10441  Economy / Services / Re: [URGENT] Writer needed for small project on: September 09, 2016, 07:05:05 AM
Please elaborate length and frequency of this project along with pay structures.
I like to apply for writing works, I believe I can provide creative writing for bitcoin/cryptocurrency related things and on general trends too.
Hopefully OP would have found his writer as he has mentioned it was an urgent requirement with skype contact for communications. But sharing skype info with new people would be a concern for many people here, that might lead to some chances for this opportunity still open.
10442  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what are the trusted list of bitcoin wallet and site? on: September 01, 2016, 08:31:27 AM
The most safest bitcoin wallet is hardware wallet and not any online wallet. SO coinbase and blockchain shares the same risk. However, both these online wallets are time tested and trusted by millions.

So if you are not holding your entire bitcoin savings in these wallets, it is good. Put the majority of your bitcoins in hardware wallet only. However, put  a fraction in these online wallets.
A hardware wallet that is encrypted and that can be disconnected from the internet and put in a safe would probably be the most secure you could have as your storage wallet. It’s very extreme but If you carry a ton of BTC I would personally will go with bitcoin core wallet only to protect them.
10443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: September 01, 2016, 07:48:34 AM
Monero is just another crypto-currency, but I highly doubt it has enough backing behind it to trump bitcoin. I really don’t think any other altcoin can beat bitcoin at this moment. With my little knowledge, I do not expect any tough competitor from altcoins.

But there is a possibility, if something is newly created from scratch (not from bitcoin's basics) and that too have enough facilities to overcome bitcoin's. I guess in near future it will not be possible unless aliens are not ready to help on this.
Yes, Moneros has some power within it still it is so small. I think that if it were upsizes it would be harder to remain the same and may end up with huge dumping then I highly doubt it will remain just another average altcoin. I too want to shout here, bitcoin will not be replaced by any "thing" for sure.
10444  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how strong is bitcoin really? on: September 01, 2016, 06:03:55 AM
now its not too strong but it is going to grow a lot in the near future
yeah for now bitcoin is not so strong. bitcoin prices are very easily manipulated. maybe in a few years where the user is large enough bitcoin will be very strong
Bitcoin prices really aren’t manipulated that easily. It just since everyone is not sure where they want to invest. This causes the price to be very volatile. All newly trading commodities will have this type of fluctuations usually.

It does not mean that the price are being manipulated. Moreover there are lot of people who loves this price fluctuations for their work of bitcoin trading. Secondly, bitcoin is very vast and omnipresence in every country, so manipulating is not that much easily possible.
10445  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Gambling is Fun? on: September 01, 2016, 05:40:53 AM
Yeah gambling is fun cause it's a game, almost everybody likes games and they usually offer a variety of games so you even have a choice what you want to play. And then theres money involved, everybody is money hungry so a chance to earn money will lure in most people.
The problem is that almost all of us now a days are gambling for winning and not for fun. This you can understand by having a look at the lending section where people take so many small small loans which simply means they are gambling and they are desperate for it indeed.
10446  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: August 25, 2016, 05:34:19 PM
Gambling captivate so many people, and it has to attain to the level drugs. This hobby is not only ruining the man and his family, but also psychologically traumatic for the player.
Not that serious if you are gambling what you can afford to loose.
The problem with gambling is as the topic says " it addicts " so you are not really in control whether to gamble or not. If you know you are loosing money then still you will gamble because you are then addicted.
10447  Other / Off-topic / Re: Old people earning bitcoins on: August 22, 2016, 06:50:59 AM
As far as i know there is no age limit in earning in bitcoin even age 45+ they can earn in bitcoin if they already know about it but most of that age does not know about bitcoin that is why some users here are telling that age 45 can not earn in bitcoin.
To learn bitcoin/use bitcoin, how an age impacts that user, if he is capable of learning new technologies, I mean to say if he's a literate somewhat in computer/scince then there will not be any hurdle for any age people to learn/adopt bitcoin system. Only their interest matters.
10448  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your aim in gambling???? on: August 22, 2016, 05:47:50 AM
I think most are into gambling for all the wrong reasons. It shouldn't be to make money but more for entertainment.
I guess many gamblers might have different aims time to time according to their mindset. Because going for gambling all the time only for entertainment is not possible for most of the people due to the expensive nature of gambling.
But I am sure they will not be happy all the days at the end of their gambling with the different aims.
I guess, changing gambling aim based on your luck is not a big deal. I usually go for gambling for the intention of making money. If my luck is not favouring me, then I will change my intention like I will start enjoying the thrills of gambling suspense.
10449  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can disappear? on: August 22, 2016, 05:30:23 AM
Bitcoin won't disappear as more and more adoptions were taking place regularly. Might experience great fluctuations when unwanted statements get revealed from the top authorities.

