Lol this pitch giving nightmares to Australian media and fans. They already started saying that this is an unfair pitch as the Australian team has 5 left-handers in their top 7 lmao.

Loving the premature comments. They should be hopeful that with such a pitch they have a more or less equal chance of winning the match.

I am telling you this pitch would be a nightmare for every batter. Knowing the Australian side I know how well they play spin. For a change, I am happy they will be experiencing a pitch suitable for the spinners. They are more accustomed to bouncy pitches whereas this pitch will test their batting skills so it will also be for Indian batters. Who wins the toss will be important on this pitch. I hope luck favors Rohit! I also have a hunch that this test match will be over before the 5th day.

In cricket, it is an accepted rule that wickets should favor them, but does this seem especially extreme? On Twitter, Nagpur pitch pictures have gone viral.

The pitch is clearly rigged in India's favor. There may be four spinners in India's lineup, while the rest of Australia's top order is left-handed. As a result, we cannot ignore the claims of most Australian experts regarding the difficulty of this pitch for Australian batters.

However, it will be interesting to see what the ICC says later since the pitch might rate low or below average.
Aussie and Poms are saying this since the 70s so nothing new here.

The good thing is players and the vast majority of fans from these 2 countries stopped talking about pitches, it's just the media, the old guard and a few former cricketers making regular noise.

You would never hear such comments from the Indian side when they tour SENA countries. In fact, the complete ecosystem will shit on their player if they fail and focus on how to improve their performance instead of crying about the pitch.
In the past pitches were given much importance. The same mentality continues with the old players whereas the new generation just try to do what is being assigned to them unlike the ground. With most of the matches the crowd used to be a big support for India than any other countries. Nowadays ground selection have got connected with superstition that the lucky one used to be chosen for the last match.

The team that performed well in the first innings seems to be failing in the second innings. I didn't expect such a performance from Zimbabwe team, but they did a great scoring of 379/9 and declared. Now in the second innings already they're 84/4 with 22 overs remaining to end the test match. Ballance who had a awesome batting in the first innings with Tsiga on the pitch needs to make good partnership to end the match in a draw.
1203  Economy / Economics / Re: How to thrive with low income in a humble area on: February 06, 2023, 11:59:06 PM
To thrive with a low income, the individual must have a monthly budget and stick to it strictly. Failure to do this would result in the individual falling into debt, and this can spiral into an unending hardship. Also, always go back to your budget and have an emergency fund set aside to take care of any unforeseen situations that may come up later.
I think management is very important, regardless of the amount of income. All you said is true, and once you don't manage well it starts resulting into always collecting borrowing before receiving your payment. It is better to plan because he or she who does not plan in life is then planning to fail. That is where most people go wrong because they do not budget their income and do not plan.
It is all about how we tackle the situation with the income made. Most of the time people have an attitude to manage the need with the calculation from the upcoming month. This means they borrow and so that by the upcoming month it can be settled. Something unexpected happens and unable to settle it becomes a big problem and the amount getting carried forward will be a hindrance.
1204  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto in Indian Economy? on: February 06, 2023, 07:31:56 PM
In my opinion, India is one of the countries with the strongest economy in the world. And also this country is a country that has a history of thousands of years that is full of lessons. We know that there are many inventors and scientists who came from India. And even Bill Gates himself stated that if he didn't cooperate with the Indians, then sooner or later India would come up with their own version of "Microsoft". So my point is, that compared to most countries in the world, getting Indians to learn or use crypto is not difficult, because most Indians are technology savvy. Now the concern is the Bank of India or other financial entities that do not really like the presence of cryptocurrencies in the Indian economic system. They could hinder the adoption of cryptocurrencies in a country like India.

Above briefing gives clear picture of India. Indians are much connected to technology development and they easily get adopted to it. Leading information technology based firms will be dominated by Indians. What Bill Gates said is true and recently Indian students have come up with the Indian version of Android named BharOS. The technology is at its rise while the government try to restrict and keep people under control. For that purpose governments were against crypto and now the taxation on cryptocurrency have made things to be considered legal.

