. altcoin web wallet, you can take setup fee from coin owner to list them.

1035  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You can fight the system ... and win more at the end. on: October 23, 2016, 12:18:35 PM
Whatever that will come from visa and banks in the name of blockchain will be centralized and controlled by few people for sure and i see this visa blockchain not more than that.

They are trying to adopt blockchain tech however they will fail to get good community support, as who gonna love centralized platform with bank attached and all of the transaction getting checked/ verified by few hands before getting processed.

Nice picture demonstrating difference between visa blockchain and bitcoin blockchain.
1036  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CORE vs UNLIMITED on: October 23, 2016, 11:20:11 AM
Bitcoin unlimited will get same ignorance like xt and classic have got in past.

Bitcoin core will remain always with high community support for sure and i don't think we need any other altcoins with bitcoin name attached.  Wink
360 Unlimited Nodes is nothing compared to 4346 Core Nodes active currently http://xtnodes.com/
1037  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitstamp $20 behind Bitfinex, why? on: October 23, 2016, 10:45:35 AM
I think the price difference is normal between exchanges and there are different things acting together to cause this. Talking about bitfinex i think the volume they have is always strange and remain always high even for sure they have lost many of their real big traders recently after they got hacked.

Right now if you look at the chart, bitstamp is only behind 7$ and only <1$ behind btc-e. I don't care much the price each exchanger have, but security they have is main thing to consider and for sure i don't gonna trust bitfinex again.
1038  Economy / Economics / Re: How to deal with the "bitcoin has no physical existence" argument? on: October 23, 2016, 10:38:15 AM
I used to show them how bitcoin is superior and more secure than usual electronic payment system we use including internet banking. And after i complete my intro about bitcoin with the word that your balance can be viewed by anybody but nobody can use those bitcoin without your private key and even millions of computer can't calculate those private key out of bitcoin address, which part they like the most.

I don't get on those argument regarding can we touch bitcoin or can i see what is bitcoin etc after i finish telling them how bitcoin works. But if some force and keep arguing with you to show them physical form of bitcoin giving bitcoin paper wallet containing few bitcoin will be enough.
1039  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit.com -- The Social Gambling Game (formerly moneypot.com) on: October 22, 2016, 10:35:14 AM
what a crazy bet from gohard. now his profit at 246 btc wow he almost up 100 btc in 24 hours
He seem really lucky guy, i have never got such luck in bustabit even when i tried different strategy on autobetting for really long time betting 24 hour for few days.

Looking at his betting pattern https://bustabit.com/user/gohard
he is increasing bet on every loss (+10% around) and cashing out on 19x multiplier quite risky to try with small bankroll.  Shocked
