221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrops & Forks: An ongoing, updated list of Altcoin Giveaways on: October 06, 2017, 06:33:11 PM
Thanks for creating this list, I hadn't thought that ETHD (ethereum dark) was actually distributed via airdrop  Shocked

I am currently collecting Byteball however it is not performing very well as many big bitcoin holders have joined their airdrop.
I am looking at deeponion to get some free coins...
222  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you still use Bitcoin if it stabilised at around USD$5000? on: October 06, 2017, 06:23:56 PM
I will continue to use bitcoin rather than any other online payment gateway if price will remain stable around any price range.
It is almost free to send millions of dollar to any part of the world and you don't have to pay for all those fee you have to pay when sending through usual remittance service.

Bitcoin is for financial freedom..
223  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin Debit Card will STOP on: October 06, 2017, 06:19:14 PM
Right now basically every single bitcoin debit card is backed by Wavecrest.

I know for sure that Wirex is going to switch over to a new provider. You can get their card at a fee or for free if you hold a balance with them right now(there may be specific limits, i'm not sure personally). Though there will be no new VCC.
Another card provider which is also sending replacement card is cryptopay, although now they will ask for complete verification before sending you bitcoin debit card.

Will check wirex too.

Recently found about okpay.com debit card which actually supports bitcoin deposit. I will order that one too..
224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on the next fork? on: October 06, 2017, 05:56:29 PM
I don't think there will be any big dump or correction on price this time as hype for forked coin is almost zero and people have already seen hard fork on august, they are being optimistic about outcome from fork rather than being fearful.
225  Economy / Speculation / Re: Another Bitcoin fork on 25 October on: October 06, 2017, 05:27:30 PM
Support for bitcoin gold or whatever coin it will be named after hardfork is very low so I don't think it will hold any good price when listed. Almost all bitcoin gold in existence after fork will be the free one so people might even dump it for 1$.

Can't predict how successful it will be but demand for bitcoin gold or another fork is quite low right now.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how are you bitcoincash *bch/bcc* on: October 06, 2017, 05:14:49 PM
There is actually no any connection between bitcoin cash and china, bitcoin trading were closed by Chinese government which already affected all altcoin and bitcoin price but right now bitcoin and almost all Altcoins have recovered.

I don't know why you are even asking this question...
227  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoinpenguin.com on: October 06, 2017, 05:05:56 PM
What are your guys' experiences with bitcoinpenguin?
There is not so many good reviews about them and looks like delay on withdrawal in quite common issue they have.
Just use fortunejack, crypto-games.net, bitdice etc as bitcoin casino, bitcoinpenguin doesn't even have announcement thread here in this forum.
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ico better or nothing on: October 06, 2017, 01:42:21 PM
I have made enormous profit from few ICO but have also lost many with some scams. Profit from ICO depends upon the project where you are investing, just invest after making deep research about the project than you will make atleast some profit in short term and you can even get more than 10x return if you can hold it for longer period.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does an ICO need to be successful? on: October 06, 2017, 01:37:00 PM
Lots of things can contribute to the success of an ICO;
- Team behind the project and their concept.
- Marketing strategy they will have.
- Community manager, bounty and social media manager they will hire
- If they will have some working example or bet platform than that will increase investors confidence on the ICO.
230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Any good bitcoin cash walllet? on: October 05, 2017, 07:43:08 PM
There are many wallets like electroncash, btc.com bitcoincash wallet etc.
You can check all bitcoin cash supporting wallets here https://www.bitcoincash.org/

Use one that suits your needs.
231  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why do we keep converting bitcoin back to dollars ? on: October 05, 2017, 07:39:59 PM
People might have different reasons for this conversions, some might sell bitcoin to cashout some fiat and make shopping, others might just want to sell bitcoin on peak price to buy back some cheap bitcoins later on etc.

Converting bitcoin back to dollar doesn't mean we are not giving any true value to bitcoin.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Red Pulse on sunday! on: October 05, 2017, 06:39:23 PM
I just heard about this name and when checked their website found this

Quote
The Red Pulse RPX token sale is not open to United States, Mainland China, or Singapore citizens.
They are missing Korea in that list because South korea have recently announced ban on ICOs.

I will just wait for few days to evaluate the project and watch demand for those token after ICO will be live.
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: free powtoken over facebook does it have a future? on: October 05, 2017, 06:13:32 PM
Looks like just another token given out for free and the price that they are claiming for their coin can't be real because there is no way to determine the actual price of those free tokens. They have never sold those token so its value is $0 right now, price of each token will only be determined when it will be listed in some exchange platforms.

I will never share my personal details like facebook for airdrops....
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The best investment in October. What can you make good money on? I will buy on: October 05, 2017, 06:10:26 PM
ETC - Ethereum classic
Neo
CSNO - bitdice token which have good daily trading volume when all bounty hunters will sell their coins price can rise exponentially
TGT - just wait for some good news, it is trading under ICO price right now. Room for good profit..
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: alternative bitcoin on: October 05, 2017, 05:47:03 PM
I will say ETH, XMR and NEO can still rise significantly because all of them have real life application and features they have can't be found in bitcoin.
I don't want to claim that they will replace bitcoin but I am quite sure their price will be quite high within next few years.
236  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think China has halted the pace of bitcoin reaching new high?? on: October 05, 2017, 01:27:07 PM
Chinese effect on bitcoin market was quite huge before but now people have already came out of those panic because of chinese fud. I don't think china will have same impact on market in future because chinese exchange platform were closed by governments now so they can't trade bitcoin or crypto right now.

Chinese monopoly over crypto trading is now over.
237  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are you planning till November Harfork?? on: October 05, 2017, 01:20:27 PM
Keep all your bitcoin in paper wallet or in wallets like electrum where you will have full control over your bitcoin (you should have access to your private key) so that you can simply import your bitcoin address after hardfork to wallet that will add support for forked coin.

Just keep your bitcoin in wallets where you will have full control over your bitcoin address.
238  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: where to buy bitcoin ? on: October 05, 2017, 12:58:15 PM
Buy bitcoin or ethereum from Cex.io with your usual credit cards however I haven't used them to actually buy anything there but they are in business for long time.

You can find many sellers near you through localbitcoins or paxful, try to search for sellers there who will accept local bank transfer.

Find exchange services that accept deposit from your country here https://www.bitcoin.com/buy-bitcoin
239  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe that digital currencies will replace Fiat? on: October 05, 2017, 12:54:46 PM
If you are talking about paper cash than it will be rare soon in most of t he countries but in poor or underdeveloped countries people might keep on using paper cash for next few centuries.

Digital currencies is future and cryptocurency might replace traditional banking system and internet banking we have right now.
240  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Sell Litecoin for Bitcoins? on: October 04, 2017, 06:34:40 PM
You are only holding two coins in your portfolio which is not quite good way to invest. You have to diversify your investment into multiple alts like ETC, ETH, BTC, LTC, XMR and also hold some in fiat (USD) to buy more when there will be dump.

Invest in some good project during ICOs to get maximum profit after few months.
