I haven't used coinsbank card with paypal however i am using cryptopay card connected to my paypal to pay in online stores where paypal is accepted. You can ask both coinsbank and cryptopay support about does paypal also supports to withdraw from paypal to card.

But if paypal allow to withdraw to those cards, cryptopay atleast has option to unload your card to USD account from which you can send bitcoin after purchasing bitcoin with their rate. I have only used cryptopay so just sharing my experience.

I see this as next step from ECB to ignore bitcoin while adopting its underlying blockchain technology, there has been several talks in past too regarding central banks are doing research on using distributed ledger technology like bitcoin but in centralized manner to add more security and transparency to their usual banking transaction. And your faucet rotator have only 8 faucets and almost all of them paying to bitcoin address manaually, i and many prefer to claim on instant faucetbox faucets. Better to add many faucetbox based faucets with instant payment on your rotator.

Inside this all unconfirmed transactions there are several types of transactions like;
-- some random zero fee transactions from newbies thinking fee is optional
-- very low fee for big size transaction which get stucked unconfirmed for several days
-- dust transactions associated with different failed attack attempts on bitcoin network

And recently there been lots of delay between finding blocks which also makes lots of transaction even with recommended high transaction fee getting stucked for several minutes/almost hour.

There is no guarantee that even the well trusted member gonna payback in future if he have payed back in past. And all the ratings systems usual bitcoin lending platform have may get passed with lots of fake documents or someone else documents, there is no single platform where lenders can have access to collateral of takers so there is no guarantee that you will get your money back.

I think smart contract can be implemented only on ethereum so you may have to develop whole lottery in ethereum and not in bitcoin however i don't know is there any service to do it for you and haven't heard of smart contract implemented to do payments on bitcoin.

It is quite sure that bitcoin will have really high demand always but major question will be to get new bitcoin supporters/investors so that bitcoin marketcap can get pumped as well as the price. Bitcoin still need few billionaire to have a look at bitcoin and invest into it, 10 billion around marketcap  is really small compared to world economy.

May be whales are just creating a little bit of fear on the market by dumping a little bit of their bitcoins so that they can grab new cheap coins greater than what they have dumped. It is obvious to see correction before another pump and i think this correction is also similar and we are ready for next big pump. 

I think Trump should win this election however clinton is getting lots of support recently and if she will not support bitcoin when she get elected it is sure that lots of billionaire from US will force her to rethink about her steps as billionaire loves bitcoin and its easy for them to manipulate price and earn big profit constantly due to low marketcap bitcoin have.

I think a-ads pays higher rate but you need to have lots of unique visitors views which is hard to get in faucet. And google adsense have highest rate but they don't like faucet and you need to have other contents like a crypto related blog and also information regarding bitcoin within domain where you gonna host your faucet. You can block those bitcoin addresses from faucetbox setting however i will suggest you also to post your faucet link so that we can see what security features you have in your faucet. I may sell some of my bitcoins when price will hit atleast $700 and quickly buy back as i am quite sure there will be some price correction on that point so i will earn good profit. I am day trader so i sometimes sell all my bitcoin and buy back them in cheaper price after correction.

Even holding bitcoin for next few years can be considered as getting success and financial freedom with bitcoin in future. You don't have to be elite trader, any bitcoin company owner to be recognized or to earn with bitcoin just buy bitcoin with whatever you like to save for future and after few years when price will be more than 2x you can say you have successed to double your saving with bitcoin, which you can't do this by depositing or investing in local banks.

What is number of bitcoin in total all faucets may pay to users everyday ? --- around 10 Bitcoin
and so total marketcap that may come from faucet owners will be 10 bitcoin and in that also most of the bitcoin almost 100% or more than that come to owners pocket from ads so i am not seeing any new money flowing towards bitcoin market cap through faucet owners.
