121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins for illegal activity on: December 13, 2017, 06:12:18 PM
Many other cryptocurrencies like monero are also being used for illegal activity and even paper money is used by criminals, its not bitcoin's fault. Bitcoin was created to give total financial freedom which also means people can spend their hard earned money in the way they like without any legal restriction. If people are willing to buy some drugs and get high than bitcoin will allow them to buy it anonymously. If they want to spend their money on those illegal activity than they can and there is no way to stop them from using bitcoin for illegal activities.
122  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bittrex : There is error cancelling your order. LOL on: December 13, 2017, 05:19:54 PM
Just let the order be executed if you can not cancel that order, you have no other option, a little off topic, The price of bitcoin is very low in bittrex in relation to other exchange, I think this is related to the cases of blocked accounts without warning, maybe bittrex is having little volume in the BTC/USDT pair
Thankfully it got cancelled later on, they disabled whole ETC-BTC market for few minutes and than my order got cancelled when market reopened.

Actually USDT is quite stronger than USD right now, it is trading at above $1 so bitcoin price at bittrex is lower than in coinbase or other USD based exchanges.

problem solved locking thread....
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will part of huge bitcoin profits flow into altcoin markets in 2018 and pump it? on: December 13, 2017, 04:53:03 PM
Profit taking is normal in trading and specially in crypto trading, people used to move their money between bitcoin and alts for quick profit. Right now all traders are exchanging their altcoins for bitcoin because bitcoin price is surging, when bitcoin will stop to surge those same traders will start to buy back altcoins they have sold before from the market.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why decentralization is so important for crypto? on: December 13, 2017, 04:39:10 PM
Decentralization is one of the main feature cryptcurrency should have to become successful, if bitcoin is centralized than it will never get as much success as it have right now.

Government will easily crack down such centralized network and we all know they don't like to deal with crypto. Decentralization add security + stability in crypto.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammer trading advice telegram channels [BEWARE] on: December 13, 2017, 04:29:06 PM
Yeah most of the telegram or slack channel which claims to give you profitable trading advice for free will just give you worthless signals and will ask for some payment to get included in their pro-traders club for premium signals which never exists.

Also there are so called fair pump and dump group but they will just dump their shitcoins at your order after huge artificial pump.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Antminer L3 Profits on: December 13, 2017, 04:18:42 PM
https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/bitmain/antminer-l3plus/
You can view all details on the link above, you might get your money back after 75 days if current mining difficulty + current litecoin price will remain same which is almost impossible.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: R.I.P altcoin di BITTREX on: December 13, 2017, 04:01:39 PM
They're not just throwing coins out, but users as well by freezing their funds if they refuse to do their verification (or fail them):
Yes I also think bittrex soon gonna be like coinbase where you need to get verified before making any trade. Bittrex is asking for verification even to those who only trade cryptos and not touch fiat. Crypto based trading should be always anonymous but all centralized trading platform are tied up with some rules and regulation so they will always act weirdly.

We need decentralized exchange platform with full potential.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best investment for 2018 is BITCOIN CASH! on: December 13, 2017, 03:25:26 PM
I think 1000$ is good price for BCH!
Yes there is huge support for bitcoin cash at those level but price can even shoot to over $2k easily within next month.

isnt IOTA the future? I'm seeing lots of news about it recently
IOTA is only in news these days because of huge price pump it have got recently, many coins claims to be future but the real future is only bitcoin and ETH.
129  Economy / Service Discussion / Bittrex : There is error cancelling your order. LOL on: December 13, 2017, 03:21:03 PM
I have seen similar problem with poloniex before now it looks like bittrex is also going through same issue because of high number of traders online there or because of other reasons.

They are not allowing me to cancel my sell order for ETC and price is already near that sell order, when I try to cancel it it gives
Quote
There was an error cancelling your order. Please try again. Error:ORDER_NOT_OPEN

However under open orders I can clearly see that ETC order  Angry

130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More than 400,000 transactions in a single day on: December 12, 2017, 08:23:47 PM
Demand for bitcoin has definitely increased over last few months and price is also reacting accordingly. More and more common people are investing in bitcoin and moving their coins between wallets + exchanges to learn some basics of bitcoin and do some trading.

Many merchants accepts bitcoin payments so some % of those daily transactions might have came from such payments specially with bitpay.

Many traders right now moving their coins out of the exchange wallet because during huge pumps like this exchange platforms are not safe place to keep your coins.

132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BEST PORTOFOLIO FOR LONG THERM? on: December 12, 2017, 07:46:30 PM
40% BTC
30% ETH
30% Other Coins: NEO, Waves, Monero
You should keep some in USDT/USD or FIAT too because when there will be some dump in market you can easily make good profit by buying them at dumped prices with your fiat.

Keep atleast 10% of your investment in fiat and 40% in bitcoin alone. You can keep other coins in any percentage you like.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: USDT trading for $1.15??? on: December 12, 2017, 07:35:05 PM
People find it more comfortable to cashout their crypto at current peak level and keep them in USDT till there will be dump in the market, exchanging those USDT back to crypto is much easier than holding USD in your exchange wallets or your bank account. This might have increased demand for USDT temporarily so the price is increasing in terms of usd.

However I don't trust tether as many claims they don't have enough USD in their bank account to back USDT.

135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin, alts or ICO? on: December 12, 2017, 07:19:01 PM
I am keeping my portfolio secret for now as I have seen lots of hack attempt on my few wallet/exchange accounts lately.

I can say I am quite bullish with bitcoin, monero, ethereum, litecoin and ETC.

Buying more CSNO token when others are dumping it.

Not investing in New ICO because it is quite hard to find profitable one.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Ether price hit 700$ by the end of 2017. on: December 12, 2017, 07:16:51 PM
Ether is now trading around $600, do you think it will hit $700 by the end of this year.
Yeah it can, after bitcoin people are searching for some cheap coins which have same potential as of bitcoin and can increase by 10 fold in next few years. ETH is second by marketcap and it has more than bitcoin, so definitely people will keep on buying ETH which can easily push price to over $700 within this year.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptokitties, boon or bane to eth? on: December 12, 2017, 04:37:17 PM
The concept of this kitties came out as quite successful one but that was only fueled by too much greed, people used to buy gen 1 kitties for over 1 ETH which was just rediculous. Looks like craze for this worthless cat facing tokens is now over, gen 1 kitties are available for less than 0.20 ETH.

Luckily, I got out from this thing with some profit few days ago.  Grin
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: #1 Pick for January on: December 12, 2017, 04:20:38 PM
I won't say it will make 4x+ within next 6 weeks but I am quite bullish with two coins ETC and CSNO.

ETC sell target for me = 100$ per coin
Bitdice tokens (CSNO) sell target for me = 2$ per coin atleast.

quantum noise
true randomness generator.
Can you explain what does this actually means?

Getting profit from ICO doesn't only depend on our luck, you have to make deep research on the project where we want to put our money. Guessing which one will be more profitable in this way is just a worthless attempt. However your concept is quite funny and entertaining one too.
