Bump. Still time to join the upcoming Champions League pool. £25 to join. Think the draw for the groupings is tomorrow.
1262  Economy / Services / Re: Potato for rent on: August 29, 2019, 11:15:16 AM
Avatar still available on my hilariousetc account, but I may do a deal for them on both accounts if someone wants to make an offer.
1263  Other / Meta / Re: Add real-time Bitcoin price in the forum. on: August 29, 2019, 10:03:57 AM
It's been suggested many times. Probably won't happen, but I think someone has made a script for it.
1264  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BitcoinNews.com's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: August 25, 2019, 01:58:14 PM
Went with 2-1 and it's that score now at half time. I'm sure there'll be a couple more goals at least. I'll be happy if City lose points if I don't get the score right.
1265  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BitcoinNews.com's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: August 24, 2019, 06:47:07 PM
Lawl United.

My pool score's starting to be a disaster now...  Time to Lawro.  Lolol.

I've only 2.5 points from 6 games so far this week, You're better disaster compared to me! I'm becoming so clueless with my picks.

Liverpool vs Arsenal is underway! Let's get some actions, this is going Liverpool's way isn't it ?

I was on zero from this round until I got a measly point from the Liverpool win.
1266  Other / Meta / Re: Persecution and Deleted Posts on: August 14, 2019, 07:59:48 AM
Yeah probably this was it, even though is pretty stupid to consider post like that equal to a 1 word bump.
Yes only these and 3-4 "ups"

It doesn't matter how long the post is, it's still an undeleted bump and these should be removed by yourself when you make a new one.

But some people do get unnoticed by the mods and keep on doing the bump without deleting the previous ones.
2 -3 Pages full on bump only here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3173239.120

And when they're reported they're acted upon, which is probably what happened here. Report undeleted bumps if you see them.
1267  Other / Meta / Re: "Unhandled reports" on: August 14, 2019, 07:57:30 AM
But could we have a separate bin for pending reports and unhandled reports? Sometimes, I have literally no idea if a post I reported was left alone intentionally or is just still hovering in the queue.
Not a high-priority issue but having massive chunks of unhandled reports tells me that either the posts are fine, or that the moderator assigned to the section has yet to review it. At that point, I have no option other than to wait a few days to see if those kinds of posts are considered fine before reporting similar posts.

I have asked theymos for two report queues: one for important/urgent reports and another for sig spam or less important stuff because the report queue is getting filled with reports on sig spammers and it buries all the others so mods have to scroll through dozens and sometimes hundreds of reports just to find something that isn't sig spam related. There could either be two report buttons or a drop down menu with the most common rule infractions and that sorts them into importance somehow.

I removed the ban. Turns out it was just that one reported post I mentioned earlier.
1270  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: BitcoinTalk's 2019 Champions League Pool Sign Up Thread on: August 13, 2019, 08:16:15 AM
21 players is not bad, if I'm not mistaken last season we had 20 players only. There is more than month left, so I hope that some more people will sign up. It would be nice to get at least 25 players.

In my dashboard, I see 26 players. It's not bad. Smiley
I don't think that we can expect new participants after 2-3 rounds. unless it appears some good predictors and then they have a chance to catch up

He's talking about the Champions League pool, which this is now the sign up thread for.
1271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BitcoinTalk's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: August 11, 2019, 03:56:41 PM
I went straight into number 1  Cheesy. I think that happened last year and it didn't end up working out too well in the end  Grin. I was quite shocked with the Watford - Brighton result and nobody got that outcome right.

1273  Other / Meta / Re: Posts concerning price predictions from "influencers" on: August 11, 2019, 03:42:39 PM
They belong in speculation. Report them, but I agree most of them are pretty pointless, especially if they're just random figures with no sort of theory or explanation as to why they came to that conclusion.
1274  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: BitcoinTalk's 2019 Premier League and Champions League Pool Sign Up Thread on: August 09, 2019, 08:10:45 AM
Sorry guys, I paid but somehow forgot to click send when replying with my TX id. Anyway, signed up for Superbru so just need the invite link... not sure if I can be online to join in time, but doesn't matter if I lock my picks anyway, right? If someone can send me a link before I go offline, otherwise I come back later in the day;)

I sent you it, but as long as your picks are in I think you can still join a pool at a later date and your points will be carried over. The pot will be at 0.1 once the sponsorship money comes in and if anyone wants to join the first game is tonight so you don't have long left.

If anyone still wants to play please send 0.0025 to the following address: 1PCDaWE1k8nxc7TqFaTNWetkpUm74DwKsU
1275  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: BitcoinTalk's 2019 Premier League and Champions League Pool Sign Up Thread on: August 08, 2019, 09:04:50 AM
17 players in the Superbru app, but the final number until now is 24 players in total right?

If everyone pays. buwaytress hasn't yet. I messaged the wrong hayhay and mr big yesterday so hopefully they're still in, but bitbollo hasn't been online since July 16th.

i will try to reach bitbollo on some other channel contacting other users from the Italian local forum

Thanks. If anyone else wants to join there's only one day left before the first game on Friday. If anyone has any friends in real life that might want to play let them know about the pool. Last push to get a few more users.

1279  Other / Meta / Re: Bad report for this post? on: August 07, 2019, 07:59:42 AM
They're obviously bumps so should have been deleted. Not sure why they were marked as bad. Maybe contact dbshck & sapta and see if they can tell you. Also, as mainconcept said you should report them as 'undeleted bumps' ideally.
1280  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: BitcoinTalk's 2019 Premier League and Champions League Pool Sign Up Thread on: August 07, 2019, 07:37:40 AM
