I want to give you a quick update on the Radix token sale and our plans for supporting the secondary market for the XRD token.

We now have approximately one thousand participants in the Radix sale with more joining each day. We have hit our soft internal targets and have decided to end the sale Thursday, October 22nd.

We have opted not to initially list the XRD token on traditional exchanges, although we have many exchanges interested in doing so. Instead, we wanted our community to have the chance to create markets on DEFI platforms like Uniswap. To support this effort and to help create a robust secondary market between now and launch of Radix mainnet in approximately six months, we are allocating 200 Million XRD tokens to be rewarded through liquidity mining.

This means anyone who wants to participate can earn RDX tokens simply by providing liquidity or joining a liquidity mining pool. Rewards are structured so that they compound, meaning the sooner you start mining and the longer you mine, the higher proportional % of tokens you receive.

To begin liquidity mining you have to own Radix tokens. This means that participants in the sale will be at an immediate advantage as they will own tokens prior to the market opening and will not have to buy tokens on the market to participate in mining rewards. Due to our tiered-price vesting, only 1% of all purchased tokens will be released in the first week of distribution. Supply-side economics suggests this will lead to some healthy volatility in the markets in the first weeks and months, heading into our mainnet launch.

For Radix token holders volatility is good, as tokens are only released as each price tier is met.  As each price tier is met, Radix market cap increases exponentially, in a way which may garner much attention. We would like to see a market with a stable price above the highest vested price tier by the launch of the Radix mainnet.

7. How long does it take to get my Binance Card?

Ich dachte, dass die physikalische Karte bis jetzt nur angedeutet wurde und es dafür aber noch gar kein genaues Datum gibt, wann diese released werden soll?!  
Wärst du mal so nett und würdest mir die Beiträge verlinken, wo von einer Lieferzeit die Rede ist?

Ich hab die virtuelle Karte bis jetzt nur für Online Bestellungen benutzt und sie hat bislang tadellos funktioniert, auch Rückbuchungen sind kein Problem und werden als Euro-Wert auf der "Card-Wallet" hinterlegt.
Das Payback System funktioniert bei mir soweit auch, da dauert es meist 2-3 Werktage bis es gutgeschrieben wird.

Sobald die physische Karte verfügbar ist, würde ich mir diese direkt ordern und auch häufiger im Alltag nutzen, allerdings wüsste ich dazu gern, wo man das Tageslimit der Karte erhöhen kann.

The COVID-19 pandemic has turned the world as we know it upside down. The pharmaceutical industry is racing to find a vaccine against this impactful virus, while supply chains get ready to distribute them at large scale. This is a mammoth task: these vaccines will be needed at an unprecedented scale within the shortest possible time frame. On top of it, they will be temperature sensitive, which will require transportation in a controlled cold chain environment – a task that SkyCell is well positioned to support.

Despite the logistical challenges caused by disruption to airfreight, SkyCell performed extremely well. Like many other companies who are critical suppliers in this time of uncertainties, SkyCell had to adjust its operations continuously to the changing environment, for example introducing a 24x6 operation. Despite all the hurdles, SkyCell was able to maintain the exceptional quality level it set to provide. All deliveries in this year have been processed in perfect condition, without temperature excursion and delivery on time. This has been audited again, 3rd year in a row with the result of less than 0.1% temperature deviation. SkyCell remains the only company that gets audited and publishes its performance. The industry feedbacks indicate that SkyCell is the leader in regard to quality by a distance.

EU Commission & Swiss Government assign SkyCell as critical supplier

The Swiss Government as well as the European Commission have put SkyCell on their list of critical suppliers. This means that SkyCell containers can cross borders also when they are closed. This is part of the green lane program for critical suppliers in the COVID-19 pandemic.

Sales growth on track

When it comes to sales, SkyCell has developed positively. Despite the economic slowdown, SkyCell’s revenue is on track for a 70% YoY growth. This figure doesn’t include yet the shipment of vaccines needed to fight COVID-19, which we expect to have a major impact on SkyCell sales figures.

The growth financing round that SkyCell closed in April this year has allowed the company to extend the team with special focus on sales representatives in the U.S., Australia, Italy, China and South Korea. While we continue to hire, the team has grown to over 120 members worldwide. We are proud to see seasoned, high potential professionals join SkyCell despite the uncertainties of an economic downturn on the horizon. Token Update

As you are all aware, listing a security token is a challenge, which leaves us with an unsatisfactory situation on all fronts. In the last couple of months, we have explored the best way forward for the company and our token holders.