West Indies vs Zimbabwe (Day 3)
Day 3 of First Test match between West indies and Zimbabwe are still ongoing, both opener T.chanderpaul and K.brathwaite build a phenomenal partnership of 336 with both player score his 150+ , now at 336 Zimbabwe bowler got his first dismissal of K.brathwaite who score 182 with a strike rate of 58.33, while chanderpaul are still ongoing, he score 161 with a strike rate of  39.56. I will not be shocked if westindies score 500+ because Zimbabwe bowler are completely failed to put the batsman in trouble.
At the moment 2nd wicket of mayers are down with 374 runs in 125 overs.
Wonderful innings played by West indies openers Tagenarine Chanderpaul and Kraigg Brathwaite because of them they gave a big target to Zimbabwe which is difficult for them to chase .
If the openers have lost their wickets earlier, West Indies could've ended the innings in less than 200 runs. Just the openers have scored 182 and 207* runs. The rest haven't contributed much to the team score. Finally 447/6d is a good score. Zimbabwe have scored 75/1 in 28 overs seems good. Anyhow this match is going to be a draw.
1206  Economy / Economics / Re: Is renting an inevitable waste of money? on: February 06, 2023, 02:04:05 PM
Based on the understanding out of the thread I think it is good to go for the government's new program. When you keep on renting, you'll end up without anything in belonging to you. When you opt for a loan, the regular rent you pay can be converted regular loan payment. After specific time tenure the loan paid will help in owning a property. Renting isn't waste of money, because it is the spending to shelter ourselves.

This is really tough for any country to leave rights of hosting any event,  just because of their lame fears how can ICC change the venue of Asia Cup.
If all of a sudden something happened in Pakistan right before this meeting this is not their fault . These things can happen  in any country .

Except for the Punjab province of Pakistan, all other provinces are struggling and people are dying for food. When Pakistan cannot provide food security to its own citizens how can it provide life security to Indian players? Think about it! Rather thinking about India or BCCI.
When there is a famine in a country, it is natural that law enforcement will deteriorate. But it is true that financial crisis has started in Pakistan but there is no possibility of famine. As suicide bombings are frequent in their country, it is natural to worry about safety. How Pakistan can convince the world about its security matters. If they don't change the venue, the problem is unlikely to be resolved.
Yes that is the reason we can't convince to anyone because in Pakistan, the nation of Pakistan is also not safe so how it will convince others to come to the country. Economic crisis is on peak in the Pakistan. In the last days we saw a case of bomb blast in Peshawar in the Police line.

A visitor can ask question that if your police which will give security to us, is not safe so how can we be safe in your country. It is really difficult  to convince anyone at this time. Sad
Both India and Pakistan are not in a good position on the Safest countries list to live. For a long it is something fixed with Pakistan as a country that is not secure. The recent tour by New Zealand and other countries have made the statement wrong. The bomb blasts are still continuing and the economic situation is at its worst. While sending the team, the government will think of different things. Here we can't blame anyone for the decision of not to send team India for the Asia Cup.
1208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How I decided to buy some fractions of BTC after discussion with members here on: February 06, 2023, 10:46:30 AM
I understand how it's when trying to spread the max adoption of bitcoin without being a partaker of it or even having at least some fractions of bitcoin. Sometimes last year, which was 29th November 2022, I tried asking around the forum on the best way to teach and reach out to people about bitcoin without going through face to face discussion with them. Although, I made mention of not holding any bitcoin then, along the line majority of comments and reply on the thread I created advised me to buy and hold bitcoin, which for me it will sets as an a good example before I could possibly talk to people about bitcoin.

Good first step as it didn't make any sense that you're a participate of this forum and yet you don't own any Bitcoin yourself. Now that you own some even though they aren't much but you would still be eligible to receive the benefits that comes from holding. I noticed you made your purchase from a centralized exchange, I would like to advise you to take them off that exchange to store in your personal wallet.
This purchase that you just made will encourage you to purchased more in future immediately the money are available and that's why I personally advised anybody looking to get into the industry to start small no matter how little they're.
I hope you weren't pressured into buying as that shouldn't be the reason behind this purchase instead you should buy because you personally has taken that decision to invest in your future through securing some good amount of Bitcoin.
Last year during the month of September OP have started to explore and find ways to buy bitcoin. In a short he have take the decision to buy bitcoin is really appreciable, because most of the users who get into bitcoin for the first time used to wait for much longer time. As in the above post unlike the amount he had bought, he had made the purchase at the earliest. This had made him move on the right track. Slowly with the further purchase OP will learn more about bitcoin and the same lets him make good return out of his investment in the long term.
1209  Economy / Economics / Re: Is taking a loan/debt addicted ? on: February 05, 2023, 11:59:41 PM
I've got a friend who used to take loans and continue to invest. He's working in Bank and this gives him the loan for the best interest. Another thing he knows well about how to get loans for lower interest which we people doesn't know. He takes loan and mostly invests on properties. Further used to settle the loans at the shortest selling the property for specific percentage of profit.
1210  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you think will happen if... on: February 05, 2023, 11:30:35 PM
If bitcoin or cryptocurrency is for the institutional investors and for the corporates, then what you said could happen. The reality is different, cryptocurrency is for everyone and for every level of people. Maybe the institutional investments altogether can contribute big and give them power to make disturbance. To what extent this will happen, beyond some point the market will not react as it have dependence over each and everyone and not on something particular.
1211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High Roller Tailing on: February 05, 2023, 11:16:54 PM
First of all it is wrong to bet on the sports or game in which you don't have knowledge.
Second thing, users with high bet amount are not here to win, but they're to enjoy gambling.
Third thing, atleast you should've researched little about the players involved and the win probability.

