Because I don't see Juventus to actually be a force in Serie A next year or in the next couple of years but I do see Milan , Inter , Lazio , Roma and Napoli fighting almost every year for the title and it's way better and entertaining as a neutral fan of football to see a very tight competition.

I have never heard that Silvio Berlusconi was once the owner of Juventus. He is the former owner of Ac milan and now he is the owner of Ac monza. I think Ac monza will not be able to close the season above juventus because they only have 2 games left in the season even if juventus get 10 point deduction but they will close the season above Ac monza ranking. The difference in points between these two teams on the standings is quite a distance, even if ac monza wins the remaining 2 matches they will not be able to shift Juventus ranking.

Ac monza got an opponent that is fairly easy for them this week but if they win it will not be able to put Juventus under pressure because the difference in points between the two is 7 points and the remaining matches for them are 2 matches this season.
