1281  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you consider spreading FUD to be unethical? on: March 05, 2023, 06:45:39 PM
FUD is unethical to long-term holders or anyone who expects the market to be bullish. As a result, FUD has opened up a huge opportunity for any investor to enter the market and catch weak-handed panic sellers, and they will be the ones to profit in the end.

Some people deliberately created FUD so that they could get low price buying opportunity, while some traders failed to understand it and they couldn't avoid panicking.

Arsenal know how to please their fans.Smiley
I don’t even know how to react to what happened: either laugh or cry. Smiley
And since that goal was scored it looks like Bournemouth have no intention of playing football as they just defend. The first half was over, Arsenal dominated attack and play, winning 86% of ball possession, 14 shots, 3 of which were on target but failed to score. Of course there is a big chance to win the match, but they really have to work hard to make it happen.

€140M sounds like a lot but how often did we think that the amounts paid for transfers can't be real anymore? In this market nothing is surprising anymore and it depends on which club wants Osimhen. If it is a club like PSG they would pay whatever it takes. PSG is actually a good example because they have demand at the end of the season. They could need someone like Osimhen I think. But nobody knows what his personal preferences are besides money. Manchester City has Haaland. It could even be Liverpool since Firmino is leaving in Summer.
It's true, the value of such an expensive player is no longer surprising. Even in the past Neymar had a value of €200M, Coutinho €130M and there are many other players who also have the same market value. But Osimhen probably won't be much more, and suitors should be good enough considering the value and quality.

Firmino will leave on a free status from Liverpool, this will be a bone of contention for several Premier League teams. Firmino's quality is recognized, and I think he is still very good to play in competitive leagues such as the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A and others. Barcelona also need a striker, but Firmino's future has yet to be decided where he will go.

The current market value for Victor Osimhen is €70M, it has increased greatly since Napoli bought him from Lille. It could be that Osimhen will fetch market value of over €100 at the end of the season or when Napoli renews his contract he is still very young for forward who will become a big star in such a giant team.
Yep. Osimhen's market value is around €70M. But Napoli won't let him go if there is no team to pay around €140M. It is the updated price expected by Napoli management, I don't know if it can be higher at the end of the season.
Of course that is fantastic value for Victor Osimhen. I'm not really sure if €140M is worth it for Osimhen, but the guy really has quality.

As a striker, I think Osimhen can play anywhere, including in La Liga or the Premier League. But Napoli don't have to sell him as soon as possible because they don't look like they'll be strong enough without Osimhen. After all Napoli must defend the title next season if they really win the Scudetto this season.
1285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 03, 2023, 08:01:00 PM
Osimhen will be a player targeted by several big European clubs. not only manchester united but real madrid are also reported to be interested in getting osimhen in the next summer window. Manchester United really needs a sticker figure who has strong strength in finishing and that type is indeed owned by Osimhen where if you see him score goals then you are very amazed at his skills in beating the opponent's defense. It is not yet certain what prices will be labeled by Napoli for the team that wants to get Osimhen's services.

So, on the one hand, if Osimhen goes to Real Madrid, maybe the front side of Real Madrid will be controlled by young players who can be projected as long-term, such as Vini and Rodrygo. I think a lot of long descriptions will become a byword in osimhen transfers.

At the moment Victor Osimhen is the most expensive Nigerian player out of all other Nigerian players, it will probably be even more expensive if Osimhen really is able to perform like this in a few more seasons. 1286  Economy / Speculation / Re: Mt. Gox will release bitcoin in march - what's next? on: March 03, 2023, 07:49:11 PM
I thought they had already received something, guess I was wrong but the price just dropped harshly so the market appears to believe its receiving new supplies immediately from perceived selling.   What I think is more likely is there was already pressure in the price, constricted range and in fact we've broken down rather then upwards.
Traders and investors who are not sufficiently able to ignore price down risks will likely sell above $23K, which has made the market dump much of the day's price. News like this can cause panic, but of course some people are starting to disbelieve about the planned release of the bitcoin Mt. Gox to his creditors.

Something seemed doubtful about possible reversal of the market trend after the bull run during early 2023 to February, but right now some might still be strong enough to hold on and take advantage of this panic to collect bitcoin. $20K or lower I think will be very likely following the Mt. Gox plan, but I hope the news will only be fictional and won't happen before the next ATH takes a hit.
1287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 03, 2023, 07:30:07 PM
The momentum for Liverpool is there now but Manchester United are definitely not an easy opponent this time around.
The hope is that in this match they can get back 3 points even if they can't then one point will obviously be better for Liverpool.
The players now have a good boost, especially for the attack line, hopefully Liverpool can still continue to maintain the current momentum.
Of course it is very difficult to find one of them to win the match because Manchester United and Liverpool both expect full points. Liverpool need the full support of their fans at Anfield, they are also obliged to give everything for a team that is struggling for the top 4 positions.