Finally a good learning for OP as well as we people that even when we do copy betting we need to have
some basic knowledge about the games.

Perth Scorchers' reliable batting managed to win the match. Every batsman has tried to score runs and everyone can be said to be successful. Ashton Turner in particularly the captain of the team and he has done his due diligence. He collected 53 runs off 32 balls from his bat. It can be said that he has played the biggest role in the final match. Besides, other team members were also able to run, so the team was able to easily control the big target.

BBL 2022 is finally over and Perth Scorchers are the winners. After IPL, BBL is the biggest and finest league. Brisbane heat should have scored 190 to 200 but they just scored 175 runs and lost 7 wickets. Perth  Scorchers team easily chased the target with 4 balls to spare
Once it was Big Bash League and the popularity is now stolen by the IPL. India have got the biggest market for cricket and the same is being well utilised by the cricket board. Now IPL for women is started this year, which too a good move. Perth Scorchers didn't win the final in an easier way. The team struggled much and if Aston Turner hadn't performed at the right time this could've been a win for Brisbane Heat.

Lame fears? How dumb are you shill? Would you be willing to travel to Pakistan where bombings happen on a regular basis putting your life at risk? I don't think you would which is why you need to improve your brainpower.

Cricketers are humans at the end of the day which is why their safety matters the most to them just like any other human being.
Who say bombing happens in Pakistan on regular basis?
And England, Australia,  Newzealand toured Pakistan last year and they went back safe and alive from Pakistan.
All of you are mixing up two different things topics , cricketing Asia Cup rights is a different topic and India rejecting to come should be main focus.
Even if peaceful scenario prevails in the country, this is going to be a hard decision for India to think of a match in Pakistan. Right now few teams have toured Pakistan and are safe. Once something happens it is unable to revert and the same could turn to be a reason for the fight to continue. The people are friendly and safe, but there are groups that wants Pakistan and India to be enemies.

Its good to see Zimbabwe back in test format. I was reading that there is no DRS in this series, its mainly due to lack of international cricket in Zimbabwe. With time as more international cricket will be played in Zimbabwe we will see wold class facilities.
To avail DRS facility, they need to shell out $60,000 per Test match and i really believe that the Zimbabwe Cricket board does not want to spent that much amount to avail those facility as they wont be getting that kind of revenue for a game and their financial condition is not that great either.

Even in this match, there were some close decisions that the umpire has not given out and hopefully we will not see further blunders.
Slowly the teams playing test cricket keeps decreasing and the huge money required is a reason for the same. Few countries are in good financial position and the rest are experiencing much difficulty. It is possible to see a big number of application to play IPL. The reason is the money paid to the players which can't be got even playing throughout the year. This is how cricket have turned.

If you talk about football then there are many limitations of football in Olympics and fifa Worldcup. One is player age limit, "Since 1992, male competitors have been required to be under 23 years old, and since 1996, a maximum of three over-23-year-old players have been allowed per squad." Wikipedia.
I don't know whether IOC make any such restriction on cricket or not. ICC must not fear that Olympics inclusion of cricket will reduce ICC supremacy, fifa WC still dominate despite inclusion of football in Olympics.

This has been my proposal as well. Boards such as FIFA doesn't worry abut their supremacy because they are fairly run and it is mostly the former players who are in powerful positions. On the other hand, ICC is being run by a bunch of criminals, including Greg Barclay and Geoff Allardice and they are always afraid of their powers getting reduced.

