We have two games tonight, top tiers team against low tiers team. Junemar Fajardo is expected to suit up for the Beermen tonight so i think the Beermen will cruise past the Blackwater Bossings easily.

Oops, I missed it. Juding by the score now, it seems like it's a close game as Blackwater is currently leading, but it's still too early though, for sure the 2nd half woould be a different story.

Not for long, because as the first half as ended, SMB already took a 12 points lead. This bet of bisdak40 looks a sure win already. SMB just need to win by 1 point on the 2nd half which they can for sure,  so hold strong their bro, you sure gonna get this win on the first game today.

By the way, JMF is back, however he scored only 3 points. Maybe he is not 100% yet. Their top scorer now is their import with 26 points, I think he'll get another 50 point game after this game.

And we are back to a close game, with less than 6 minutes left, SMB is only up by 1 point. This is insane, we thought this game is over and SMB would already win by a huge margin, but look what is happening now, did PBA do some magic again?

Both heavy underdog losses but cover the handicap. The first game, I thought SMB will get the spread covered since they are in control at the first half, but I could not believe that Blackwater came back and at some point make it even a close game, it's just weird, maybe because I'm a bit bias. LOL

While on the 2nd game, I took a chance to bet on Meralco thinking this time around it will be the heavy favorite that will dominate the entire game. unfortunately, things doesn't went as expected, DYIP were competitive early and they even took the lead, it's just only in the 4th quarter where Meralco able to find their shots, and although they won the game, but they still fall short. just a bad night for me as I took a -14.5 spread on the last minute, thinking it's a sure win!, LOL>> Sure win?

Dwight Howard has expressed his interest on joining PBA any time soon as long as the height limit will be modified that allows him to eligible to play. This is actually a good opportunity for the PBA to take the fans interest back and will surely watch the games not just online but live. He also said that Andray is also interested to play on any team. I'm sure that the commissioner and all of the big bosses are considering this. In no doubt that the Converge management has said that it's possible that they may take Dwight on their wing as they're connected to the Strong Group. But I don't think that the PBA management will make it easy as Al is more powerful than them but I hope that this actually happens.

It's not going to be a problem for SMC and MVP they've got the money,  and if they see another opportunity if bringing nba stars may bring more ticket attendance then why not,  they can also pay decent star to play for them, it's not going to be tough 😉  though I think it will be a difficult decision for the league of governors and commissioner, there's always pressure behind but it would be wonderful and enjoyable if pba will consider this.

I don't think it will happen, Converge maybe a rich team but their action releasing their high paid players does not make sense at all. If they can't afford to play our locals, how can they afford to get an import as good as Howard, I think the latter is a bit pricey as an import.

IMO, if he gets a chance to play in the PBA, he'll likely land only to either SMB or MVP team.

It could be a significant investment for the team that would sign him, but overall, it will be a big help for the league to boost its popularity, which I think they badly needed it since things aren't going the way they are expecting anymore.

They can take the example of how did Dwight Howard brought a lot of active fans on the ring for the first time he'd played in Taiwan. It was jampacked, fully packed with fans and can we imagine how it is going to be if the first ever match of him will be on the Araneta, Cuneta(it's small), MOA arena or even in the Philippine Arena. This is the news that is related to that. SBP to name permanent Gilas coach, new pool of players 'very soon'

Whether it’s Tim Cone, Norman Black, Tab Baldwin or somebody else, the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) bared that it will make the announcement on the appointment of a permanent Gilas coach 'very soon.'

They didn't say it's a new coach, but they will be naming the permanent coach of the team, which obviously we already know it's Tim Cone. They just want to make it formal I guess, but if in case Tim Cone is not selected, that closest one that is deserving to coach our national team IMO is Tab Baldwin.

NLEX almost upset the Ginebra tonight during their out of town game.

It was a 4 point win by the Gin Kings, and courtesy to Pringle who resurrected in the 4th quarter to help his team with this good win.

That was a bit thrilling game, Gin Kings won the game but failed to cover the spread. I think NLEX just did the right thing, unfortunately, they aren't as compose as the Gin Kings because usually, Ginebra wins the fourth quarter. Now, Ginebra already has a twice to beat advantage.

Playoffs is coming soon, so let's keep betting.

Did not manage to watch the game but things like this is no longer new to this league, thinking that you are safe to go as the lead in the last few minutes of the game is almost decent enough to almost conclude your handicap but things suddenly change when the dominating team allows the opposing team to rally back and keep on scoring.

Like what you said, handicap for the underdog is currently the trend here, that pattern might be on the radar of most bettors.

TNT won tonight, and they are now qualified in the quarter finals.

RHJ their import is leading the team with 35 points with his very high shooting percentage with 17-23. It looks so easy on him, I think he is better than his brother has he had a smooth release and he doesn't force things trying to drive the ball even if the defense is waiting inside.

And Pogoy was back in this game, played 20 minutes and contributed 11 points, not bad. I think this team is ready for the QF, they are on a twice to beat disadvantage but we can never tell. On their first game vs Magnolia, I'm sure I'm betting with the TNT.
