Manchester United got a really big win by 4-1 and secured the last ticket to the Champions League groups. I was waiting for seeing a victory for them but this was a bigger score than my expectation. This is just the Manchester United I would like to see next season. They need to be more consistent than this season to be a part of the title race as well.
But to be able to do that I think they definitely need a striker transfer. With the help of the right man in the position they can win more consistently to fight for the league title. But let's see if they can sign one of their targets this summer. Kane has seemed to be the number one target so far.
Manchester United's performance was really good but how could they not have a good performance at home against this Chelsea side? I think the worst Chelsea has ever finished on the table since the Abramovic era is 8th position. Chelsea is so bad that I don't even get surprised when they're beaten 4-1. Man United should even be disappointed they allowed Chelsea score one back. The difference between Chelsea and the other teams beneath them on the table is the quality of players. The quality of players in Chelsea is what has help them not to be struggling for relegation right now. Lampard is adding nothing to that team. I feel sorry for him actually. Manchester United performed really well at their own home ground and secured a huge 4-1 win against Chelsea. Manchester United moved up from fourth to third in the table with this win. Meanwhile, Chelsea did not perform very well, due to which they could not come to the top of the points table very badly this season. But the great fight they put up in this match of Manchester United and won the match due to which Newcastle moved to their place. However, if Manchester United can win every match this season, Arsenal will have a chance to take their place later. I feel ashamed and embarrassed for Chelsea after witnessing their defeat. It's never easy to see a team get beaten so badly. But, this is where they belong and they simply weren't able to keep up with Man United's impressive skills. I guess relegation zone is deserved for this Chelsea team. They just didn't have what it takes to compete at this level. Erik ten Hag has truly exceeded all expectations with his team's incredible performance. Following this win, Man United will be returning to playing in the UCL. With these top-notch teams returning, the tournament promises to be even more interesting than before. |

We can't term this to be completely bowling pitch. It is the home ground for Chennai, but the team had won 4 matches out of 7 matches played. On an average throughout this season we were able to see the score to be around 180-190 runs. In this ground Chennai had scored 200 runs. Most of the match results on the Chennai ground is on defending. Maybe that have once again reflected in the eliminator match.
The pitch at Chepauk is proving to be quite slow compared to those in other stadiums. It is not possible to start attacking from the first ball, and that is the reason why Ishan Kishan and Rohit Sharma got out cheaply yesterday. Al Nassr has been performing very well this season but today's game was very interesting. But, we can't deny other players effort on the field. Talisca in particular made a beautiful goal that was definitely worth watching. It is my belief that racism should never be tolerated, especially in the realm of professional sports such as football. When it comes to Vinicius Jr receiving racism chants from the home fans Valencia, my view is that players should maintain their focus on the game and avoid any distractions caused by the crowd. I also understand that players are human and can occasionally have bad days. However, I do think that it's important for him to stay focused on the pitch and let his skills as a footballer do the talking. But, It's disappointing to see that the Laliga officials aren't taking action to prevent this kind of behavior and protect players from racist abuse. |

Arsenal lost their last match 1-0. I think if Arsenal play a bit more responsibly they can beat Manchester City. But at times Arsenal have been putting in performances that are truly beyond expectations. Hopefully Arsenal will continue their winning streak.
I think if Arsenal's points are not far behind Manchester City and who will win the English Premier League will be determined in the final match then Arsenal will still lose because they will only be in second place and Manchester City will still be the winner because Arsenal cannot maintain their performance properly when under pressure they can play very well sometimes but the mentality of the Arsenal players is not as strong as the City players when under pressure. Arsenal's failure is very painful and even though they have been quite impressive this season, it is not a guarantee that next season they will perform as well or even better because other teams will also start to improve so that next season they will be stronger in competition in this league. In the match against Nottingham Forest, they only controlled the ball without being able to create opportunities well and maximize the opportunities created, look at the statistics this match was actually not a balanced match but Forest only needed one goal to destroy Arsenal's hopes, Forest's goal occurred in the first half but from the time of the match there is still a long way to go, there is no chance for Arsenal to strike back to even the score or even win the game. Forest are happy because they are free from the relegation zone and Arsenal are sad because they failed to win the league this season. An excellent season for him and i hope he gets a call from the national team, we desperately need this kind of power in the lower order.
I agree with you about Rinku Singh being a real chase master and possessing a never-give-up attitude. It's unfortunate that despite his efforts, the team lost some very close matches. I also agree that apart from Rinku Singh and a few matches of Varun Chakravarthy, the whole season was pretty much a waste for KKR. In my opinion, the team management should take a good look at their strategies and make some necessary changes in the upcoming season. |

Real Sociedad managed to pull off an incredible win by defeating FC Barcelona with a 1-2 scoreline. This defeat won't make much of a difference for Barcelona in terms of their title-winning campaign, it certainly means a lot for Real Sociedad. In addition to defeating the current champions of Spain, this victory also brings Real Sociedad closer to securing a place in the top four and qualifying for next season's Champions League.