As SkyCell prepares for future options such as a potential stock market listing for example on NASDAQ, tokens need to be exchanged for a traditional financial instrument, which has the same economic character to the token.

The solution after intense elaboration with corporate attorneys and tax attorneys is to offer our token holders the opportunity to become dividend rights certificate holders (“Genussschein”). This gives token holders the same economic benefits as the token today.

As mentioned in the white paper, Smart Containers may exit via a trade sale or stock listing. Through this simplification we are prepared for both options. This move will provide token holders with an equity instrument, fully regulated according to Swiss law and with clear rights to receive dividends and exit proceeds.

We will therefore run a swap offer that will start in 1-2 weeks. It will allow you as a token holder to swap your tokens into dividend rights certificates. The swap offer refers to SMARC only. LOGI tokens are issued by the LOGI CHAIN foundation which is a different entity. It is our aim to find a good solution with LOGI tokens as well before the end of the year. We will update in a few weeks how we aim to proceed.

To participate in the SMARC token swap, token holders will have to self-onboard via App, perform a KYC and send their SMARC tokens to a personalized burn address. Once we will start the token swap procedure, SMARC token holders will have three weeks to complete the swap. We thus recommend getting your wallets ready and making sure you have a small amount of ETH to pay for the transaction (gas).

A detailed explanation of the full swap and dividend rights certificate issuing procedure, the swap ratio, and an extensive FAQ will follow later this month together with the announcement of the start of the swap.

Ist wirklich interessant zu sehen, wie aktiv Binance da ihre Smart Chain promotet. Wenn jetzt, wie im Artikel beschrieben, noch Projekte wie Aave oder 1inch mit an Bord geholt werden, dann bringt das sicher auch nochmal neue Nutzer. Bin mal gespannt, wie das noch weiter geht. So wie es ausschaut, hat es sich auf jeden Fall voll gelohnt bei PancakeSwap von Beginn an dabei gewesen zu sein.

At the time of writing and according to the official Vexchange.io website, the 24-hour trade volume now stands at 5,947,320 VET or approximately $68,000.

Man kann sich immer noch registrieren.
Ich wollte da eigentlich auf jeden Fall ein paar Hunderter investieren, weil ich das Projekt an sich echt gut finde und es für mich auf jeden fall eines der top Projekte dieses Jahr ist.
Aber der Tokenpreis von 0.03$ ist das Zehnfache vom private sale preis (und das 30-fache vom Seed-Preis) und das initial market cap wäre dann gut 37M; also sehr hoch angesetzt finde ich.
Jetzt bin ich am Überlegen den Sale auszulassen und auf niedrigere Preise auf den Börsen zu hoffen.  

Wahrscheinlich kommen jetzt doch einige zur Vernunft

Also generell finde ich es schon problematisch, wenn Klarnamen ohne "Gerichtsverhandlung" veröffentlicht werden. Niemand ausser die beiden Parteien weiß genau, was da los ist.

Ganz so schlimm ist es nicht. Das mit dem vorwerfen der Straftaten war bezogen auf UNISwap da das Team wohl Einblick bekam in eine Software einer Regierung zum tracken der Funds bei UniSwap und das angeblich Uniswap demnächst Probleme bekommen wird.
ICh selber bin maßlos enttäuscht über diese Entscheidung, vor allem weil ein user im Quellcode erst die Codezeile mit dem Geoblogging entdeckt hatte womit gewisse Ländern wie USA ausgeschlossenw erden sollen mit dme nächsten anstehenden Update.
KYC wird soweit ich es erfahren konnte kein Zwang sein "vorerst" - Jedoch Geoblogging komm rein, was man zwar mit VPn unterbinden kann, jedoch trotzdem Mist ist.

Für mich ist somit die IDee der "dezentralität & Freiheit ohne Limits" gestorben. In dem Fall habe ich auch alle KMD liquidiert sowie Assets.
Das nächste ist auch das die Assetholder derzeit im Regen stehen da wohl die Assets auch eine bestimmte Einstufung bekommen, und somit eine Legal Compliance drüber laufen muss mit KYC etc. So in etwa hatte ich es verstanden.

Pirate bleibe ich weiterhin treu, KMD Fan bin ich weiterhin - jedoch das was da passiert ist geht gar nicht - Zumal die Richtung die das Team eingeschlagen hat nicht vorher kommuniziert worden ist.

Derzeit gibt es ja noch keine öffentlichen shares", und soweit mein Wissen ist kann man danach schon von Privat zu Privat die Shares erwerben darum auch ISIN Nummer.