I think Liverpool will have a higher probability of winning than Manchester United, but not sure if that will actually be true considering Manchester United are on fire. Manchester United can beat anyone including Liverpool, but it's difficult to say for sure what the final score will be.
1288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 02, 2023, 04:12:30 PM
He brought in redemption, balance and increase in the mental abilities of each of the players in Manchester United, he has been nominated for the manger of the most among other coaches and I see that no one but Ten Hag deserves that award for the month of February. The win against Barcelona was well influenced by him and his staffs the change in Old Trafford is different, it's now a gorgeous environment to play. The game against Liverpool was the turning point, this is another game on Sunday we shall see how and who wins.
Liverpool have started their adventure so badly this season, but in the last few match they have looked better than before. After all Liverpool were playing at home vs Manchester United, and that should be their advantage. The win against Wolves should motivate Liverpool's players well ahead of the big match against Manchester United.

The chances of Liverpool and Manchester United winning won't be too far away, but given that Manchester United have a consistent form they should be able to win that big match without any problems.

Even if a casino spend money on signature campaign, It is still hard to determine if the casino is scam or not. Even with gambling license, It's not a bullet proof license. Remember that even the most hatred and scam casino here which is 1xbit do have their own signature campaign. I just visited the casino and I think that they only have few current users based on what I see on their chat history. Mod and staff are pretty active and that's one point in being a good casino. To be honest I'm just skeptical with new casino's since I based in the reputation that a casino have and longevity is one of the requirements on having that characteristic.
A casino's reputation cannot be built quickly, meaning it requires time and sacrifice including putting a large amount of money into its promotion. A signature campaign will help them gain more awareness in the forum, but doesn't guarantee a good reputation for a casino if they don't actually go it alone.

I mean they have to be friendly enough to user complaints, provide maximum service, have a strong bankroll and also resolve any user issues based on their TOS. These things are important and will help the casino gain good reputation among gamblers. But competition in the gambling industry to be one of the best is the real challenge for any casino.
1290  Economy / Speculation / Re: Mt. Gox will release bitcoin in march - what's next? on: March 02, 2023, 03:53:02 PM
I seem to disagree on this. If the repayment is really going to be in the upcoming months, we could easily test the lows (towards 15k). Keep in mind that US economy's inflation is still not getting under control. There will be pressure from both the sides.
However, I don't trust in mtgox's words at all. They are about to release (re)payments since 2018, lol.
You are right, if Mt. Gox started releasing those bitcoins to creditors so bitcoin is expected to dump its price and test another low. The problem is this has been planned for a long time, but it never happened. I don't know what the truth is this time, but nevertheless traders only have to consider the risk.

I wouldn't plan on selling this quickly, but might be a bit careful to get lots of bitcoin as soon as possible. I won't rush things, so let's wait and plan for DCA as best we can.
1291  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 01, 2023, 05:15:20 PM
I would say Everton are weak and they have no chance to win in the upcoming match against the current EPL leader.
I do not mean to underestimate them but it is what it is, and we should be realistic with the fact that Arsenal are much stronger than Everton.
It is better to choose Arsenal to win rather than draw or lose this match.
Just like you, that doesn't mean to belittle Everton, but it's an undeniable fact that Arsenal are in very good form to be expected to win.
Indeed, there is possibility that this match will be difficult for Arsenal if Everton have prepared a special strategy to defend and counterattack. This is the strategy that any favorite fears the most, and usually the odds of a draw will be slightly good.

I'm not so me about the chances of draw because Arsenal must have learned a lot from their mistake in the previous leg at home of Everton. Arsenal's defeat at that time was a big mistake, and today they must not repeat it.

Hhampuz is always good campaign manager for you to consider, and don't hesitate to get proof from his management that it has made him one of the most reputable managers.

Hi there. Hoping @TheQuin can help me out here - I processed an instant withdrawal a bit more than 24 hours ago and it's still stuck in pending. Wondering if there's any way to get this bumped along.
Yes, there are always ways to fix the problem, but please be patient while a representative responds to your problem.
Try contacting their service center in several places if you need fast money, and this is only to speed up your withdrawal process. Only if you don't break anything, I hope your funds will be processed soon.
1294  Economy / Gambling / Re: What else should an established crypto casino add? on: February 28, 2023, 09:29:33 PM
Gambling is built for entertainment so the majority will only play with smaller amounts. There are high rollers that we can see but I think some of them are just accidental wins. Their bets only look big to us, that's because they are already rich but this amount is still within their range.
I don't know how accurate your statement is without research. It might be nice to get how it goes when someone creates a poll thread about it especially for forum users, but I kinda agree with your statement.

