1122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Offering Short Term Litecoin Loans on: February 02, 2013, 09:32:31 AM
Hi there,

Are you asking for a loan from me or starting your own thread mate?
1123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What items, not readily available, would you like to see offered for Bitcoin? on: February 02, 2013, 03:22:14 AM
I would think that smaller website starting to use Bitcoin will be a good think. Like Maplins and other tech shops, that are indirectly assist Bitcoins growth.

Also maybe one of the governments actually making a speech including Bitcoin would help, just the snap out the humours that they are just hiding away from it, hoping it will faze out.
1124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Offering Short Term Litecoin Loans on: February 01, 2013, 10:48:24 PM
I am offering small Litecoin loans.

My aim is to increase interest in this altcoin and offer short term loans for an altcoin that is not worth the massive amount that Bitcoin is. (Which increases scam likelihood)

If you want a Litecoin loan then you must fit the below criteria.

1) Have been a member for at least 6 months.
2) Have a post count of 100 or more.

To apply for a loan please comment on here stating how much you require and timescale for payback.

The maximum amount of time a loan can be taken for is one month and payment will be made in weekly instalments.

The weekly rate will be 2% compounded.

This loan offering is part of a project I am developing and this is to gauge interest in Litecoin loans.

If this becomes popular then I will eventually start offering larger loans and over a longer period, to long term regulars.

Thanks.
1125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin IMMUNE to Bitcoin ASICs on: February 01, 2013, 10:32:32 PM
They need to actually ship something that can mine Bitcoin first, then they can see about Litecoin.

Can you please disregard this post of mine?

Many thanks

Hi again,

How long does it take a deposit to confirm?

It has 11 confirmations so far on the blockchain.

Thanks
1128  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: CoinURL sold to the new owner on: January 18, 2013, 01:34:56 PM
Yeah me too, you don't just say, whatever and then dump the company and sell it on and don't settle with everyone that had balances like me.

I would like my BTC back please that were in my balance, I did email you but you have ignored it.

I have just sold CoinURL to the new owner. Stay tuned!

What happens with the balance I had on CoinURL?
1129  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] BTCJam - Peer to Peer Bitcoin Lending on: January 18, 2013, 01:31:54 PM
BTCJam, the two payments I made on my loans are still not showing up. Could you look into this for me?

Thanks.

Didn't Germany try this once.

I always say that a reputation is very easy to create but very hard to change.

This could take a long time and you will have to except that people are going to be wary of you for a long time too.
1132  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] BTCJam - Peer to Peer Bitcoin Lending on: January 16, 2013, 07:05:00 PM
Hi there,

Two people that I funded have defaulted and for a while now.

Do you know what will happen to them? Will the money be collected by other means now?
1133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 1 Million TRC Mined on: January 16, 2013, 04:57:54 PM
TRC deserves a chance just like the other coins. If anyone does not like it, then use your energy in a positive away towards a coin you do like, instead of spending time bashing coins you don't.

Like what was mentioned before, don't waste energy.
1134  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a 30 BTC Loan Please. on: January 15, 2013, 09:13:31 PM
Thanks for all the offers, I don't need this loan now as I got paid a bonus from work, for the overtime I did last month.

Thanks again.
1135  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a 30 BTC Loan Please. on: January 12, 2013, 06:11:10 PM
Just to let everyone know, I am not paying this loan off with mining profits, I'm using my monthly wage.

Thanks.
1136  Economy / Lending / Looking for a 30 BTC Loan Please. on: January 12, 2013, 02:00:06 PM
Hi everyone,

I am looking for a 30 BTC loan so I can buy an ATI 7970, a new PSU and a case fan.

I am going to buy this stuff from Novatech in the UK which is only down the road from me.

I know that this sounds like a terrible reason for a loan but the reason is that my GTX 470 is dying and I have given up on it.

I am self employed and work from home and earn enough to pay off this loan at realistic rates but not enough to buy all this in one go.

I have full documentation and also am known on BTC-E.

I have nothing to hide and will answer all questions.

I would like this loan but I am not desperate for it, so I will not take a loan from someone that I feel I can not pay off in the given time frame. I will be honest about this.

I am from Southampton in the UK by the way.

Thanks.

1139  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Has anyone had any success with VirWox or exchanging L$? on: December 18, 2012, 01:26:55 PM
If you setup a brand new avatar on Second Life and try to move funds to VirWox straight away, it might raise the risk factor and same with VirWox.

I have used Second Life for around 4 years so everything was ok with me based on the age of my Avatar and I used PayPal for my first direct deposit into VirWox.

I also emailed the, after a few weeks to let then know what I am doing within Second Life.

VirWox do like to know where the money is coming from at times, as Second Life can be strict on them with the API risk factor.
