1281  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are Casino Sites Cheating Us? on: March 23, 2023, 12:01:57 PM
Most of the time I play Blackjack & Dice.  I have always noticed that when I bet a large amount I am a loser when it comes to Dice.  Also in case of Blackjack when I bet big amount I get wrong card due to which I lose the bet. On the other hand when I bet small amount I win in case of Dice and if I bet small amount multiple times I win multiple times.
This does not make any casino a cheater because you can check its fairness as long as it made available to you by the casino you're playing, if that is the case then do not bet a big amount of money just increase your bet when you are in winning bets, it will take 100 of bets for you to prove your assumption and play on at least 10 casinos.
Quote
In Blackjack, when I bet small amounts, I am always get good cards and win the bets. Thus the cycle continues.  I have noticed that it is not an easy thing to withdraw from having achieved something great. I always gamble for fun with small amounts and lose them but I don't care. But I started playing blackjack yesterday with $1k and noticed that the casino sites are somehow cheating us. I lost my $1k yesterday. through Blackjack. What do you think about casino site algorithms?  Are they cheating with us?
You did not mention the name of the casino so they can address your concern or assumption but why are playing in a casino where you cannot verify its fairness, maybe you need to take time and come back a week later and check if you're still getting the same results on that casino or check other casinos, other gamblers are lucky on one casino over the other, if you're not sure of the casino you're playing then go on other casinos.
1282  Economy / Reputation / Re: Another 1xbit solving problems thread. Beware! on: March 22, 2023, 10:29:11 PM
From this post, I think he is trying to milk 1xbit.com because if he actually working with 1xbit, he will not post something like this, discouraging people to deposit on 1xbit until they see the MCA logo, which I'm definitely sure that the Maltese commission will not grant 1xbit a license with so many complaints and badly tarnished reputation, the guy is trying to scam the scammers.

Hello guys,

Although people contacted me regarding their case, I am still waiting for all the other people to contact me with their case. Please PM me with your account number so I can review your cases and resolve them.
We are also working on the license with the MGA. We will obtain this license soon as soon we solved all the issues.
I would also advise you not to deposit any money in 1xbit.com or 1xbit1.com until you will see the logo of the MGA (Maltese Gambling Commission).

1283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Josh Taylor vs Teofimo Lopez on: March 22, 2023, 09:23:13 PM
I still believe that Teofimo has huge potential he is young but reckless, and he needs a good coach and trainer and part ways with his father, his ego is too big he is like Romero who thinks he is the next big thing in boxing, he is fast and strong but lacks the control and technical skill, he hasn't mature yet and he is fighting a guy who can exploit those weaknesses.
This is a very even match for me but if Romero can correct those errors he can upset Josh Taylor, Romero should minimize those thrash talks, his thrash talks come with him in the ring so sometimes he is out of focus.
1284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Game do you think is a Game of Chance or a Game of Skill? on: March 22, 2023, 03:05:40 PM

I think Slots is a game of chance and Poker is a game of skills. Do you agree?

Totally agree but luck still plays a factor in poker, even if you're good at poker and hiding your card, your opponent can still make a wild guess and become lucky to hit it, on slot and dice games you can employ some of the popular methods like martingale, you can win on one night but you cannot sustain your winnings with all the strategist employs.

If we can develop an effective method of gambling whether sports or luck-based, casinos cannot sustain their business, let us just accept the fact that casinos are entertainment portals, you will be disappointed if you treat them not.
1285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 3 Reasons Why Cytpocurrency Gambling is more Addictive than Fiat Gambling! on: March 22, 2023, 12:22:31 PM

3. Thrill of volatility:

We are all aware of how unpredictable the cryptocurrency market is, with prices varying quickly and erratically. Some people may become addicted to the "high-risk, high-reward" mentality as a result of this volatility. Even though it may result in severe financial loss, they may get high from taking chances and placing large wagers.

Volatility is also one of the reasons why I prefer to play in Cryptocurrency based casinos than in fiat-based, if you're extremely lucky you can win huge amounts of money then when the time to withdraw your amount the price of the coin you withdraw increases by 10 to 20% depends on the market, nothing could be thrilling and fulfilling it's like you hit the jackpot twice, it seldom happens but it does happen, I have experienced that but the increase is only 5% but it's still worth it.

Like all the others here and I'm sure we will all agree that a Good help desk Strong community/ Reputation are two of the most important feature we all want to see in a casino that we are playing and will be playing these features will always be on top on what gamblers are looking, and casinos that concentrate on these features and will land themselves in the top spot in every casino review sites.
I've given the no KYC the lowest score, casinos that have this feature will struggle to check abuses and trust from the community when it comes to compliance.
1287  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Dilemma between focusing on B@bitcointalk and my current paid employment on: March 21, 2023, 10:30:28 PM
It's still a long shot for you to get a job here in the signature campaign if that's what's your planning to do and the competition is very stiff also, so I don't recommend like all the others quitting your current job right now, you're going to starve and you'll regret it, I don't know who advises you or why do you think signature campaign can be a full-time job, it's a freelancer job don't replace it with a regular job that you have.

