If you don't own the wallet all those deposits were sent from or the address you set in the profile then you can't. It's a very old account so you must have been using Bitcoin for a long time. It needs to be the profile address or one you deposited from and it needs to be signed to prove the account is yours. I can't just change the email on an account because someone asks me to. I need to protect our customers from phishing. If the account was yours then you should know your password and be able to log in. As I told you in one of my many messages, I know my password and my email but it just works, that's why I'm contacting you, but I already told you if you had read my messages and my emails !! ! I am a new user of freebitco. I created an account and deposit to join HI-LO and today I finished playing and exchanged reward points to be able to withdraw my btc. But I do not understand why my account was deleted from the system. I think the site needs to reconsider this issue because the withdrawal amount is too small and I use my only computer to execute the withdrawal order.
How would you know it was deleted? I am guessing you are an experienced faucet abuser and it's happened to you many times before. As you didn't say which account it is we shall not know. |

Talk to your internet service provider and ask them if they are giving you a shared IP address. I called them, no one answered. My ISP customer service sucks. Am I gonna get banned because of the shared IP address? No, but you will have problems playing free rolls with that ISP. |

There is too many copy cat of Bustabit gambling concept and some of it is more likely Bustabit when it comes to the user interface, fonts, the way that the Bustabit works and even their FAQ is copied. I think these kinds of the gambling site is worth it to play knowing that they just copy almost everything from a reputated gambling site. I think we should stick to the original to make it safe.

Highly likely a scam. I've seen copycats, but this one is using this site's reputation to gain access to your earnings (and probably your login details here as well) Best is to report the site for blacklisting. There have been a number of clones popping up recently, all nothing to do with us and most likely scams. You can report them but even if they do get taken down they'll just put another one up. |