Well, For me, bitcoin will disappear. Not now but soon I think. If all the bitcoin blocks has been mined, there is a possibility that bitcoin will disappear from the cryptocurrency list. Not the bitcoin itself, but on the list of the top cryptocurrency.
You got any backing points for your statement ?

It is highly insane if you are still believing the bitcoin blocks are having some connection for the survival of bitcoin system. Moreover blocks will be mined unlimitedly regardless of total number of bitcoins.
You are right. He might be talking about the popularity of bitcoin among top crypto currency. But that also again insane, if he believes bitcoin will lose its popularity / significance after all the bitcoins will be mined out.
10450  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: August 11, 2016, 09:19:06 PM
Bitcoin wallet can have problem with secority and if someone stole it we cant find who stole so i prefer Bank because they cant go anywhere and governments can follow them .

Well the same thing with banks when we are talking about security but we have assurance that the bank is responsible for taking good care for our money when it is deposited to them. And yeah, that's the hard part in bitcoin wallet if someone is going to that it is very hard to trace who got it.
Bank is superior in some ways especially in holding on your asset.
It is just not worth the risk to hold most of your asset in bitcoin since with the current trend of it's value fluctuating. Banks are sitting in pretty comfort place due to stable fiat value. Otherwise, do not need to consider them for saving our assets.
10451  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: August 11, 2016, 09:01:38 PM
I'll keep on working for coins and save thwm in my wallet then wai for the price to shoot up. I believe one day that could happen and I'll be thankful that I had known bitcoin when it's price is what it is today. Cheesy

Yes at this stage we should keep ourselves involved in collecting at much coins as possible as whatever volume of coins we will hold for the future will be more valuable as price may reach to the moon in future.
The future is bright with bitcoins and it's highly likely that bitcoin value would surge by then. I too am just earning / hoarding as many coins as I possibly can with the current skill set that I can offer. Other than holding bitcoins for long term, I do not have any long term plans for becoming rich with bitcoins.
10452  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: August 11, 2016, 08:52:12 PM
I will use the 10 bitcoin to invest in the real world. I'll open a business related to computers, I am a person who loves technology.
and bitcoin evolved because of technology.
I would love to be a business partner since I'm a techy person too! (Although that may be impossible due to national / continental barriers). I have my adoration for technology since I was a kid.
10453  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitfinex HACKED - funds stolen ! on: August 11, 2016, 08:18:49 PM
OK, Bitfinex is supposedly back up and processing withdrawals after the "haircut". Are withdrawals happening promptly?

Obvously, you want to withdraw everything you can immediately and never deposit anything again.

Waiting more than 12hours for withdraw now!

I made my withdrawal request several hours ago too. Still waiting.

They said manual payouts.. Hope we will see funds soon!

Bitfinex Announces It Will Resume Trading Today

I recieved my BTCs
Did you really? That's somewhat reassuring. I do hope bitfinex is true to their words that they're trying to return all the funds to the owners. If that's so, then finex can actually go back and stand on it's feet again, although with a shattered reputation in terms of security.
10454  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: August 08, 2016, 08:06:09 AM
I have never seen a bitcoin place anywhere where I live. I wish there was some because that would be awesome.