But if that's your goal, take your time but never quit the job that you have right now, if you can have another day time to replace the current one with a short period of time then check that option.
Just post good stuff and you will eventually get on a status where you can participate in a signature campaign.
1288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How my lack of knowledge has blinded me so far on: March 21, 2023, 09:15:51 PM

From now henceforth, my assumptions about KYC verification from reputable online gambling platforms have changed, I seek for answers and I find them, drop your opinions if you think I am wrong or you think this is not accurate enough.

I have no issue with KYC it's necessary, especially on platforms like casinos where the authorities already confirmed being targeted for money laundering, for online casinos not to be suspected of money laundering they have to implement this, and they also have to check the status of their players because this is online where the platform cannot see their players and just assume that these are adults playing.
They don't want to see children playing on their platform so they have to check the age status and background of players if they deposit and won big amounts.
Part of their compliance with their license issuer is the KYC to make sure that their targeted audiences in specific regions are the ones playing.
1289  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1xbit1.com - New 1xbit.com management - We will try to solve all the problems - on: March 21, 2023, 03:36:15 PM
It's already established that OP is not part of the 1xbit and there's no such thing as new management, he tried to fool us, and there's a possibility that he will try to ask for money from those who got scammed, it's like he tried to scam people for the second time.
Op thinks that the official representative of 1xbit will not post here to refute his claim, even if they are not posting here they still monitor this forum, and because of this, they caught OP trying to scam people using their name.
1290  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: why people promote gambling sites . on: March 21, 2023, 03:14:05 PM
...so why many people promote gambling sites by telling the new people that you will get bonuses (without telling them the terms and conditions) and this is very easy to make money out of gambling some youtuber tell that see how i make 3x 4x you can also make profits like i did just go down their is link in description from there you can get bonuses and you also able to 2x 3x 4x you money)

You should know better these are promoters they will use the best word and shill to the highest just for you to sign up deposit and play, it's your fault if you put your 100% trust in these influencers you should do your own research its your money so you decide what's best for you.
Influencers will always be influencers they will live up to their name because this is what they do best influence people

Quote
I am not telling every promoter do like this(some people are very good they tell their followers to not gamble ever it is very risky for your life, just watch me gambling for entertainment purpose and if you also gamble already then you can try this site, link in description, make an account)
Even if influencers are telling you to gamble with money that you can afford they will still influence you to still play because they know that when you sign up and play if you do not have control of your gambling you will eventually lose more money, money that you cant afford to lose.
1291  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Placing bet on WWE on: March 19, 2023, 10:56:24 PM
People should not bet on WWE to gain money, its ok if it's for fun and out of curiosity because, in the first place, WWE did not promote itself as a sports portal where you can bet, this is an entertainment company, where you can see big guys getting beaten by small guys and we have bad guys humiliated by good guys it like a drama that we want to see on screen but this time it happens inside the ring.
No sports betting station will allow WWE bets because they will be accused of promoting fixed fights.
1292  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Physical gambling and internet gambling which is more fun. on: March 19, 2023, 03:07:25 PM

And so much more but its seem the world has evolved so greatly and many things we do before, have now been inputed in the internet and its now makes it access alot easier but I had some recent arguments with some folks in my locality that before, gambling physically with people was more fun than doing online in these recent casino that seem to cover all of our old gambling habits but I argued on the latter. So I thought I should drop here and here some of opinion of most advance gamblers with lots of gambling experience.

There's a lot of debate between the two, but it has always been on individual experience, these two will not vanish, because both have their own market, I tried both and they are both great experiences but right now because of the traffic and hassle of work I prefer to play online, but it always a great experience playing in physical casinos you hang up with your friends and enjoy the crowd.
Gamblers should experience playing on both so they can appreciate the feeling and appreciate both platforms.
1293  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Fake cloud miner on: March 17, 2023, 03:36:04 PM
whenever I see a cloud scheme, somehow the very sound of that word sets off the "fraud" alarm.
You are right on this, we have already established that cloud mining is fraud and just a Ponzi scheme, they are just good at making it look good and presentable to investors.

Quote
I think you have a redundant word in opening this topic, fake. I'm not sure if there is a regular and legal cloud mining service at all. They all hide behind fake mining.

