May alam ba kayo kabayan kung bakit nawawala yong Gcash as Play Store?

Ewan ko kung totoo pero may balita daw na until February 10 nalang sila, yong kasamahan ko sa trabaho ang nagsabi pero wala akong article na nakita kaugnay nito.

124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: January 30, 2024, 12:24:05 PM
That was a long time ago, over 5 years, maybe they'll get the championship this time but we never know since SMB is also a strong team. Sure enough, they will be the underdog, compared to the last time they won a championship.

SMB is a beast when it comes to a series games, they are very hard to defeat especially now that Fajardo is back healthy and their import is very talented and his style of play complements that of Fajardo's plays. But before we talk about Magnolia facing SMB in the finals, let them survive the hurdle first as Phoenix i think had the momentum of the series. I'll be backing the Fuel Masters this game 4 as the Hotshots failed to cover the spread on their two wins against Phoenix.

Phoenix 6.5 @1.94 vs Magnolia
125  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: January 28, 2024, 11:02:42 AM
The first game is over and the Phoenix Fuel Masters have avoided getting eliminated today. They came back from a huge deficit with a good run in the 2nd half. At some point, they are down 20 points but their strong come back in the 3rd quarter changes the momentum in their favor until the end of the game.

Final score 103-85... Huge win, who would expect they'll beat the Magnolia by 18 points.  This team does fight in every game they have, they might win game 4 and make this series very interesting. Everyone was contributing but it was Jazul's  3 straight 3 point shots IIRC that gave the team a good lead and Magnolia were not able to come back anymore. Magnolia always play phyisical, but tonight, Phoenix matches it and even outdone them on that area.

Lost my bet on that first game, I thought that was already in the bag for Magnolia when they led by 21 big points in the first half but kudos to Phoenix who didn't easily give up and climbed up to beat the Hotshots by 18 points.

I'm rooting for Ginebra to win this game 3 so that this series will be extended but as of now, the Beermen is leading 8 points, hope the Kings will come back and win this game just like what Phoenix did in the first game.

Same here, PBA will be able to make a good amount of money if they'll extend this series. Both teams are capable so this will be very close game but we can trust the refs to do the right thing to make this series more exciting to watch. SMB has taken the lead but it's far from over, 1-0 lead is not safe, but 2-0 is already different, and Ginebra should not allow that to happen.

Also, I don't know Tim Cone or the PBA would allow Ginebra will be swept, that's not gonna happen even in my dreams. Therefore, it's not brainer that we should bet on Ginebra in game 2, and double them in game 3 if they lose.

Ginebra -2.5 @1.84 vs SMB

^^ My bet as the Gin Kings would make some adjustment and high chance that they will win the game and cover the spread. They were just careless in game 1 that cost them the game but i think they will recover and bounce back. For bettors, that odds is so juicy considering that this game is must win situation for Ginebra.
128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2023-2024 betting on: January 23, 2024, 04:38:06 AM
^^ I'll tail you on this game.

I think the Sixers is more capable to cover that spread against the struggling Spurs.

Dallas vs Boston, - would love to see Dallas and Luka pull another magic here, so Dallas ML for me. Luka against the best team in the league with Tatum and Brown. Kyrie too, I'm expecting him to score big in this game.

I'm taking the sixers tonight and as a hedge I'm taking the over on embid 35.5 points.  If this game is close and the sixers don't cover embid will get a lot of playing time and he will absolutely dominate the inside with wemby in there.  Might take a stab at the over on rebounds too.  Embid has been dominant and I'm riding his overs until he cools down.

Nice pick mate, Embiid had a monster game tonight with a career high 70 points coupled with 18 rebounds. With his showings on the last couple of games, i think he will be the talk for the regular season MVP award candidate.

131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Beterbiev Vs Smith January 13 SATURDAY IBF / WBC / WBO LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT Title on: January 14, 2024, 08:04:51 AM
All talks now should be about the unification of the light heavyweight between Beterbiev and Bivol, all fighters in the light heavyweight division will not have a chance against these two fighters so negotiation should start now.

Yeah, they should negotiate as soon as possible as Beterbiev is not getting younger anymore, in fact he will be turning 39 this coming January 21, we all knew that age is really a factor in boxing.

Back to the Callum Smith mauling, just wow, Beterbiev is really a heavy-handed fighter that when his punch touches his opponent, they are hurt and damaged.
132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Nery For Undisputed 122lbs Title - May on: January 13, 2024, 04:30:13 AM
I'm not very familiar with Nery's fighting style, but it seems he's got a pretty decent power in his punches. But his winning record is not made up of hard opponents. He will just be an easy opponent for Naoya. If Nery is one aggressive fighter who does not fear trading blows against an opponent, he may will lose the fight in the first 6 rounds. Naoya likes this kind of battle. This is where his monstrous blows are best at and be most useful.

Betting odds will definitely be very heavy in favor of Naoya.

Yeah, the only popular opponent he fought was Brandon Figueroa which he lost via knockout so safe to say that Nery is not as scary as his resume looks. If he choose to go toe to toe with Inoue, this would end early and might be boring to some of us here as this might be a one-sided affair in favor of the Japanese fighter.
133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: January 13, 2024, 04:17:41 AM
I think most of us losses tonight.