I think its not fair to compare FIFA with ICC as FIFA is very much fair in its policies and governance. I don't have any hope in current model of ICC that they will do anything for the betterment of the game (like participating in Olympics or including more team in ICC world cup) as that will surely compromise the powers of Big boards.
Agreed, FIFA and ICC can't be compared. FIFA functions for the betterment of the football around the world. There is also controversy that FIFA gives importance to the Western nations. We don't know what is the truth, but in someway they keep things organised in a much better way than ICC. Another thing there is also fight for power, but things won't be much political. Here everything is happening out of political influence.
1216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Act local and think global on: February 04, 2023, 11:59:41 PM
That's a must, because the spreading about Bitcoin in the early days happened through word of mouth spreading. Now scenario is different. Even now word of mouth spreading will work, but we don't find it a big way. Maybe thats because of feeling of advertisement better than word of mouth.

Whether the large scale network start accepting bitcoin into their businesses or not, it is our responsibility to do the best for the development of the network. On such a move it is good that we try to have bitcoin acceptance from the bottom on small scale businesses that we users own.

I don't take that advice of them as a big deal. Regardless, that line of statement is always expected at most gambling sites.

They care for their users' money but I don't believe that's even their concern and priority to start with.

Business is business. It's no different from other product warnings.
Agreed, they care for the users money and they want their users to have a safer gamble. This safer gamble in my understanding seems to be without much loss. Only then the user doesn't feel down and continue to gamble. As said, end of the day it is business. We don't know whether this has been added on concern or just for the purpose of reminding the users about the risk.

Perth Scorchers are BBL Champions for the fifth time

The much awaited Big Bash League [BBL 2023], one of the best events in T20 cricket, has come to an end. In this year's BBL season, Perth Scorchers Vs Brisbane Heat ended with the middle final match of BBL. The champion of this year's BBL season is the four-time champion Perth Scorchers, Perth Scorchers achieved the achievement of being the champion of five times in this season. Best wishes and congratulations to Perth Scorchers for becoming champions for the fifth time in BBL.

Brisbane Heat were able to give a good target of 176 runs but a real captain knock by Ashton Turner was the reason why Perth Scorchers are the new BBL winners. Brisbane Heat were in full as they picked up three wickets in eight over but then Josh Inglis and Ashton Turner did the rescue work for PS.

Ashton Turner was able to score 53 runs out of 32 balls at the right time. If he hadn't scored those runs, it would've turned to be a win for Brisbane Heat. Being the captain Ashton Turner had done good. Consecutive trophy wins make Perth Scorchers to be the best team of Big Bash League. Throughout the league their performance is good and they were at the lead on points table.

Never leave you coins on an exchange, Binance is an exchange. To have full control over your asset, use noncustodial wallet. Cold wallets are safest wallet type.

Exactly what I wanted to say.

If you value your money, then do not leave it in the hands of someone who is not you. And do not leave it in a wallet, like that of an crypto exchange. Because the reason is that you would not be the only person who has access to that wallet. In the case of crypto exchanges, you are trusting them with your money. This goes against the very nature and concept of cryptocurrency, which is TO BE YOUR OWN BANK.

But people still do it. And they think nothing bad will happen to them until it finally does happen.
For amateurs like OP, it’s understandable that they would likely to trust centralized exchanges than their own wallet but until they start losing, that’s when they realized that exchanges are not safe at all. So hopefully, you should create your own wallet OP so you can have the full control of your own money. That way, when that exchange will be hack or whatever in the future who knows, your funds will never get lost from you. You should have thought that before trusting an exchange.
This is his first purchase and it takes little time for him to understand and move funds to the non custodial wallets. Centralized exchanges provide the ease of buying bitcoin, maybe that's the reason why new entries into crypto space prefer centralized exchanges. Small purchase and this needs to continue to experience big things out of bitcoin growth.

Dawid Malan and Josh Butler are two batsmen who are trying to take England to a crucial position. As England fell by 3 wickets for 14 runs, Dawid Malan and Jos Butler batted very smartly to take the team to a crucial solid position of 190/3 so far.
One hell of a comeback from England as i thought they will not score around 200 runs as they were 14 runs for the loss of 3 wickets and they were really struggling and for Dawid Malan and Jos Buttler to build a partnership is incredible and with Buttler still in the crease they are posed to score well over 330 runs and give a good target for South Africa to chase, but still i think this is going to be a whitewash for England as South Africa is in good form after a long time.
The start of the innings and the end is completely different. The innings looked almost similar to the previous match. England have managed to score 346 runs which is really good target. The contribution of Malan and Butler with their centuries were the best on the innings. South Africa have begun the innings in a better way. Mostly the match will get closer at the end over. South Africa in good form will surely fight for the win to whitewash England.
