I do not think that mining of ZEC is as lucrative as it used to be earlier. With the rising popularity the of ZEC its mining difficulty has been increasing. For me instead of mining I would instead directly buy this one.

You are wrong the government can not put tax to bitcoin's transaction due to the bitcoin transactions are not regulated by the government it run by community (the miners), if you think the government apply the taxes for bitcoin's users, it is can be done depending on the rules of every countries, so bitcoin must considered as digital asset or something else like properties and bitcoin won't be currency. The good consequences is bitcoin's price will rise due to there are clear rules about the bitcoin and the bad consequences is the profit decrease as you said. |

I will choose Ethereum rather Litecoin because of it's wallet and i love the Smart COntracts of ETH which will help to provide a new project(ICO) while Litecoin is actively pump for long term for lightning transactions but then again transaction are very important so i will choose both for now.

How to send multiple transactions to different ETH addresses?
I am not sure what is your problem actually with multiple transactions, but let me try to answer. You can not send multiple transactions to different ethereum addresses on one time, it is doubles spending and the transactions will be canceled, you must send ethereum couples times to different ethereum addresses, after the first transactions be confirmed then you can send ethereum to other addresses, you just can send ethereum to addresses one by one, if i am wrong please make clear about your question. I was so nervous that when bitcoin price dropped to 6000$ I was scared to loose more and withdrew my coins only to regret later that it became 8000$.
