Fraud prevention and payments department has confirmed that there is nothing suspicious about the mentioned withdrawal, the only step left is to manually confirm the transaction.

It is really nice to see that fortunejack is responding the query of the users very soon. but it is sad that they have stopped poker table which is what i use to play on their site.

Nope, they do pay but always with slow respond from their admin. May be it will take 24-72 hours. Many people already experienced it anyway. You should try to contact them through email. And usually they response once in 24 hours, so you will need slowly take your time here just to make some withdrawal I know you hate FJ because you had bad experience here but saying that they have slow respond and slow payout is too exaggerated. In this case, FJ has confirmed that there is an issue on the eth payment and will be fixed as soon as possible. There is a live chat where users can get fast answer about any issues, thats better way than contacting through email. It never works for me, mostly I contact them through emails and they always responded once for 24 hours. Never more than that, experienced this for more than enough for me. I know they always make the payout and I can assure everyone to get the payout but I just do not like about their support which is not really do what they suppose to do Hello, BTCevoI will talk to our head of customer support about this. Hello, if you have any problems regarding affiliate, email them affiliate@fortunejack.com or try contacting chat support, they are always snappy to assist. Although I know the minimum affiliate withdraw is 0.1btc. Could that be what is causing your problem? I Think its a Bug in the way they receive BTC from one fortune jack account to another fortune jack account. But They insist there is no bug, and its BitGos issue and they have no control. I have not heard a response yet but my three trouble tickets are closed and I'm left in the dark with no answer to the missing 0.27816337 BTC. I was curious to see if anybody had similar issues.