The majority gamble small bets for big profits, but only a minority of them actually make big profits unless they get a big multiplier as well.
1295  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy every dip! on: February 28, 2023, 09:17:33 PM
Personally, I like Risto's (user name rpietila) thread in regards to thinking about bitcoin selling (Sane and simple savings thread ), even though the thread was started more than 9 years ago, Risto turned out to be a bit of a scammer and a Monero pumper and also Risto is no longer with us (RIP).. but still in that thread (including the OP) there are some good framework ideas in regards to some ways to think about how to consider selling BTC.
About that thread, yes it's quite old and even I just found out about it. I wasn't even born then LOL.

I try to have a framework that I agree on sales, maybe something like 10%-20% on every goal that is hit. But of course, I wouldn't do it for under $70K. It will be interesting to wait for the next proof of ATH, I guess it will only be in a few years. But the idea remains the same, that's been said.
1296  Economy / Reputation / Re: Ban member GodsOfSolana? on: February 28, 2023, 08:42:06 PM
I just notice that member GodsOfSolana edited ALL of his previous messages with text ''account for sale''
This shitcoiner is blatantly advertising he is selling his worthless newbie account and he is spamming forum in this process.
I don't know the reason for this user selling his newbie account which previously looked like it belonged to a project representative on the forum. A while ago there was a signature campaign about them on the forums, but it was only for a week before it was finally put on pause.

[PAUSED] | Project #7777 AKA The L.U.C.K Project Signature Campaign

Currently all of his posts have been deleted, and that leaves only 3 posts which are all about accounts for sale.

Well, also if any of us might be considering 4-10 years down the road or longer, then we should not be giving too many shits about the next ATH and the possibility of selling at that point.
True, I completely agree with your opinion.

Not that I am against selling BTC, but there can be ways to consider BTC investing in longer time horizons that go way further out than 10 years, and maybe 20 years or 30 years or more, but then at the same time, there is a balancing factor, and some folks may well NOT have that many years in order to consider how they are investing into BTC... and how much they might want to get worked up about what their level of profits might be in the short term.. even though there are likely ways that small amounts of BTC can start to be shaved off as the BTC price goes up, but without really selling large portions, but selling small amounts in order to attempt to improve risk management and to insure for possible downside corrections.
I'll probably consider sale when I get the price up and give me a worth it return. But back to our own goal, if we want a higher return on our investment in bitcoin, then we don't have to sell all the eggs and we should have to patiently wait and hold. Also of course it's not mandatory to hold on any longer if there's something sensible in sight, I mean it's kind of a nice advantage that we might be bad to miss.

The idea at the moment is to hold and buy on dip, so we just need to maximize the chance while price are low. Of course there are many ways that we can think of, and they also think about and adapt it to their individual financial conditions.
1298  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed By Moneso on: February 27, 2023, 04:18:31 PM
Bitcointalk is going to become a haven for scammers, I am wondering, any new member can start selling on the Bitcointalk forum. I also talk with other seller that is also offering same service and he is also have nothing to show. I would like to request to the Moderators, Please Get a Review copy from the seller to check the Quality and see, if he has these items or not.
Lucius's advice has to be the best advice for you and any newbie looking to trade with newbie. When you involve newbie without good reputation in terms of trading, then you are only very close to trying to scam. Involve escrow, or ask the seller to send item first if you are trusted user.

Forum does not moderate scams, so try to be careful when you trade. It's also not really good to say bitcointalk is haven for scammer's when you don't have full awareness of the risks of trading with people you don't know especially online and they are newbie.

Although a little late but it never hurts to enter at $23K, why did I say too late? because we know that before the current price increase, bitcoin had been hit by negative issues and the effects of an increase in interest rates by the FED, and causing the price of bitcoin to go down and even fall below $19K, but I actually see many of the members here are hesitant to enter the market at that time and many of us even believe that the price will go down more, but in fact now the price of bitcoin is actually returning to the bull path even though it's still not strong, but it's better to enter the market to buy bitcoin now and keep it for a period of time certain as you say before returning to regret when the price goes higher.
It's never too late, but maybe they weren't buying on the low end. But what's the problem, I don't think there is because you and others can buy bitcoins anytime and at any price you want. As much as possible, that's just the best advice I have to share, but you have to be hold it and accept the risk for your investment to pay off in the long term.

$23K is not too late, the reason is we are still very far from bitcoin's previous ATH where currently bitcoin still maintains its decline at -66%.

You are welcome to join the forum and the people here will welcome you kindly.
Op what is your purpose for making this thread? I can't quite understand the meaning of all this. I just saw your post history, it seems you have different tastes with other users. After creating a topic, you just leave without making a single post in response to the comments answering your question.
what exactly are you looking for here?
One of his accounts has been archived for break forum rules, and the OP created alt account to apologize and hope someone guides him. Obviously this will just make his alternate account this one also get banned for ban evasion but if the OP really wants to do it then I hope he'll just move the topic to meta.