Both heavy underdog losses but cover the handicap. The first game, I thought SMB will get the spread covered since they are in control at the first half, but I could not believe that Blackwater came back and at some point make it even a close game, it's just weird, maybe because I'm a bit bias. LOL

That's another loss for me  Sad as i thought that SMB would pierce through the guts of Blackwater's defense especially since their main man is back but I was wrong.

Will change the strategy for today's game and just follow the trend of the underdogs not winning but the favorites won't cover the spread.

NLEX +7.5 @1.86 vs Ginebra
134  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: January 12, 2024, 02:23:00 AM

Parang easy lang dapat at wala is Morant pero tinambakan sila.  Smiley

Second game is important for NLEX as they had a chance to be in the quarters so that -4.5 spread @1.99 is attractive AFAIC because this is a must win game for them against the already eliminated Converge.

Tough luck mate. NLEX won but short by 1 point to give you that win.  They did play well though but converge are just not giving up although it's already a non bearing game for them AFAIK. Sometime, there are games like this that you get thrilled watching but in the end will break your heart.

Yeah, unfortunate on this one as NLEX didn't cover the spread, my bad if only I'm not greedy and picked that -3.5 @1.84 odds, my bet could have won but it is what it is and this kind of scenario happens very often.

We have two games tonight, top tiers team against low tiers team. Junemar Fajardo is expected to suit up for the Beermen tonight so i think the Beermen will cruise past the Blackwater Bossings easily.

SMB Beermen -12.5 @1.84 vs Blackwater
136  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Nery For Undisputed 122lbs Title - May on: January 12, 2024, 01:56:08 AM
Another thing, why do this ban have to be lifted just to give way for this fight to happen when it can be outside Japan?

That's one tough question to be answered by the promoters but I don't think the amount of money earned while fighting in Japan is equal or even more than bringing this one to the US. Japanese people are so proud that they get what they wanted and besides Inoue is a local hero for them so they have all the right to enjoy his every fight in their home country.

I'm not betting yet, I'll wait for the outcome of the first game, if I win, then I'll double my bet, but I have not decided yet on what team to bet on.

Sorry mate, we lost our first game bet, that first quarter run by the Fuel Masters did the damage for the Bolts. They were outscored by 12 big points in that quarter alone, not a good start for a low-scoring game. Phoenix now owns the solo second place in the standings which I think is the first time in their franchise history if I'm not mistaken.

Anyway, I still have my bet on the second game and it looks like NLEX will win this one (I hope hehe) so I can recover my loss in the first game.

We have a game coming up, hopefully this will be an exciting one.

Phoenix and Meralco will face off in less than an hour. And as we are all aware, Meralco's import was a kind of a beast on their last outing, he impressed everyone with his debut, so the question now is, can the import of Phoenix minimize his output?

As to the betting lines, Meralco is currently favored at -6. Last time they played, they beat the Magnolia by 5 points.

Yeah, this game is an exciting one as the winner will take the solo second place and got the chance to dislodge Magnolia from that number 1 spot.

I'm backing Meralco to win this game as they are fresh from that morale boosting out-of-town win against Magnolia, i just hope that they will cover this -5.5 spread.

Second game is important for NLEX as they had a chance to be in the quarters so that -4.5 spread @1.99 is attractive AFAIC because this is a must win game for them against the already eliminated Converge.
139  Economy / Gambling discussion / [Boxing] Inoue vs Nery For Undisputed 122lbs Title - May on: January 09, 2024, 11:35:14 AM

ctto

As expected, Inoue is set to defend his title against Luis Nery of Mexico. Just don't understand why the venue will be in Tokyo, Japan as Nery was banned from fighting in Japan due to cheating but I guess it has already been lifted (for confirmation).

No odds yet but as usual, the Japanese Monster will be the heavy favorite on this fight.

140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: January 09, 2024, 10:34:18 AM
So this season or conference, I think it will be only among the 3, Ginebra, SMB, and Meralco. However, if Fajardo will come back, it will be a different story as he is a problem in the paint, in addition, SMB's import are impressive on his first game with 51 points.

You forgot to mention the Magnolia Hotspots who is currently the number 1 in standing.

Actually, 3 (SMB teams) and 1 (MVP team) only that will reach to the semis, if Meralco will advance in the Finals, this would make a finals more interesting. And to make the PBA to generate more money again, most likely Ginebra will advance, I don't know how they'll do it, but if JMF isn't 100%, that could happen.

Magnolia is good though, no underestimating them but they don't attract the crowd, it's only Ginebra that could help the PBA to make big money during the Finals.

It is just sad to note that PBA is dying in terms of gate attendance and that only leads us to conspire that the commissioner's office is doing its best so that Ginebra will be in the Finals and forgetting the fact that Ginebra is a talented team with a talented import as well hehe.

But i'm going with SMB Beermen here even if Fajardo is not yet 100 percent because also of their import that could back him up in the low post as they already had a lot of guards.
