1242  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Invest any time? on: March 23, 2019, 12:10:15 PM
~~~~~
Considering he only want to do a month investment.
Will it then be wise to ask him to buy the coin at the present price or wait for the price to fall ?
Do you still believe that all time is good for investment?
Thank you.
Quick profit from this market are not guarantee due to the volatility of the market, so, considering the investment only for a month might end up loose all his investment due to the market nature. Advise: Let him do a thorough research into the coin he choose before invest in the coin, hence looses are inevitable because of the quick get rich scheme from your friend.
1243  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't join spam bounties. Easy money does not help you to (quickly) get rich! on: March 23, 2019, 11:40:05 AM
Hustles that come quick with easy money are not advisable because the money at one time or the other vanish to tin air. Forum rules are strongly against spam Bounties| scam bounties, hope that; the usual is done to those accounts that are jointly involved in the alleged Spam bounties|Scam bounties. There's one obvious reason for spam bounties these days; which involve KYC before be able to claim the reward, which in the process they turn to be died before arrival.
1244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Used Computer Equipment For CryptoCurrency Unsafe? on: March 23, 2019, 11:15:21 AM
Unfortunately there's no fairly used Computer Equipment that's safe for cryptocurrency, or safe for any type of document generally. Many used Computer equipment are purposely hacked before there are sell out, this was my experience when i worked with Computer dealers years back, they do the hack, sell to their friends and then exploit their systems for selfish interest. Just to gain access to their privacy.
Advise: Buy fairly used Computer equipment, format the system by self or another dealer and then do the installation by self.
1249  Economy / Speculation / Re: Predicting Bitcoin Price on: March 14, 2019, 03:59:13 PM
I think predicting bitcoin price is impossible, because bitcoin price is really unpredictable base on the unstable price. I believe that the price of bitcoin may change anytime so there is no accurate prediction that we can make. If we put basis on its price i believe that even expert on the crypto feild cannot predict the price of bitcoin.
predicting the price of bitcoin is not easy and I don't think we can know the issue of market prices or any bitcoin prices in my opinion
Due to the volatility of cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) especially, there's no way an individual or a group of persons could predict the price and equally follow suit towards the predicted price. As a newbie in this industry, have observed that the unstability of these coins will definitely be unpredictable.
1250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ETF is finally here? on: March 13, 2019, 12:31:24 PM
If Bitcoin ETF will be approved,  this will be a huge step ahead for btc's future. Not only the price will get more stable, but many new investors might come on market and adoption rate could increase significantly.
Bitcoin ETF when approve will actually trigger adoption of cryptocurrency. The major aspect of this market(cryptocurrency) is all about adoption and when this is done the entire market will receive a new dimension.
1251  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto the movie about bear on wallstreet released their trailer. on: March 13, 2019, 12:22:42 PM
"In this cyber-thriller starring Kurt Russell and Beau Knapp, a Wall Street banker connects a small-town art gallery to a global conspiracy, putting his own family in grave danger."
Stars Kurt russell and Luke hemsworth Thors brother. Cheesy
I do not like the premise of this movie but there is a trailer about it.
https://youtu.be/kYZut3DWvek
What do you think this will be the public perspective on cryptocurrenies and its uses once the movie is released.
Now that crypto has hit Hollywood, it can be either really good or really bad.
Really good, more positive recognition on AML and crypto compliance.  Leads to more widespread adoption with trust.
Really bad, would be the Kardashian's KarCoin.
The whole thing i saw on the movie was not directly good for growth of cryptocurrency. If they want to promote cryptocurrency let them showcase the positive side of cryptocurrency instead of making it the two side(Positive and Negative). Lets watch to see good and credible movies about cryptocurrency.
1252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Citibank is offering crypto custody. on: March 10, 2019, 07:29:49 PM
New york based Citi bank will offer crypto custody solutions to institutional investors, it will provide institutional investors to invest in cryptocurrencies in a fully insured and regulated manner.  Link : https://www.ccn.com/citigroup-is-the-latest-bank-to-offer-crypto-custody-heres-how-it-will-affect-the-market/
I hope other bank and investment firm will follow and with continuous growth of bitcoin adoption i'm pretty sure others would do the same even stock exchange in other country are offering crypto trading.
Frankly speaking, the Banks big wings should not be playing behind the scene because the government have tried many ways to infiltrate into the world of cryptocurrency, maybe they have something behind; that's yet to be reveal. We have seen some account be closed from Banks that discovered their client operating under cryptocurrency, the most recent case is that of the Bitpay among others.
1253  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This guy says crypto ruined his life but he spent it on a high risk lifestyle on: March 07, 2019, 04:40:06 PM
That poor guy is kind of like me, all though i never spend it on any hookers only spend on traveling and buying fancy things and  on high class restaurant instead of investing.