I feel sorry that there are no merchant in you place that trust bitcoin.  Well lucky we have this site that gives service and accept bitcoin as payment to process our bills.  Anyway this means that I am spending Bitcoin in real life.  From mobile top up to bills payment  and interesting stuff online, I use bitcoin as payment for them.
Yes, up to date we became able that we can pay our bills with bitcoin and I think we can buy almost all the available things for our daily need on online shops, he shuld have to search for anything on internet which he want to buy with bitcoin.
10455  Other / Off-topic / Re: bitcoin affects life a lot on: August 08, 2016, 07:30:46 AM

You let bitcoin to affect your life. You stopped something, cause at the moment you found something that is much more interesting for you. That is life, we are changing things we like how we get older.

Do what you like in your life, and don't upset to much about things, they come and go, they worth how much power you give them.
But before adopting any new thing which we like , we like everything but have to adopt only those things which will bring positive changes in our life and which will improve our standard of life, and that is bitcoin.
10456  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: August 08, 2016, 07:10:36 AM
If that women jobless and need money so bad, i think it will be more easily to motivate her to use bitcoin. Just tell her you can earn money with bitcoins and you tell her what next to do.
Lol, but it's too rarely the woman with that's criteria, is jobless and need money but average woman it's will choose to work like in the commercial place and can get a money in this time, because in bitcoin will still need more time to gather it.

Yes you got that right. It will still take time before she learn how to earn and she might get a little at first. Unlike, when you work outside and just be paid by working hours with a minimum salary. It will be faster.
In the start the income from her work for bitcoin will be lower but as soon she learn about different earning ways and with the passage of time she becomes more expert in there she will be able to earn much more and with a fastest speed.
10457  Other / Off-topic / Re: bitcoin affects life a lot on: July 29, 2016, 10:33:36 AM
just be in balance in all. earning bitcoins can be so addicting because of its rate as of now and increasing price. theres always a way to balance it. like spending time with family on weekends and do your bitcoin works/earnings on weekdays with a limited amount of time.

I think you have a point, I am also slightly addicted at first and forgetting to eat even I could stay up all night in front of a computer for bitcoin. But this time I've been given a schedule to go online, and unlike before that could spend all day just sitting looking bitcoin. haha
This did happen. When I was a beginner with a lot of passion to earn more bitcoins like 1000 btc or even more, I got glued in front of computers by working with the different PTC/faucets/giveaways. When you are collecting few satoshi, you would never reach any targets. Then I learned about signature campaigns, and I am earning decent amount of bitcoins with little time spending in front of my computer.
10458  Other / Archival / Re: Where you get Bitcoin ? on: July 29, 2016, 09:45:32 AM
I got my btc in trading and joining in the signature campaign
also trading altcoin are profitable if buy it at the right time.

"At the right time" isn't really as easy as it sounds as you never really know the 'right time' and at most, it would be pure luck to buy and sell them at the most profitable time. But, simply you can be at profitable side, when you are ready to hold your bitcoins for some longer period as it will ensure your profits always.

When those digital stores which doesn't have physical products and have only the products mentioned in the digital form gets exist worldwide real-time use of bitcoin directly gets increased. Now too china has got more such stores compared to other countries.
and china also a bitcoin player as well much better knowing that they open this digital industry for a better use of bitcoin, as many country now a days already adopting bitcoin transaction, like me i pay bills online and do some travel using also bitcoin for reservation and payments.
China is a country where there is a high volume of bitcoin transactions. They even have bitcoin ATMs and were the first to implement that, I believe.
I don't spend my bitcoins in real life just yet since I'm holding on to most of my coins but I do spend them online from time to time.
10460  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: July 23, 2016, 09:56:51 AM
How gambling can be safe when you are taking risk knowing that you can loose your money. Gambling under no definition can be considered safe. There are some types of gambling like sports games where only chances are little higher than casino games but there too anyone can loose because always can not go according to plan. Higher chances of winning don't make gambling safer with other words.
Yes, searching for a safe method in gambling is completely meaningless. When you are going for gambling you must know the dangers of the risk that you are going to take with your bankroll. So, only with the awareness of risk we are going for gambling still looking for a safe method within that is completely insane.
This must be another fake belief, all the gamblers are having on gambling. Even they are well aware of gambling risk, still looking for a safe method to secure their bankroll. We are trying to fill water up a bottle which has a hole in the bottom. But, all the gamblers are still confident to get the bottle filled up.