I agree again, there's no such thing as a true cloud mining site all of them I mean all are Ponzi schemes there are no mining rigs there are no physical machines, all they have are spreadsheets of money coming in and people lined up to receive their payout, of course when the flow of money stops coming in payout will also stop, then they will shut down the site.
1294  Economy / Reputation / Re: How wide reaching can the consequences of Chipmixer money laundering be? on: March 17, 2023, 01:36:26 PM
I don't know if anyone advertising chipmixer or any other mixer will now or ever face any penalties, but I will say that laws change. Check out these 2 stories involving FTX fiasco.

https://cryptopotato.com/ftx-youtube-influencers-slammed-with-class-action-lawsuit/

https://www.nbcnews.com/business/business-news/ftx-crypto-investors-sue-founder-sam-bankman-fried-celebrity-promoters-rcna57453

I'm sure none of these influencers/celebrities knew they were advertising what turned out to be a scam, but here they are facing possible legal issues.

Anyone can file a suit but it's up to the court to decide if it's correct to include these promoters in the criminal suit against FTX, this is an investment scam, not an advertising-related platform and content issue it doesn't connect, section 230 is still good based on what I research on Chipmixer issue on Bitcointalk until repealed if they repeal it I don't think it will retroactive.
Promoters are still safe when it comes to platform and content but probably not when it comes to promotion and investment issues.
1295  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] ChipMixer.com - Bitcoin mixer / Bitcoin tumbler - mixing reinvented on: March 17, 2023, 08:15:49 AM
I recommend you have a browse through the court document to see the investigation into him (starts around page 28):
https://www.justice.gov/opa/press-release/file/1574581/download

I do not understand exactly what this document is? The internet address says "press release". So this is just a general document for the press? Or documentation of all the evidence and procedure from the special agent?

In any case our forum are very common there. The word Bitcointalk ist 14 times represented.

In a democratic like the United States, all court records are public records since there is a case number I consider this the official documentation of all pieces of evidence, this is the first part and we will see more when they arrested the owners and criminal procedures start and end, this is a landmark case because the US justice and prosecutors will investigate the full responsibility of mixers on money laundering.
1296  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: March 16, 2023, 11:46:23 PM

But it's probably the fighters themselves that we should gave thank to. Although we might call them diva, at least they give themselves a chance to make this fight after years of going into the public and talking about fighting each other.

When a fighter reaches superstar status there's going to be a shift of power, suddenly a fighter will have a say in what direction he wants to go, Canelo, Gervonta, and Pacquiao are some examples of what we call power shifting, their promoter will find themselves listening to what their boxers recommend.
If these two fighters are not on a superstar level their promoters will just impose their will and they will go cherry-picking opponents to protect their cash cow good on their pockets but not on boxers.
Great boxers by nature always go for a legacy fight, because they believe they have to establish their greatness while they are at their peak.
1297  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The journey of successful business man who were professional gamblers on: March 16, 2023, 11:04:59 PM
These are exceptional people jumping from gambling to business is not easy and becoming a gambler and a businessman is quite risky, the other one can take over the other one, and if you are chasing your losses there's a possibility that you can use money in your business to do it.
And both ventures will need time if you're a professional gambler you have to keep up playing and if you're a businessman you have to oversee how the business is doing, not really that easy but these guys find a way to balance things and they are reaping the rewards, we can all learn from these successful people.
1298  Economy / Reputation / Re: How wide reaching can the consequences of Chipmixer money laundering be? on: March 16, 2023, 10:30:52 PM
There's going to be a huge debate about internet censorship if ever they fine signature campaign participants, they first have to prosecute and fine the domain registrar and the host hosting Chipmixer, and Google for indexing Chipmixer and everything related to why Chipmixer is online.

I don't know if there's a past ruling about liability being a third party on a site considered by US Justice Department and FBI as an offensive platform, but first, they have to prosecute and render a decision on Chipmixer before they will have long deliberation on internet marketing, which will involve internet giants like Facebook, Google and everything associated to the internet.

1299  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Referral bonuses are waste of time on: March 16, 2023, 03:01:45 PM
Thinking and actually promoting are different not because you read one issue you will generalize and categorize referral bonuses as a waste of time, you have to try it yourself first before you give your opinion that referral bonuses are waste of time.
There are actually promoters who make thousands of dollars from referring people and, this is free money you can use to wager or you can cash it out when it reaches the withdrawal threshold.

People will just have to pick the right casino to promote, not all casinos are the same when it comes to referral bonuses and rewards you have to check their terms and rules.
1300  Economy / Gambling / Re: AskAI: List of on chain gambling game. on: March 16, 2023, 05:07:41 AM

Ask the same to OpenAI ChatGPT3 and let us know the response that you are getting. Smiley

You already did that this is an AI that will give you the same answers because they are not based on human perception, they give what is in the database, AI's are storage of information that we can ask to retract on a given subject, they do commit errors because based on the information it provided like all the other observation many of the sites listed are no on-chain gaming at all.
There's a lot of praise for these AIs but they are not perfect I don't know the average, but it should help other fields but I always doubt if they really help gamblers win a majority of their bet when they cannot give an accurate list of on-chain gambling sites like what you provided.