I learned my lessons and now I will never play with my money.
Nobody intends to play with their money but the vices which control their decisions do.
Just like greed, envy and excess are prime examples of what drive people to do what this fellow did in his life.
Carelessness on the part of the victim. Nobody in their right senses will involved in the whole shit lavish life he choose for himself. Rather for him to invest with the money, he intend squandering the money for invisible cartons and lugubriousness life, what a life?. Fellow comrades, never choose his ways of living but it ends in the wrong direction were such individual remain poor for ever.
1254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Brexit on: March 07, 2019, 04:22:48 PM
Holistically there is likely to be a positive shift inline with speculation which definitely will have effect in the soar price of Bitcoin but never mind "not bull-run", the advent of Brexit will pave ways for the crypto-world.
1255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Trader Brutally Tortured on: March 06, 2019, 04:16:24 PM
This is a sadistic story, maybe it's really an insider and can be from a close friend, so they can find out the identity and number of ownership of bitcoin from the victim.
We shouldn't be ignorant of the functionality of KYC; the victim may coincidentally had filled his/her personal data information on an exchange or for Bounty campaign which through means the hacked was done and the entire information submitted on the exchange stolen and been used against the victim. Let's be careful on how we submit our personal data online all in the name to claim just some shitcoins.
1256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Trader Brutally Tortured on: March 06, 2019, 04:07:19 PM
I can't believe that, people are willing to die for bitcoin, this is madness!!
It's really madness, remember that without money no life will survive on this planet earth, so, men are ready to kill or die just to have the money, money they said "is the roots of all evil" and the power of survivals. to what extent humans can go to acquire money is unspeakable, Bitcoin is money.
1257  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ways to relieve stress from "crypto" scammers when all you value is bitcoin? on: March 06, 2019, 03:50:45 PM
Whenever people realize bitcoin is here to stay it seems many start searching for some mythical next bitcoin.
For anybody in search of the next Bitcoin is a total waste of time.
You just say that and provide no arguments. How do you know? Someone who bought Eth very early could be rich now and would have not 'totally wasted their time'.
Actually, there is a great difference between those who got rich through Bitcoin and Ethereum which is unarguable but that doesn't make it Bitcoin because it make them rich, or does it? What is the price of Ethereum today compare to Bitcoin? Never said that searching for the next possible Altcoin to invest is a total waste of time, right? what i said is, those still looking for the next Bitcoin are just wasting their precious time for nothing. "ETHEREUM IS NOT BITCOIN NOR THE NEXT BITCOIN BUT ORDINARY ALTCOIN"
1258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ways to relieve stress from "crypto" scammers when all you value is bitcoin? on: March 05, 2019, 03:59:43 PM
Whenever people realize bitcoin is here to stay it seems many start searching for some mythical next bitcoin.
For anybody in search of the next Bitcoin is a total waste of time. Newbie investors get trapped sometime by searching for the next Bitcoin because of the confusions caused or cause by those scammers shitcoins creators, they brainwash them to forget the true Bitcoin and start to run after the next Bitcoin (Altcoins = Shitcoins). Though, lessons have been learned and past mistakes are now bygones, the true identity of the true Bitcoin has been revealed to all!!!!!!
1259  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 2020 Halving on: March 05, 2019, 03:42:34 PM
Of course it will affect the price. Miners will have less bitcoin to sell, so by the economic law of supply and demand, it will in theory, increase the price. As the supply is now lower
Good explanation aside from that when that time comes next will be the time that all crypto believer awaits for because all of the coins will increase its price not only bitcoin.
The price will rise because of people logical expectations, 2020 is so close this year is time to buy bitcoin. But usually the price will rise before halving happen and people start to sell it again a few days before halving, we should keep an eye on the price chart a week before halving.
According to the last Bitcoin halving, it took some few days after the halving before the price jumped up. Although the price was at initial time increase but the full increase was after the week of the halving, so, we may see a different scenario from what history spoke about the last Bitcoin halving.
1260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: i'm lost my bitcoins on: March 05, 2019, 03:30:46 PM
hello everyone!
 Are you kidding? This looks like fake, as you are a newbie then how come you had 10btc? I am damn sure you are lying because even a .50 BTC holders have a lot of knowledge in cryptocurrency and you are blindly posting such stuff is not at all possible.
Never think that OP is kidding because, is very much possible for him to be in possession of such amounted Bitcoin 10BTC. There are some investors who have been on cryptocurrency but yet to create account on the forum. Few years back i had to joined the movement of Bitcoin through localbitcoin and never had of this forum so, also others who have acquired some Bitcoin before the awareness of the forum.
