Esse é um problema atual, em que os professores por exemplo estão ficando "sem saída" em descobrir se determinadas redações de fato foram feitas pelo aluno ou por uma IA. Antigamente era só usar uma ferramenta "anti-plágio" da internet e era fácil desmascarar os "espertalhões".
Sim... eu sei que a própria openAI tem um recurso que ajuda a verificar se determinado texto foi gerado por uma IA , mas com a sua eficácia tende a diminuir com a evolução das IAs, principalmente agora que estão surgindo concorrentes de peso no mercado(IA x IA ).

Eu queria encontrar um gráfico cruzado entre preço do bitcoin e dificuldade, mas não achei nada ou então não sei como procurar

Não tenho visto o preço do Bitcoin subir de Janeiro pra cá que é quando a dificuldade do Bitcoin começou a aumentar significativamente, então... o aumento de poder computacional não se justifica por esse motivo, mais uma prova de que realmente há uma aposta grande em cima do Bitcoin.

Quanto à comprar... acho que já fiz meu potinho. Faz um tempo que parei com os novos aportes com fiat, atualmente só estou guardando aquilo que me sobra das campanhas de assinaturas (uma parte fica nos jogos de azar... um "mal" que adquiri e não consigo mais soltar ).
Até tentei reiniciar os aportes à alguns meses, mas aí pensei em deixar de ser ganancioso e deixar um pouco de bitcoin para vocês também.

Que mancada ein... pois a vantagem de projetos opensource é que todos podem ver o código, auditar e contribuir com melhorias, mas da mesma forma os hackers também podem sair na frente caso as atualizações não sejam lançadas conforme os bugs críticos como esse são descobertos.

Na opinião de alguém ignorante como eu, deveria no mínimo ter aí no site principal um link para o repositório no git, dando a opção de baixar o código fonte diretamente, fazer contribuições, forks, etc.

Há quem dirá que uma IA não precisa "se esforçar" para criar arte, que é apenas algoritmos, que não é um processo criativo.
Mas da mesma forma tem aqueles que vão dizer o contrário, principalmente os criadores dessas IA que são voltadas para a arte, imagina quanto tempo alguém não ficou na frente do computador até conseguir criar o modelo base de "inteligência" daquela IA. Sem contar que a IA tem a sua própria aprendizagem, seria que isso não seria também um processo "criativo" ?

Enfim, na minha opinião... sou à favor de que trabalhos realizados por IA não possam ser reconhecidos com direitos autorais.
Problema "1" é saber que algo foi gerado por uma IA, algo que está cada vez mais difícil. Problema "2" é saber quando que uma IA não será colocada para auxiliar ou então tomar decisões legais em nosso mundo real... será que isso está muito longe?

This is something absurd that someone "invented" and spread around the world.
Gambling should be treated purely as fun/entertainment and your possible profit is a consequence of it in the same way as your loss.
In some sports betting categories or in card games, it may even be possible to have an income (not guaranteed) as these are betting types that depend much more on the player's skill than on luck to make a profit.

Having said all that, I confess that I don't give up gambling anymore, but I never saw it as anything other than entertainment, and that's what all gamblers should keep in mind.

Seria possível fazer isso com o PIN ao invéz da seed? certamente sim, mas isso só seria útil caso você tivesse esquecido ele e precisasse recuperar sua wallet no mesmo dispositivo.
Se o dispositivo for roubado, perdido, formatado, der pane total ou algo do tipo... a recuperação do PIN não te ajudaria em nada.

Por mais miserável que seja esse pagamento, não vai dar certo.
Primeiro porque seria algo burocrático ou então trabalhoso ter que obrigar todo e qualquer usuário do Twitter à se vincular ao Bitcoin para poder postar. Segundo porque existem concorrentes e obviamente que eles não vão cair na mesma obrigação.

Aos poucos (ou rapidamente) o twitter certamente perderia sua base de usuários, os "fakes das IAs" migrariam para outra plataforma mais liberal e a guerra começaria por lá.

A ideia é interessante e muito útil para uma rede social que de fato precise ter um controle assim, mas implementá-la como obrigação e de forma geral não daria certo, na minha opinião.

Something I do is limit my weekly bets by the amount I bet and not the amount I win or lose.

De fato, eu acho que cabe à cada país, com base em suas crenças e políticas bloquear o que acham que é mais radical.
Para se ter um exemplo, em certos países é normal comer carne de cachorro, em outros isso é um crime inanfiancável.
Tem países onde a vaca é sagrada, em outros, a gente faz churrasco dela.

Claro que quanto à atirar e atropelar pessoas há um senso comum de que "não é legal", mas ainda assim cabe à cada país decidir um nível de sensura.
A palavra final sobre algo ser "legal" ou não é sempre dos pais ou tutores que devem ensinar o correto às crianças desde os primeiros anos de vida, são essas pessoas que precisam fazer o "ajuste fino" com base na educação que receberam e crenças/religiões que possuem para que então as suas crianças aprendam o que é errado ou não.
